    I pulled the ejector seat!! And I'm so excited that we BOTH have a half marathon booked for May 1st! I find this so amazing!! Do you a goal for the run itself? Or is this just about completing it? (Like beat a previous time, completing it without walk breaks, or just completing it however it needs to be)

    Pull that ejector seat! Such an inspiration you are Tony. I love watching these podcasts to help me stay motivated. My "why" is to be the best version of myself for my 2 year old daughter. Its So hard to stay on track and I'm thankful to have your videos to help inspire me every week.

    Appreciate your video! Just signed up for my first half marathon. Was 365. Came down to 220. Trained for triathlon and gained 15lbs. Focused on running now and then going back to the gym. Weight at 240 but much stronger. Pulling back the cardio intensity to keep a caloric deficit more easily. Goal is 210 by race. Wish you the best!

    Ran my PB half marathon in 2019 Vegas 2.52 #turtle, decided I needed to be better this year in February, for a sub 2.30!! #pulledthatejectorseat

    *ejector seat* Good for you man, keep at it! I just signed up for my first half marathon, which will be St. Patrick's Day weekend. I've lost 88 lbs (starting weight 365 in April 2020) only 18 this year. What are your thoughts about breaking through plateaus and making sure that you're losing weight but getting enough nutrition for your race?

    Hey boss little late but what are your thoughts on the importance of different types of goals such as
    Outcome goals? ex: Lose 100lbs
    Performance goals? ex: Run a marathon
    Process goals? ex: Run 2 miles 4 times a week
    Wondering if adding the goal of a marathon rather then just weight loss made a difference for you. Goals that weren't outcome goals really propel me forward exponentially better. Pull the Ejector Seat

    #pullthatejectorseat I have been stalled with weight loss after completing my first marathon Halloween day this year. Wasn’t the marathon I wanted due to a foot injury that flared up 6 weeks prior but I got it done largely due to you. I watched the Obese to marathon many times leading up to it.
    This past month been focusing on strength training and resting the foot. Feeling results already. Love your podcasts and TH-cam channel. Keep it up!!

    How has your weightloss impacted your work? Do you find that the quality of your work (not editing related, but filming) has improved due to your weightloss and having more stamina and mobility, or just practice and dedication to the craft?

EJECT!🚀🤓 Thank you so much for reading my comment/Question! 🙏I'm right there with you my brother, my plan is also to run a half marathon (time trial as opposed to an in person race) on May 1st, so I'm focusing my training over the coming months on getting faster to achieve a goal of 2 hrs 30 mins for the half marathon. My biggest concurrent goal along the way is to get and stay consistent with my strength training which I have allowed to lax. I'm hoping that not only should this help hold off any injuries but make me faster as well. Card carrying member of the Focus Fight Finish "Familia"! Cheers, Scott
