I think the people who think they can't do it are the EXACT PEOPLE THAT NEED TO. What's the worst thing that happens? Miss day 10? Get the fudge back on the horse and kick day 11s ass.
This isn't all or nothing. It's making yourself better and thats the only way some of us change.
My push that helped me lost 35 lbs in 2012 was a fun run, we all need something, maybe this is someone's something..

Tony, my man, another exceptional podcast! As I write this, I'm waking up to day 4 of my #relentless100 challenge. Thank you so much for putting it out there, I'm so stoked and so committed to getting this done and enjoy the process getting to that 100th day. The biggest takeaway for me from this video that cements my commitment even more is the idea "Show up for yourself every day". That is what it is all about, even at 60 yrs of age, I still need to be reminded of this and get out there and take on life to the best of my ability. It's written down, we know what we need to do, just got to keep showing up and crushing it! RELENTLESS! Cheers, Scott

Welcome back dude! Enjoy the little baby! I wish more guys would enjoy them as much as us women do. They're only that small once! Unfortunately a lot of jobs only give men a week or two off. 😕
