That helicopter took a big risk to touch down near a bridge that's rigged to detonate, to rescue 4 people from a horde of charging zombies. Taking that kind of risk, just to possibly execute them doesn't seem very logical.

The fallen parachutist who wasn't a zombie, and the military guy who was a zombie probably indicates that the l4d2 helicopter situation probably wasn't the first one to happen. Someone gets picked up, spreads the infection to the pilot or someone else, and forces everyone to abandon the helicopter as a whole, over uncharted areas. Loving the videos man!

Why there is no release of another campaign? It seems like good DLC to have, the game appear as a series of movie banner, I think it's wasted opportunity.

Just me, someone who has played the orinigal. They cut out alot! I was hoping it would be just like the orinigal... They cut out the clock tower... even Jill going in the police station. Charlos never did went into the police station... disapointed in that.. Just everything is bad... The park was alsot cut out too. Just like RE2 remake replaced spiders with thoughs flesh creatures. There was never a lab? There was a factory.... at the end. I would rather play the orinigal over the remake.

The military went out of their way to rescue the survivors, so I don't think they are just going to kill them off. It's possible that they want to use them as research subjects, or perhaps as soldiers.

The green flu itself is what mutated to make special infected, not the common infected mutating into specials after living for 2 weeks.

You forgot to mention that the uncommon worker infected also are immune to bile bombs which I think was a programming bug which was meant to be for the Cedar agents from dead center since they wear airtight suits

Ellis can be lovestruck during the intro cutscene when you load up The Passing if Zoey shows up. He has a deep crush on Zoey and considers to be love at first sight, and most of the L4D community shipped them as a couple. Which is very wild, to be very honest. There are some hilarious dialogues, examples are: - Ellis & Francis talking about Jimmy Gibbs' car - Ellis & Francis talking about vampires are real - Zoey being very angry towards Nick, she even calls him Colonel Sanders lmfao - Zoey & Rochelle interacting with each other, stating that Rochelle is the last woman on earth Zoey will also state when you finally beat the campaign, she will miss Ellis very much, and can often mimic Ellis' stories about him and Keith.

They could make the best sequel with nick where coach ellis Rochelle dies because they never thought about a plan b, which nick tried to help Nick escapes and found a new band of survivors to team up with and it gets rough at first because of the trauma but comes to accept them as friends as he did with his first band of survivors

One thing I dont think Hard Rain gets enough credit for is the sheer different types of routes you have when backtracking. You can wade through the waters or climb over roofs and debris, have adrenaline shots let you effectively ignore the water for brief periods. You can go through both stages without any slowdown if you're good enough. Also having double supplies on the way there which carry over when you return, letting you pick between a balance or an extra prepared start/finish at the cost of the other being harder. It's a lot of decision making both for preparation and execution that no other campaign really gives options for.

I think if any group of carriers were equipped as frontline soldiers, it'd be this quad squad that fought their way through multiple highly infected areas. The military has to see that and lick their lips about having highly experienced fighters who can't say no. But maybe it isn't all bad for the L4D2 crew, since the military does show conflicted opinions about how cold and dangerous to be to survivors. Maybe there's some military personnel who decide they deserve some comforts to go along with their new role.
