Dirt Devil Spring Tour 2024
Singletrack Samurai events are always fun, while we did not have the best weather, this one turned out awesome with excellent people and amazing places to see! The Devils Den Sring and Two Hawks Hammock are one of a kind and must stops if you are in this area of Florida. Due to the rain we did not really get to explore like we wanted at Two Hawks and Devils Den, looking forward to doing this event again next year, and if you all want to get in on the fun goto www.singletracksamurai.com/

    Another great video. Just curious when you go on these trips with gravel bikes and MTB’s together, what size chainring do the MTB’ers usually use (at least here in FL)? I know I can’t keep up using a 30T on long open runs. I know you’re limited by what your frame allows. It always seems like the group sticks together on your videos.

    • @PedalPowerAdventures
      @PedalPowerAdventures 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We use 32T front ring and 10-50T cassette and is doable hanging with the gravel bikes on open sections. With the 32T-10T we are good to maintain in the low 20's mph. Most of the time the group is not going that fast and it also does break up into separate smaller groups of people riding at different speeds which re-group thought the day. Karlos does a really good job setting up his events to have fun mid ride spots like restaurants, breweries, springs, other points of interest, etc. which helps keep everyone together. Thanks for the question and hope to see you at one of Karlos's events. Happy Trails!
