You forgot to mention something important. If you use the oem rear speaker harness you WILL need an adapter. Pretty important information.

No sound comes out of mine. I did everything on the video and no sound at all! I replugged the OEM stereo and speakers worked..can someone point me in the right direction?

Excellent. I noticed the window seal has a small gap at the front, allowing water to drain into the door at a location near to the electrical socket. I have popped a bit of grease into the gap to act as a seal.

I feel like you didn’t let engine get hot enough to open the thermostat and dilute the coolant in the engine vs what is in the radiator.
