I think it was the Sophia puppet reason since it's the only explanation for her puppet being there and why Geppetto was left unharmed. Simon probably knew she was close to dying He also invites P to the Isle of Alchemists after the Victor fight, so it's not out of the question that he also planned to lure P by kidnapping Geppetto. But there could also be strategy to it too. Simon might have anticipated Geppetto would try to stop him and retrieve the Arm of God, so kidnapping him and destroying the hotel would buy him some time and would allow him to keep Geppetto from instructing P in any way

I love Elden Ring. But I felt the linear world of LoP refreshing. I think it lends to more creative focus on level design and continuity with the level and enemies.

My favorite moment in Darks Souls is the first time I was summoned for co-op to beat the Belltower Gargoyles and returned to my world, then heard the bell ringing a moment after. I KNEW who was ringing the bell because I helped them get there, and I knew that THEY KNEW I could hear the bell, too. Such a jolly feeling!

I’m excited!, but when is first half of 2025?, & I really hope we get to see DLC trailer at The Game Awards on December 12th. & some I’m expecting dlc would might have 6 or 10 more new bosses, 6 or 15 new weapons, 2 new maps?.

Honestly I don't care about PVP at all. If I want to play a well balanced PVP I go and play fighting games (SF,6 T8...). I might be arrogant, but to me PVP is more about whoever has the most optimised build and less about skills (although you cant win with just build, obviously). I never was fan of that. So I don't need this at all.

I really hope they add a thing that lets you refight bosses like in Sekiro

Something I noticed in these job openings that I really liked: some of the jobs have a requirement that the applicant must have defeated all of Lies of P’s bosses and some offer preferential treatment for applicants who have experienced the game’s true ending. It’s a little thing and who knows how seriously they’ll actually enforce it, but I like it.

In the base game, there is a stargazer that is inactive. It is rusted, green and has a crow on top. This will more than likely be where you access the DLC. The stargazer further gives away the Wizard of Oz theme. It is rusted, like the Tin Man, has a crow on it, to give a semblance the Scarewcrow (also the “patient” you meet at the Abbey) and it is green, like the Emerald City. Having said that, I’d rather see a Wizard of Oz theme as the next main game instead.

I feel like you won't appreciate the game as much if you don't do NG+1 and 2 as these give you extra phases in the P organ, stronger amulets, and allow you to just see undistorted puppets' subtitles.

Lies of p is hands down the best soulslike/souls game i have EVER played.. ive played almost all of the Soulsborne games

Let them cook, but i really hope dlc bosses are not based on nameless puppet difficulty. Even the electric boss was a skill check for most players from her insane speed. Challenge does make for better reward but i dont wanna feel more stressed than entertained to the point i only complete the dlc once then never go back to it. For example Elden ring upped the anti abit too much for me so i finished the entire map ove 2/3 playthroughs but now i tend to avoid that dlc map on future play throughs since was too stressful.
