Honestly I don't care about PVP at all. If I want to play a well balanced PVP I go and play fighting games (SF,6 T8...). I might be arrogant, but to me PVP is more about whoever has the most optimised build and less about skills (although you cant win with just build, obviously). I never was fan of that. So I don't need this at all.

I really hope they add a thing that lets you refight bosses like in Sekiro

Something I noticed in these job openings that I really liked: some of the jobs have a requirement that the applicant must have defeated all of Lies of P’s bosses and some offer preferential treatment for applicants who have experienced the game’s true ending. It’s a little thing and who knows how seriously they’ll actually enforce it, but I like it.

In the base game, there is a stargazer that is inactive. It is rusted, green and has a crow on top. This will more than likely be where you access the DLC. The stargazer further gives away the Wizard of Oz theme. It is rusted, like the Tin Man, has a crow on it, to give a semblance the Scarewcrow (also the “patient” you meet at the Abbey) and it is green, like the Emerald City. Having said that, I’d rather see a Wizard of Oz theme as the next main game instead.

I feel like you won't appreciate the game as much if you don't do NG+1 and 2 as these give you extra phases in the P organ, stronger amulets, and allow you to just see undistorted puppets' subtitles.

Let them cook, but i really hope dlc bosses are not based on nameless puppet difficulty. Even the electric boss was a skill check for most players from her insane speed. Challenge does make for better reward but i dont wanna feel more stressed than entertained to the point i only complete the dlc once then never go back to it. For example Elden ring upped the anti abit too much for me so i finished the entire map ove 2/3 playthroughs but now i tend to avoid that dlc map on future play throughs since was too stressful.

Guys, think I'm crazy, but I think I know where the lighthouse is! If you stand on the Bridge of Sins before you go to the Chapel of St Frangelico, you can see the Venigni Works and part of Krat. When the Venigni Works are in front of you, look to the left. There you will see an area with buildings that we don't go to in the whole game and if you look very closely, there is a lighthouse on the coast. Does it sound plausible that the DLC will take us there?

I would love for them to use the dlc as a bridge from lies to oz, maybe find a red shoe on the yellow brick road as P, then end with P returning the shoe into the sequel. Maybe the golden stargazer will be a way of entering different worlds such as emerald city or krat etc

Lies of P is setting up to be its own specific style of souls-like. "Fairy Tale Souls" Based on the DLC concept art the studio released I have a strong feeling Peter Pan will definitely be involved. Its a creepy pirate ship, so at the very least we could encounter Captain Hook. Still haven't figured out how Dorothy/Wizard of Oz will tie in. Maybe the ruby shoes she wears is a similar teleportation technology to the pocket watch we have?

This game makes me feel something I have never felt. It makes me yearn for a time period that I wish I was born in. I was never aware of the French period where pretty much everything in that area at the time was peaceful, perfect, yet even overindulgent. Such beautiful music. The emotions, the brilliance. This game is a bastion of love and perfection within the team that has crafted this. We are spoiled.

Your idea of Geppetto keeping P's left arm as a symbol of his control over him makes me think of the first arm option P gets in the game. The Puppet String arm. Made by Geppetto himself for P to wear. A very subtle way of showing Geppetto's control from the very beginning. It's my favorite arm, but now I can't see it the same way ever again 😭

There is no rush on the DLC at all. I am stoked for it and can't wait but the main game was so glitch free and well made, it took me back to the days before constant internet updates and early access were the norm. Lies of P was the first game i had played in a very, very long time, until Wukong, that felt like a genuine labor of love and not some product. I love the original so much i played through it over ten times, getting the platinum on PS5 and all the achievements on the Xbox X version too. Take your time, Neowiz.

What’s interesting to me as well is that they are releasing an art book on November 12th as well. Maybe they’ll include more concept art for the DLC. Kinda bummed the DLC wont release before the Holidays. But still stoked that the DLC is confirmed and on its way.

5:27 I always found this scene really interesting, thanks for talking about it, I thought it was odd that this "deity" was using it's left hand. I thought it meant that the deity was evil or something, but seeing as how this entire scenario was manufactured by Simon, it makes sense that he was GIVING HIMSELF the power. Kind of showing how the transferrence of power wasn't true or willing, it was more FORCED through control and trickery. Since he had the hand of God and was able to influence the Ergo Deity. I think. Excellent video man! The lore of lies of P is really interesting, I have a big interest in Gnosticism, and false, lurking gods that are the source of loads of suffering.

Lies of P is a gem of a game, and I can't wait for the DLC. The DLC music you're playing in the background makes me even more excited. I can't wait to play it, as I hope we get a lot of new weapons, since they add near unlimited replay value, in my opinion. Good stuff, dude! Keep it up

Will dlc be on Gamepass or will it be purely be paid?

I beat it about a week ago and it was amazing that should take time and make it polished like the base game. I got no doubt it’s going to be really good.

I'm someone who usually don't care much for DLCs but I'm definitely not passing up on this one. Lies of P was just that much of a banger!
