    i searched dance for hip release and wow did i stumble upon the right video. thank you so much. i'm going to be using this video a lot. you were so fun to dance with and i felt free and not embarrassed at all which was just what i needed. my partner woke up and came in the room while i was doing the video and i made him leave so i could really be free to be with myself fully. thank you!

    This was incredible. All I can say is thank you. I had such a stressful and tiring day and had just prayed that God would give me peace so that I could go to sleep.     This was awesome, thank you. In my experiences as a guy, it's not considered ok to bend over, to shake our butts, or anything like that... the results are a lot of repressed feelings and movements. At any rate, this was a workout for sure, but it felt great. Thanks again
