This is amazing! I'm almost 50 yrs old and I've tried everything for anxiety. A lot of practices like "yoga for anxiety", which involve a lot of stillness and often talk from the instructor make me feel worse when anxiety is running riot. This just works! As soon as I started doing the movements, I got goosebumps and then tears started rolling down my face and I wasn't even sad! It was a powerful release that came on unexpectedly. I've done a lot of yoga/meditation and some somatic movements but I have never found something so quick to release. Your energy is beautiful! I can't wait to check out some of your other videos. Wow 🤩 I’ve done these movements a couple of times now and the way this made me feel so much more at ease in my body. I haven’t felt this calm in quite a while. The natural flow of the shaking movements, jumping and rocking and then the affirmations and rest at the end. Thank you so much for these video’s ❤️❤️
It depends on each person! Some people feel a sense of relief immediately, for others it can take more time. The more you do it, the more your body opens up to the practice. I do recommend focusing more on the journey and the experience, accepting everything that comes up as part of the process! 💙

I mean, sometimes the problem with trauma is that the person is not aware of it. Is it possible to remember through these exercises? I suppose additional work is needed, right?
It's my pleasure :) Yes, this can happen. Some people may have experiences during movement practices that bring up emotions or memories related to past traumas. When we move, especially in an intentional way, we can activate a lot of unconscious parts of us. In those cases, it is really recommended to seek professional support to help navigate and integrate these experiences.
