    Thank you! I resonate very much with the issues within the second dimension of body awareness. I was bullied for 10 years for no apparent reason, and I unconsciously made it about my body. So I am often felt like holding back and hiding... over time I lost the connection to my body and the ability to express myself through movement. I feel like dance movement therapy would be really helpful for me to overcome these blockages. Thank you for bringing this into my awareness. :)
