Lately i've been feeling like Stress is the majority of the things i feel. I noticed that my body is taking a toll on this too. Stomach issues, headaches, ALWAYS tired. I struggle with executive dysfunction a lot more than usual. I will try to do these exercises in the evening now. I guess i will try to share my experience here. Also to keep myself at it. Its very hard for me to take on new habits 😅

@@coilycutie436 first yes, then no. I stopped doing these exercises actually... I just forgot them. Right now i'm in the middle of my finals of my apprenticeship and my stress levels made me sick. I'm actually glad you commented for an update. I totally forgot about this but now i will start doing this again! It did actually help me when i was doing it regularly

Wow you are so wonderful! I’m going through a tough time after a heavy concussion where the nerves got damaged. Lots of fear and anxiety got stuck in my body and I’m learning a lot about how to release that from the nervous system. Your video is helping me! Thank you from Sweden ❤️

Try TRE as an additional tool ❤ trauma tension release exercises. I find that doing both is true magic!
