I am a 16 yr old girl and I am preparing for jee which is considered to be one of the toughest exam in India.there is so much of competition so much of comparison that I lose myself sometimes this dance exercise was the perfect medicine I needed to heal my body!! Thank you so much!!

Took a rapid view to your videos and found the African vibe (am I wrong, please correct me) amazing and fun way to work with the body for physical and mental health. I’m a psychologist and I think your videos could be much better edited (like asking IT friends or service to get better use of those your neighborhood surroundings and the interior of your house. Your choreography, dance steps, verbal guiding, tempo, Voice, durations… everything is great 🎉. Good luck! I’m subscribíng.

You have such a welcoming and kind presence - thanks for sharing! I have CPTSD and I’m deeply uncomfortable in my body; I’ve never felt safe exploring dance, so this is new to me. Do you have any videos that are even more beginner friendly? Think “explain like I’m five,” and maybe slower? Each movement I did felt off, especially shaking (my shaking looked nothing like yours).

This was the second video I did from you and I love them. Have next week lots of exams and am very stressed and full of anxiety and I have a feeling they are helping a lot. Although it´s only 10 min. Since yesterday I have lots of pain in my neck area but feels much better to have it there than all the tension in my body (found you yesterday and did yesterday a 7min video from you). Thank you for making these videos!

I distinctly recall being taught at the age of 4 that there was something wrong with the way I - an innocent child - was moving my body. This is restorative and reclamative. ❤

Before my run, I wanted to warm up, and then I realized I’d rather watch something useful while warming up, so I searched for your video in my history because I really liked it when I saw it a while ago. As a man, it might have been strange to see myself doing task like 4:45, but the time passed quickly ;D, and you had a very positive vibe throughout. I experienced emotions while doing the exercises. Loved this video and all of the videos I've done so far on your channel. I've been starting my day with your videos daily for almost 2 weeks, and it has felt amazing. I already do and teach yoga but this movement and release via dance brings a whole new element to your mind body spirit connection. I followed up with this video after doing your hip opening dance video. I feel a strong sensation in my chest/heart chakra area. Under this full harvest-moon period, I cried releasing all that no longer serves me in the present & next phase. Effect that wasn’t mine to store. I moved my body in ways I hadn’t done in a loooong time and didn’t feel was possible currently. Thank you so much for answering this part of your calling! I also cried. 🥲😴 off to sleep I go. 😴🫶🏾
