107lb fat loss, diabetes reversal and much more....
Hi guys,
I've had many emails recently asking is I offer consultations, I certainly do. Here you go...
calendly.com/richard-smith-nutrition
For those of you who are not familiar with me, my name is Richard Smith, In my mid-late 20's I was very unwell, insulin resistant, I suffered with daily debilitating migraines that would make me blind, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, arthritic pains and I could barley walk a flight of stairs without stopping or being severely out of breath. A very long story short, after making some dietary changes, I lost 107lb of body fat, reversed my insulin resistance, I was now full of energy, migraine, depression and anxiety free. Since then, I retrained as a nutritionist and now I help others to do the same.
If you'd like to book a consultation, here's the link calendly.com/richard-smith-nutrition

Pepper got me. I went carnivore from keto and my autoimmunity exploded. I couldn't figure it out because the only plant I was eating was pepper. Which I was now eating a lot more of 😂 Stopped the pepper and the psoriasis immediately began receding. Never knew pepper was bad for me till then!

QQQ, my plan to get from 20% body fat to 15% is .72 grams fat and 1.25 g protein per goal weight. Lifting 3x per week, walking 3x per week. Your thoughts ?

Alcohol and plants are recreational substances. They don’t add joy, to my life, but they do make me sad as I watch my alcohol and carb addicted family stuff them down their neck, while there diabetes and other diseases destroy their organs. I look at the people then look at the roasted potatoes and say to myself “pass”. I have no new year resolution because I don’t need one. I’m healthy, lean, fit, strong, no meds and thriving at 63. Great video men. Thank you

I'd love to see Richard have a chat/debate with Simon Hill and a few other plant based diet proponents. I still cannot understand why these so called doctors and specialist still argue against biochemistry and actual nutritional science, but instead prefer to reference data collected from completely incompetent, poorly conducted and corrupt studies

Problem is, such stories also are told by the vegetarian groups... everybody has their own proof , backed by 'some' research to tell ya you should not do this or that. If you really think 'brocolli' is the problem, ehr... or berries or kale.... I think with most people, you clearly know what the problem is: to much processed foods, to much soad, to much sugar, to little exercise . It's also weird that a lot of resources claim berrie are good, flavonoids are good... and, i don't see a group of elites behind that to promote that (like they do with all 'anti meat' campaigns) I bet somebody could warn you about 'eating meat/fat only' and feed you with research which tells it's 'wrong'. That's the problem with food science. It's looking at a micro scale (in a lab, looking at how cells behave) or, it's been 'proven' by statistics, which, should never be a reason to 'proof' something, since.. people are different. Nobody is alike. Besides, statistics are weird, since, if you say 'it has improved by 10%' or '10% of the people'.. means, 90% does not. I bet that if more people just ate 'normally' , fruits, vegetables, meat, diary and less or no processed foods, most would already benefit. I doubt that skipping brocolli would help you much, or make you feel 'better', I sincerally doubt that (very difficult to 'proof' such anyway). Besides, we get tossed around by 'science' and 'research' ... One day meat is good, other day meat is bad. Then vegan is good, then bad, same for keto and all other 'methods'... For most, it's pretty clear why you get fat or have a bad health.... just skip processed food and sugars and such,... that would do most already good. Wanna go further, then you could skip brocolli and meat only, but I have the feeling that most will not sustain that, or... that some will have some deficiencies, of one for example is 'fibers'... there aren't any in meat. You still need them for a good 'flow' through your system, besides, bacteria in the gut 'feed' on them.

Congratulations what impressive results my son and I did a carnivore diet for months this felt fabulous as well as improved skin health for him with the hopes we would not have to rely on meds for his hypothyroid…up and down issues as far as meds…we have cheated recently and the holidays have not helped…I have grown quite fond of bacon and eggs and sometimes I need to ask myself if I have eaten …we do intermittent fasting daily usually 12-15 hours before we eat and are never hungry a wonderful way to live EAT WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY…don’t eat due the time of day etc…my husband is quite overweight and wants to sabotage our great results but we have learned to say no…blessings and continue your amazing journey life is too short to be sick …❤❤❤

I’m looking for the one video to rule them all that would convince a sceptic that carnivore is the healthiest way to eat. He poo poos anyone on you tube and says it’s about scientific evidence, he won’t listen to peoples stories and personal experience. Any studies that prove carnivore/natural animal products are beneficial even healing.

The opposition use words Keto and carnivore as a weapon to steer people away from what is good. I just use the terms animals based diet, meatarian, proper human diet, or just say that I eat what benefits my health.
