Anyway Im subscribed to your channel now and I just wanted to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your work and spreading this knowledge. My and my family are going full carnivore and you've given us the confidence to do it. I used to be fit amd healthy, now I dont exercise, I am underweight, and I have on and off depression. My son was chronically heal and he got better the 'conventional' way but my husband and I know theres been more to it, to stop it from happening again, and we've been searching and searching on how to be healthier and we were starting to go down the wrong path with green juices, etc. Until we found you. We were also once vegetarian for a couple of years and I can never say I really felt my best. Not to mention the time spent in the kitchen - not that I mind, I would do anything for my family. But this is such a relief. So thank you and may we all go from strength to strength
QQQ I slept through the night for the first time in many years last night. The only thing I've changed is I've started eating lots of wild salmon. Could there be something in salmon that promotes sleep?

Dairy can be a problem for some while it's fine for others. You may need to sort it out by not having any for a few weeks, cook with lard, or tallow, no butter, cream or cheese, etc. Then after a nice break from dairy decide how you feel, and if you're undecided, then maybe have a piece of cheese, or a spoonful of cream and see if that is an issue for your digestion.

To be raised in a world that promotes all foodstuffs and diets more likely to harm rather than promote good health. I therefore have reservations about your extreme opinion, Richard. Do you believe fasting is beneficial and water is crucial for good health . Functional health is the answer for exercise.

You may need to sort it out by not having any for a few weeks, cook with lard, or tallow, no butter, cream or cheese, etc. Then after a nice break from dairy decide how you feel, and if you're undecided, then maybe have a piece of cheese, or a spoonful of cream and see if that is an issue for your digestion.
