It absolutely amazes me how the medical profession doesn’t just hold up its hands and admits that they have got it completely wrong when it comes to cholesterol, it’s as plain as day the body needs cholesterol, they need to be honest with people that it’s sugars and carbs that is causing the problems which cause heart and circulatory problems. I’m coming up to one year as a carnivore as is my wife, I’m 62 and as fit as I was in my 30s, my wife’s hormones are now in balance and she has the figure she had back in her 20s when I meet her. Eating Protein and fat is a bloody miracle diet and way of life. I’m so proud of my muscled body and my aerobic fitness. I’ve gone from a metabolic obese 15.5 stones to a fit 11.2 stones and I stay within 3 lbs of that weight. I’m full of testosterone and my libido is through the roof. Keep telling the truth Richard. A fantastic video.🥩🐷🐏🥓🍳🐔🐟
Yes, as a provider I’ve found in the past that most people want the quick fix or the pill. And most doctors have know knowledge of nutrition or metabolic health. We just need to continue to be the trailblazers, leading by example and undo the brainwashing. 💪💯
I love my 12 remaining siblings (lost 2 😢) but I am watching them get sicker and sicker as they load up on more and more meds. They think I am crazy since I eat mostly only carnivore. At 66 years old, I have no aches or pains, endless energy, maintain a good weight and certainly no meds.
68 and the same, people think my wife and I have gone completely mad, been very strict carnivore for 17 months , just had full body scan, 11 percent body fat and a biological age of 58, ten years younger than my age, we have been lies to and I believe one day in the future it will be taught in school about the great scam in history
Funny how people are on high alert with services provided by someone like a car mechanic, plumber, or anyone else. But the minute they step into a doctor's office all of that goes, their brain shuts off, and forever afterwards it is "but my doctor tells me..." without question. I should have been a doctor, unfortunately I didn't know they had mystical powers when choosing careers.
Our health and lifestyle choices are very much our responsibility. Unfortunately, medications may be given without full discussion and I question whether people have the opportunity to make properly informed choices. “The doctor knows best” is not a good enough way of looking at it by the patient in my book. How is it proper care of the patient if there is not a proper conversation regarding short term and longer term effects/side effects of the medication, and the spiral of subsequent medications that may need to follow into the pattern of declining health.
Im dealing with suboptimal circulation in my hands and lower legs. Im physically active, have an active job with continual walking, bending, pulling lifting, etc, do sprinting and strength training. Im carnivore for past 4.months, have supplemented with salt, mag, potassium, but still have persistent nighttime legs cramps, and poor circulation. My bloods are good for my electrolytes, but still.... Any dietary or lifestyle changes i can make? No diabetes either. I came from a low fat, high carb diet, migrating to whole foods carb centric until carnivore. Im 67
I thoroughly enjoyed this interview, but tbh, there seems to be an underlying tone of “people are stupid and why don’t they know this “, which leaves a bad taste. Pity. I do, however enjoy Mr Smith’s attitude and how he passes his knowledge onto his followers, including myself. I am a medical practitioner, specializing in neurology, and I would talk to all of my patients with respect, while giving pertinent information to help with their health plan with nutrition. Keep up the good work !
Merry Christmas Richard
It was great to meet up again in Rainham and later on for the meal

Superb. 👌
I asked an NHS doctor about bioidentical hormones, she'd never even heard of it...
