    제 댓글을 보실 지는 모르겠지만 족저근막염과 지방패드위축이 같이 있어서요. 발지방패드에 좋은 운동도 있나요?아님 완치가 어렵나요?

    I'm very happy to have found you and your video. In fact I don't have an issue with my tendons attaching to my left elbow (or not yet!), at least I don't feel any pain there. But I feel stinging pain at around midway along the rear side of my upper arm when I try to stretch my left arm upwards. Definitely I think this has to do with my triceps. Your advices how to lengthen this bundle of muscles have got gold value for me. Now it's up to me to get started. Thanks 🙏 a lot.

    정말 감사합니다. 진짜 한국 유튜브하는 물리치료사나 척추전문의들 철퇴맞을 인간들 정말 많습니다. 어쩐지 그들이 말하는 스트레칭 운동법 따라하면 호전이나 개선이 1도 안느껴지고 그때만 좀 시원하고 증상이 더 안좋아지는 느낌이 들었어요. 저는 초기 전방전위증이 있다고 mri진단 받았는데요, 신경외과 전문의는 그냥 생활습관 교정하고 자세 바로하라는 처방만하고 돌려보내더군요. 뭐 상급 종합병원이라 대기인원이 살벌해서 저도 그냥 더 질문하는거 포기하고 집근처 재활의학과 선생님 명망이 주민들한테 좋으신분 추천받아서 갔더니 유튜브에서 따라했던 스트레칭 운동법 해보라고 하시더니 헛웃음 지으시며 더 전방전위, 전방경사 악화시킨다고 쓴웃음 지으시더라구요. 지금 그 재활의학과 선생님 지도 받고, 호주 물리치료사님 영상 정독하면서 많이 호전됬습니다.

    Hi, I did a few tricep dumbell workout exercises(3 kg dumbell) for a few weeks, not on a daily basis. I would feel a pain near the back of my elbow for one particular exercise - the bicep curl so I stopped doing that exercise continued with others like overhead extension and layeral raises (20 reps of of sets). I stopped working out and the there was no pain, my arms were normal. 2 months after I stopped these workouts, I suddenly felt a shooting pain on the back of my elbow and along different part of the tricep muscle itself. I have been doing tricep streches and 3 months later, the pain still is as is. Along with a burning sensation and a knot like feeling near the elbow. I occasionally feel a little weakness in y triceps, especially while typing on my computer or holding my phone in front of my eyes. I have not lost any function so far, but the pain/burning is always constant as long as I am awake. I saw a few doctors with MRI scans, but the scans show nothing, no inflammation or other injuries. From the past 2 weeks Im starting to get a needle like pricking needle like pain on the back of the arm attaching the shoulder, and its starting to affect the position i sleep in. Could this really be a tendon issue -tendinitis/ tendinopathy or a case muscle fatigue or something else. Please help since I have not been getting much help from doctors and its really starting to affect my daily chores

    어릴때 합기도 측방낙법을 한쪽으로 많이 한 이후로 자세가 많이 돌아가서 측만이 아닌데도 아담 테스트도 양성으로 나오고 허리통증도 약간 있었는데 낙법동작과 유사하네요. 역시 낙법이 문제였나봅니다. 반대쪽으로 해주니 바로 골반높이가 호전되네요 감사합니다.

    선생님 제가 양손목이 안좋아서 손으로 지압하는데에 어려움이 있는데 그냥 마사지 공으로만 마사지 및 지압하고 다른영상에 있는 골반기저근 운동으로 넘어가도 될까요?

    선생님 하후/상후거근 스트레칭할때 마사지볼이 너무 크면 별로일까요?? 제가 블랙롤이라는 독일제 마사지볼로 마사지중인데 이게 다른 마사지볼에 비해 많이 큰것같아요.. 12센티 정도 되는것같은데 너무 크다보니 등에닿는 면적넓어서 깊숙히 안들어가는 느낌이에요 그냥 테니스볼만한 크기로 마사지 하는게 더 좋을까요??

    와 복강경 수술때 전신마취휴유증인지 가래가 끊이질않아서 배부여잡고 너무 힘들었는데 막혔던 가래가 툭튀어나오네요... 감사합니다 ❤❤❤
