🧭 ABOUT US
Hi! We are Helen and Tim. We are adventure travelers who saved up some money to travel full-time in Jan 2023. Our goal is to hike the world one mountain at a time. We love to inspire people to get outdoors whether the adventure is big or small. There is so much in the world to see, even if it is in our own backyards. We started filming our adventures in the PNW, which has evolved into filming our international travels.
Thanks so much for watching! We will see you on the next trail! 🥾

    I made it with Intrepid as far as Thorong Phedi before severe altitude sickness forced me to turn back to Manang, and then by vehicle from there to Besishahar, and then Pokhara where I reunited with my Intrepid group. This was in September, this year.

    Hi! Great video! This is very helpful! Tho I do have some questions that I hope you can help. Im also planning a Day Hike/Run in May of 2025 but im far too concerned with the transportation schedules. I heard that theres only 1 trip per day from Alishan to Tataka, but it seems you got there in the afternoon based on the time details shown in the video. How did you get there? And how did you go back to Alishan after the trek? Subscribed here btw! Best of luck!

    • @HelenandTimTravel
      @HelenandTimTravel หลายเดือนก่อน

      The Annapurna Circuit was an amazing hike. The new jeep roads were quite bumpy, but only dusty after the pass. Otherwise they were wide enough you could avoid the dust from jeeps by staying off to the side/shoulder.

    Yellow Astre is one of my long time favorites. The trail up to the top of Tomyhoi Peak is terrifying but well worth the climb. Another trail the branches off that trail is Tomyhoi Lake at Gold Run Pass. Love the hi def video. Really nice. If you ever come back up to Mt B you should hit the south side up HWY 20 Baker Lake rd. Schriebers Meadow and Scott Paul Trail is stunning.

      Thanks so much! We didn't clean our hiking bottles. We used water filters for our water bladders and water bottles...and sometimes only had access to buy bottled water (Which we hated) when there was not accessible running water to filter at the tea houses. High altitude meant sometimes the water was frozen....

    Nice video guys ! You did a good job on Italian pronounciation except for Amalfi which is AM-alfi (not AL-mafi) BOM-erano and Nocelle sounds like NO-chelley. Great hike !

    I was visiting last week at Sol Duc falls and wondered where the lake trails lead to...now I know. The coffee at the Grind is great and cheap if you have your own mug. I will come back to do the high divide as day hike. Thanks for the video.

    When you mentioned speed cameras, the camera system you passed under was for road tolls not speed. That’s a horrible camper van. That are so many better options available in Norway than this.

      Thanks for the info. We enjoyed our campervan company. Sure there are many great options.

    Can you tell me the name and/or location of the Air B&B? Why do you argue or blame each other? Yuk! Maybe try to see why you always want to be right. That is just ego. Be thankful every day for having someone who loves you, and support each other every day. Take care and please understand that I am sending you light and joy for your journey!
