    Omg, you are awesome. Totally underrated. I spend my whole life with martial arts, taichi, quigong and then moved to movement philosophy under ido portal, and travelling through the world visiting cool dudes…but there hasnt been one who nailed it like you. You have a deep understanding of strutures, energy and flow. I am blown away. Maybe its just for me but it feels like the best. the essence of all the teachings. I am so glad to have found you. Thanks for all the amazing work.

    Discovered you through a podcast and find your movement vocabulary very grounding and different from all the usual animal flows/idos/calisthenics stuff you find online. Nice work 👏🏽

    Hi (what's your name?), I just want to personally thank you for creating these. You inspire me to create myself as well, as I have been looking for movement meditation for a while. I predict to be doing this in Montreal next year. I have always enjoyed meditation, but instead of focusing on my breath I prefer to use movement for my focus. Best of everything for you, you are a light in this world.
