      I've been following along with Fightmaster Yoga for about 4 years now, and her beginner 30 day is my go-to, I just like doing that one over and over, it's easy, it's relaxed.... she teaches and gives tips on avoiding injury. Thanks to that aspect of it, I probably would have followed yours this morning and hurt a knee or something, but I know how to place my feet and knees to truly follow your movements in a productive way. Thank you for doing your channel!!

      I usually go with revamp fitness morning routine but this seems useful if you have a good amount of time to spare

    On my fourth straight morning doing this routine I woke up today without neck pain! All of these routines have helped me so much as a chronically tight and body sensitive person. Happy New Year!

    Becoming a fast fan of your videos. My shoulder mobility is so poor that what seemed like a simple open arm exercise was very taxing for me. I'll keep at it. Thank you for doing this video in front of a beautiful sunrise. Your personality is also very laid back, I feel like I'm working out with a friend :)

    Hey there: I just want you to know how you have influenced me. You see: I have Stege 3 Osteoarthritis and Stage 2 Osteoarthritis and was in a significant amount of pain. I was going to give up and have knee replacements, but I tried your channel and now I am able to do all of these and my hamstrings, quads, calves, IT band has SIGNIFICANTLY loosened up! You, Saturnomovement, Tom Merrick is like the Holy Grails for me, and you all have greatly increased my self-esteem in myself! I Thank you so much! Namaste!

    Strenthside is my top choice for daily follow along. I love all the flow and movement. Josh and Trevor keep it fresh and fun. The only down side are the ads. Breath and Flow are my second choice when I want some ad free yoga.

    Just did this routine. It was so impactful. Just what I needed because I wasn’t sure the best process for how to wake up my body in a specific order so I don’t hurt or strain anything. This was great. Doable, calming, and easy to follow along. And challenging. Thanks man. You’re freaking magical.

    I wish i could do this first thing but the time isn’t available so after i walk my dogs go into work for the morning i come home to this and i love it my walks across the English fells give me the sun rise and doing some movement as we walk along as you have suggested give us our start all your videos have given me a new perspective on life and i am loving it

    I love this thank you and always enjoy the content provided on this channel. But seriously, stick the ads at the start and the end! There are so many plaguing the flow of this throughout it’s ridiculous and not even worth following currently.
    1st play through was fine, but now it’s ad after ad.

    pretty much my whole life (I'm 25 y/o) I've had very little exercise that requires full body mobility, and now I'm soo fascinated and addicted to these videos because I finally feel like I'm gaining full control over my body and better joint movement and flexibility. I'm really enjoying taking control over my body, in particular my lower body since it's the weakest part, I'm really making it a priority to dominate my lower body, love it!

    Janice - I have to see to the chucks 1st thing - but came back and did this and it was good - have a problem with my hip and will not have replacement surgery as with knee!

    That last wide leg stance with side to side twist released my hip that has been jacked up for weeks. I always do it with a narrow stance. Thank you for the slight change, it made a huge difference!!! ❤🎉

    Just love it 💓 thank you for this, I have been using it the last two days while quarantined at home with covid. Especially love the coming in and out of two moves in order to get more length each time. Was surprised at how well that worked. I try many moves as I rehab my spinal fusion from 20 years ago , fixing lots of imbalances I’ve acquired since having children. You do great work and we appreciate this good help 🙌🏼

    This is a beautiful routine for the morning. I needed stretching for the hips and I feel energy is moving around in this area now. Thank you. I also appreciate the calm ambiance and not so much (fast) talking. That helps to let the mind be in peace.
