This was amazing! Exactly what I need to help improve my floor work for professional level dance classes... hopefully in several months, I will be much stronger!
WOW! Done a ton of workouts, weights, body weight, blah, blah…. all were good and really good. But none were FUN!!!! I felt like a kid playing on the floor the whole time. This was awesome. Seriously, this was like being a free-spirited toddler running around the house jumping on couches and beds, climbing the railings and wrestling on the floor. I could only really do 20% of what coach did, and even that 20% was weak, but it’s my fault for picking this as my very first workout. It’s just what I needed though to reenergize my functional workout goals!! I’m in!!

Loved it! Was focused on strengthen training in the past, and started getting interested in calisthenics recently now bumped into ur channel. Great exercise, my whole body felt loosen up afterwards!

I thought this would be challenging. I wasn’t wrong! Bridge pushups! I have a new fitness marker! This is a fantastic workout to measure my functional progress and to increase my aliveness! Thank you for your inspiration and encouragement to move like me!✨
Glad you can get some replay value from this workout! Lots of daily foundational work (spinal & shoulder articulation) + a few bridge focused practices each week will get you there! Stay consistent & stay safe - you got this!
hey ! been following youtube videos for a few years now (maybe 12 years !) and, i really enjoyed this session. i am not advanced. more like at the beginning/middle of intermediate, but i just adapted the moves i couldn't do. i love your voice, it is very calm. since i train first thing in the morning, i just can't stand voice that are to commanding haha :) thank you. i will look up to more of your videos ! love from Quebec/canada (which explain the bad english hihi)

@@StrengthFlowFitnessi will ..i did this today. I strength train consistently (last 25 years 3-6 days a week) and im a really fit 61 yr old. I did this today less the pike pushups as i know what will piss off my shoulders. I modified by doing dolphin pushups or regular pushups. Thanks

I’m desperate to find something as good as your videos; I urge you to consider making some videos for people with knee injury- how can we work without the deep crouches or dynamic floor to standing …it’s a challenge many people face

Hello dear. What is your mat made of? If it is made of rubber, then it will not be slippery to make SIDE SIT SWITCHES. If it's made of PVC, it will slide on the floor... . Which one should I buy? And what thickness? Thanks in advance.
I have taught mma style fitness classes for 17 yrs & have a lot of shoulder issues from overuse & even tho I’ve been working on mobility, not much progress has been made on my shoulders. Any suggestions for that? And for bridge alternatives? My spine is good. I can do a bridge on my head but it’s not comfortable. I can’t even get my hands to the ground overhead.

I apply with with a humidfied cloth in the back to avoid slippery.
