    Caroline you are so amazing, I finally am dropping sizes , I was stuck for so long and than all the sudden I noticed a huge difference and it’s because I found you and I have muscle gains and this is speeding up my metabolism and the weight is just falling off with high protein clean diet and your workouts , thank you 😊

      @@christinaf9944 tell me about it, yesterday was day 10 epic 1 and it was burpees, I couldn't finish it tbh it was so freaking hard but I'm looking to get stronger and finish the whole thing 👊 with her even my motivation is changing, it's not about getting smaller waist or abs or bla bla it's about me pushing myself out of my comfort zone!

    Since Caroline starting sharing her workouts with us over 8 or 9 months ago she always emphasized that you should make the workout your own and enjoy the process. It's not about body perfection- it's about the joy of working the body. You don't get points for doing it perfectly- you get points for showing up and trying. Thanks Caroline.

      I needed this before I started this workout. I really struggle with upper body exercises, and I tend to feel bad about myself for modifying and not actually doing the workout as displayed. I will do it now, thank you for the motivation!

    Change takes time. Nothing is instant. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you're reading this and are unhappy with how you look then decide to make the change for yourself and no one else. Stick with a well planned workout like Caroline's that doesn't take hours to do. Fuel your body with food that will nourish you and give you the energy to do your workout. There are no cheat days. If you want it, have it but work hard to earn it. Make the commitment and don't allow yourself to make excuses. Time will take care of everything else and you'll reap the rewards of your hard work. You got this!!

    Hey Caroline;) I'm 43 , Mom of three and found you on YT by a lucky coincident. I wanna thank you a lot for beeing such an inspiring rolemodel! You really brought me back to sports and refreshed my motivation . During each workout I remember that it is very essential not only to be a Mom, wife, nurse... what ever but to follow your personal dreams and take time for yourselfe. This looks like another brilliant workout...has a bit the look of a Friday all body session...but it’s only Wednesday! Epic II has been brilliant so far!       Hi, Matthew! I just did the workout and I can confirm- super fun and sweaty one!! You will love it, especially the ab section. All of the compound movements are challenging in their own way but time flies by doing the workout! I couldn't believe that there is just finisher left. 56 squats at the end- good, but toward the end of epic 2 I am aiming towards 66 squats in one minute. Have a nice day and I hope everyone will enjoy this one as much as I did.

    I'm 7 months pregnant, I used to do Caroline's exercises before I was pregnant even a bit after the pandemic.
    I acomodate your workouts to my new and developing pregnant body. I still feel the hype and improvement on every single one of your videos. Thank you Caroline, you're a star 😊.

    My legs are STILL sore from Mondays leg (day 2) so this was really a challenge. There should be a disclaimer of SQUATS and LUNGES galore!! I opted for lighter weights and I am so glad I did! GREAT WORKOUT!!! I love that my core has gotten stronger since Epic 1!! You CAN do this everyone! Just modify where you need to and know that it IS YOUR BEST!! AND YOU ARE ENOUGH!!!!Day 4 Let's GOOOOOOO!

    If you're reading this it likely you somewhere on the CG journey. I did EPIC 1 and HEAT 1 before this during peak COVID and it really helped get me through. I also lost 6 kg for my wedding day last year but then slid and only back on it with this HEAT 2. It's a shock after a break isn't it?! BUT, there no shortcuts and who'd want them anyway with Caroline as your guide and mentor?! I adore this woman for her generosity of spirit, encouragement, insane fitness and meticulously curated programmes. I know it's no overstatement to say she's not only improved lives but saved some too. Get involved or keep going! :-)

    Ok I vowed to myself that I’d start commenting on these vids as I’ve been meaning to all through the first Epic Series as well. Firstly thank you Caroline for your content, I’ve been doing a mixture of gym/home workouts along with a variety of other online trainers and I have to say yours is the first programme where I have noticed a real and maintainable difference, I am visibly more defined and stronger, I’ve got abs and biceps and shoulder muscles and triceps poking through where there really never consistently has been except for when I’ve overtrained and undereaten which I have not had to do through your programme. I do spread the workouts out to fit to my schedule ie 3/4 times a week and I used to skip the hiit sessions as I would go to spin classes instead so if anyone is worrying about how religious you have to be about following every day on the day, don’t, you will see results. I also have to say at 3 months of these workouts (told you I spread them!) I nearly gave up as I found myself getting “bigger” like I was bulking and I found it really disheartening but I’m glad I kept going as past that mark and with a few of my own lifestyle changes (I really wasn’t getting many steps in in a day) after a couple more months that shed and now I’ve got the muscles and dropped a dress size to prove it. The reason I stuck with it was because you are so focused on strength and I absolutely love lifting heavy and feeling strong and your workouts are different every time so I’ve never lost interest. I’m already enjoying Epic 2 and so glad there are many others to continue with.

    Evening everyone. I just wanted to say a big thankyou to caroline and everyone who coments with little tips on form and encouragement. I returned to exercise during the first stage of lockdown in the uk after a very long break from taking part in sport. I can honestly say that i would NEVER had considered working out with weights or performing press ups and hand stands prior to finding Caroline. For someone like me to be part of this is quite surreal. I find myself, having completed epic 1, continuing on with epic 2. I have learnt so much from everyone else on the comments and although i tend not to watch or read prior to the session as i find it easier just to deal with whatever is next. 🤣 Many thanks to Caroline and everyone on else here who comments. 👊💪👏

    I did this workout yesterday I'm so thankful today is a rest day, LOL! This was a fantastic workout really hit every major muscle group oh, I'm so glad I found Caroline and this community! Looking forward to tomorrow's 1 Hour full body. Although, really thankful for today's rest day. Since it will be an active rest day I will figure out something to do to keep me moving today!     I haven't been able to do push-ups without being on my knees due to wrist surgery a few years ago. I got through all of these pushup workouts normally without knees assisting 🙌💪 Thank you for motivating me to keep getting better and stronger! 🙏❤️

    Had so much fun doing this workout during the Epic II program and just did it again after 3 months. Absolutely LOVE this workout. Also can't believe the progress I made! This time I mostly used 8kg dumbbells, while a couple months ago I used 5kg. Caroline has made me so strong 💪🏼

    I think this one is my new favorite - although, I think I’ve said that about 100 times before with Caroline’s workouts. I was originally like “are you kidding me” with 20 lb dumbbellls, but you know what? I USED THEM FOR THE ENTIRE WORKOUT! There’s no way I could have done that a few months ago.     I've been in a rut for a while, then sedentary for over a month as my father was very sick and i had to quarantine. This is exactly what I needed! I can already feel a difference in daily energy and feeling strong again! I'm 42 doing this with you as want to encourage everyone that's capable to TRY!

    Does anyone else find himself in the middle of the day, just singing tunes from the Epic challenge? Love that.
    Little to say I am obsessed with Caroline and her workouts. Everyday I look forward to having some Caroline and me time. 😄 I like to prepare myself like many others the day before, so I watch in the evening what will be on the agenda for the next day and read description of the workout, as well as comments.
    I've even downloaded all of the workouts from Epic and Epic II and planning on doing the same with Epic heat workouts, because they are so valuable I am afraid that they might get pulled away from the internet. I want to have them for a liftime and do them over and over again. I don't think repeating the same challenge will ever get boring because the workouts are structured so well and they are so innovative and creative. Also, who would remember 100+ workouts?
    I have encouraged my friend and her sister to join me on this journey. We have a WhatsApp group "Pump it up 💪", which is keeping us accountable not to fall off the wagon, but we also use it to cry how tough it gets sometimes.
    Facebook groups and Instagram account are also great for motivation. Seeing people from all over the world, doing the exact same workouts as me, dying, but getting the results....the impact you have is empowering.
    I do not need gym anymore. I do way more with you in my home. I can finally do 8 pushups without taking a break. I can even do diamond pushups! Like, what!? I would never force myself to learn pushups in the gym. With you, I can finally excel in every part of my fitness journey. Strength, balance, bodyweight, endurance...
    Instead of paying gym membership, I will invest in quality weights. I have had 2 x 5 kg, so I bought hexagonal 2 x 10 kg, like you have. I will have them all someday, from 5 kg to 20 kg. Maybe even have a gym corner/room in my home.
    I never comment on TH-cam, but I had to make some time and write this. I have told everyone I know about you and how you have a big influence on me, you are truly a role model. So strong phisically, mentally, yet so humble. I am a student of mathematics and you are helping me keeping it together (it gets really challenging sometimes), you are a ray of sunshine in many lives, especially in this time. I just want to say that all of the details you put in making these videos are appreciated. Matching colors of your clothes with the colours of the flowers and title/text, as well as making your braids when it is HIIT day. I love how you don't talk when working out. Also, love that 'beep' sound when changing poses in cool down part. I wold like if you could do more warm up videos.
    Also, thank you for writing all of the exercises in the description. This will be great for everyone who can't play your videos, for example when they are in the gym.

    Hello everyone, I just finished day4. As always her introductory was fantastic to keep improve my RDL form as well to better comprehend the notion of cardio strength, in complement of course of what is already mention in Caroline's epi program🥰. Her choreography inspiration seems endless😘😍🥰.

    We should call you Carolunge... I was still sore from monday, so when I saw squats and lunges, I coursed a little, but pulled it through, and now I fell so much more accomplished. (I did 46 squats 😊) Thank you for showing me that with the right motivation, I can do more than I think I can. 😉❤❤

    I’m a newbie to Caroline’s workouts - after trying a number of online options whilst the gyms have been closed, I luckily stumbled upon them. Started the EPIC II workouts this week and I am absolutely loving them! Feeling positive in body and mind and excited to train every day 🥳💪 thank you Caroline! Let’s hope I can keep up x

    This one looks really fun! Caroline is an expert at making us shake 😂 day 3 was tough but probably one the best dumbbell upper body workouts I’ve done in a long time! Ps i paired that one with the pull-up workout which was killer! Just by looking at it, I’m sure I’ll love this workout as well!

    Did the workout . I couldn’t forever do hollow and other ab exercises before , have a really weak core . Did them all today and almost to perfection . I can literally feel my body changing in terms of core strength . It is like having a personal trainer. Thank you Caroline . God bless you ❤️

    Caroline is making us earn our rest days!! 🔥 I’m still sore from day 2 and 3 but LETS GO!!
    ✅1/6 - Used 10lbs. Wow! Never would I thought I will say that!! Last March (before my gym closed due to pandemic), I was working up to 10lbs and now here I am using 10lbs as my “light” weight. 🔥 That’s the EPIC effect for you. 💪

    I love these workouts! I usually shy away from anything with cardio in the title but with you it's so much fun! It's just amazing to look at what I'm doing now versus 6 months ago when I was depressed and couldn't even complete 15 minutes of exercise every few days to these! You've helped me feel so strong in my body and I can't thank you enough Caroline!

    I felt great today and like my body had readjusted to being in my workout routine again. This one was SO fun!! Loved today’s workout; I had been feeling some cardio but also strength training so this was really perfect!!

    I started Epic 2 after noticing muscle gains from the first program!
    The day after, I got sick and it ended up being covid. It's been about a week and I feel well enough to workout, but it's discouraging to see I need so many more breaks.
    I appreciate that Caroline stresses it's important to make a workout your own and I love how uplifting the community is.
    I'm sure in no time I'll feel Epic again as will everyone else :)

    I love your videos. I really appreciate no talking during the workout. Your workouts are easy to follow and just the right intensity. Could you maybe put another view for alternative ways of doing the set while building strength. Thank you for sharing these free workouts in such a hard time for our world.     I have to do this workout tomorrow instead of today due to my work but OMG you are amazing.
    I started my journey 8 months ago - I lost 26 kg and I received a new life.
    I wasn't ready to workout with you for a long time but finally I am! I'm extremely proud of myself becasue you are the toughest and strongest trainer I've ever seen. Amazing women my idol ❤️🙈

    I loved this workout! And I used the same weight at Caroline (20lbs) for everything except pressed windmill and skull crushers (used 15lbs)! I cannot believe the strength I have gained all due to Caroline's amazing workouts. I'm blown away. THANK YOU!!

    Every time you start a new exercise I think "I can't do that!". But I start by "trying the move" and next thing I know I'm done-and without modifications! My strength levels and pride in myself are growing by leaps and bounds. THank you so much for helping me get STRONG!
