I tried to stop in the half way couple pf times. Then i change mu weight for some movements, and if i was so tired i slowed down my pace, it was better than stop and i finished it. God it were never easy.

😆 you wouldn’t believe it.. there have been a couple of times I forgot to press record for the entire workout and I actually have to do it again but because they completely exhaust me I actually cried!!😆😳 but thankfully I take extra care to press record! I actually make bloopers during the workouts as I’m sure you might notice sometimes... wrong leg etc!!😆⭐️

I loved this and as a 14 stone strong lady I wanted some simple and easy weights exercises to perform. I burnt 268 Cals in 30 mins and I’m extremely happy. Love your no thrills get on with it workouts. I’ve done a few now and I’m getting stronger each time. I still roll about on the floor doing burpees but I’m getting better at rolling. Thankyou x

Hi Caroline Just want to say a great big thank you for all your hard work putting out these videos. I’d done no strength training for 25 years until the past summer. Since finding you here on TH-cam things have changed in such a positive way. 29 years ago I was mad enough to enter a physique competition, now thanks to your training I can confidently say I have more muscle than I did back then. All in such a short time, and all at home with no gym. A bad back, which has troubled me for the past 9 years, is a distant memory since training with you. Not only are you epic you are a true icon. What do I care about snow and sub-zero temperatures outside when I'm sweating indoors. Thanks to a motivating Carolne dressed in orange. The water bottle was over-rated, but I told myself that YOU would do it with the dumbbells, even if not as fast, but holding out was my goal.🙌 I don't know if I find it a bit frustrating or very fascinating with how fast and easy you do the exercises, even though I know you are pushing yourself to the limit, you make it look so easy. 😍 Skis were a welcome change. My respect and big thanks for the work and time YOU put into this video once again.🥇💕 It was once again a mega Sunday challenge.
Good morning Caroline! Good morning community! A fresh day to swing some weights!! Scanning through the moves I know I am going to love it! Who doesn’t love a maker from point zero? And Dumbell burpees? And skeeing on tile or wooden floors or carpet?🤩 I’ll use my 5 kgs since I looove its grip for HIIT. This will definately burn! Looking forward to it.

Wow - simply amazing. I really enjoyed today's HIIT. Managed the entire workout using my "old" weights for regular weekdays workouts, so really proud of the progress. Thank you, Caroline!
Woohoo, can't believe I actually enjoyed this HIIT with 4kg dumbbells, really shows my progress since Epic I. Dumbbell HIITs are great, the weights really give that extra oomph but I can still control the movements so it feels more solid rather than flailing all over the place like how some bodyweight HIITs feel. Been depressed/stressed this past week but feel better having done this, Caroline's workouts have been incredible for my mental state 🌟🧡

Caroline, I'm doing your epic II program later than others, but I have to say, as a 31 year old woman that has always been relatively fit, I have NEVER been this motivated to work out. Everyday I come home from work and look forward to your workouts and your smiling face keeping me going - thank you!!! Can't wait to get through this program and start Epic Heat 🔥.
Really love the tutorials at the start so valuable to get the focus right. Super cardio session 26 mins in Cardio and 4 mins in Peak, that must have been the burpees. Used 7.5kg which was perfect for the Lat and Front Raises and the Round the Worlds. Lots of Shoulder work too which will Im sure I will feel on tomorrow's Shoulder session. I did Chest last night a little 20mins from months back so thankfully not too much effort on Chest today. Caroline that was a great session and excellent Cardio 👌

At some point I kept inhaling but my lungs pretended they needed a break. What I love about htese HIIT is that they tought me to manage my breathing and uunderstand the difference between "panic/laziness" and actually building endurance! Thank you Caroline and Part 2 of the program, let's go!

My nieces( 6 and 7) are also big fan of yours Caroline. Whenever I do workout they also try to do with me with water bottles. Best part is when ever I feel workout is going tough and I am struggling they cheer yes you can do it. You are not only motivating adults you are motivating kids too. ❤

On fire it was. This was AWESOME I am so extremely happy to notice the progress particularly on sundays since I used to find HIIT really hard. Not to mention that my sundays have imprpved DRAMATICALLY from watching tv on the coach to be ready to warm up and go. CAROLINE THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I agree I basically only have 8lbs that I use primarily... I do have 5lbs only use those for around the world's. One day I'll put my big girl pants on and use the 8lbs 😋😋

@@anthonycarson2541 hi Anthony, after doing this, I can now see my suggestion of 10kg was a bit high. You'll be fine with 7.5 I think. I used 6kg but had to drop to 5kg for some of the shoulder moves like around the world. It was a good one 🙂

Woohoo, can't believe I actually enjoyed this HIIT with 4kg dumbbells, really shows my progress since Epic I. Dumbbell HIITs are great, the weights really give that extra oomph but I can still control the movements so it feels more solid rather than flailing all over the place like how some bodyweight HIITs feel. Been depressed/stressed this past week but feel better having done this, Caroline's workouts have been incredible for my mental state 🌟🧡

Caroline, I'm doing your epic II program later than others, but I have to say, as a 31 year old woman that has always been relatively fit, I have NEVER been this motivated to work out. Everyday I come home from work and look forward to your workouts and your smiling face keeping me going - thank you!!! Can't wait to get through this program and start Epic Heat 🔥.
Really love the tutorials at the start so valuable to get the focus right. Super cardio session 26 mins in Cardio and 4 mins in Peak, that must have been the burpees. Used 7.5kg which was perfect for the Lat and Front Raises and the Round the Worlds. Lots of Shoulder work too which will Im sure I will feel on tomorrow's Shoulder session. I did Chest last night a little 20mins from months back so thankfully not too much effort on Chest today. Caroline that was a great session and excellent Cardio 👌

I agree I basically only have 8lbs that I use primarily... I do have 5lbs only use those for around the world's. One day I'll put my big girl pants on and use the 8lbs 😋😋
