30 Min BLAZING CARDIO HIIT Workout / Dumbbells | EPIC II - Day 26

  • 30 minutes of high intensity exercise using dumbbells for increased resistance! Our whole body will be on fire!
    All you will need is a pair of dumbbells, your mat, a bottle of water handy and your body warmed up ready to go!
    Muscular endurance and elevating the heart rate is the aim for these 30 minutes! And of course having fun too!😉
    The timer will be on for 30 seconds of work, with 15 seconds rest! Each exercise is repeated twice however the staple exercise ‘skier’ is performed only once per set!

      I tried to stop in the half way couple pf times. Then i change mu weight for some movements, and if i was so tired i slowed down my pace, it was better than stop and i finished it. God it were never easy.

    A fresh day to swing some weights!!
    Scanning through the moves I know I am going to love it!
    Who doesn’t love a maker from point zero? And Dumbell burpees? And skeeing on tile or wooden floors or carpet?🤩
    I’ll use my 5 kgs since I looove its grip for HIIT.
    This will definately burn!

    I hate to say what we just did was “fun”, but it was pretty darn fun! I enjoy using the lighter weights while adding the speed and intensity. It was a heart racing sweat fest! Thank you Caroline! 🤩😅💪

    Really love the tutorials at the start so valuable to get the focus right. Super cardio session 26 mins in Cardio and 4 mins in Peak, that must have been the burpees. Used 7.5kg which was perfect for the Lat and Front Raises and the Round the Worlds. Lots of Shoulder work too which will Im sure I will feel on tomorrow's Shoulder session. I did Chest last night a little 20mins from months back so thankfully not too much effort on Chest today. Caroline that was a great session and excellent Cardio 👌

I think I mentioned on your post I did chest for the early days last night and it was amazing.     Just want to say a great big thank you for all your hard work putting out these videos.
    I’d done no strength training for 25 years until the past summer. Since finding you here on TH-cam things have changed in such a positive way.
    29 years ago I was mad enough to enter a physique competition, now thanks to your training I can confidently say I have more muscle than I did back then. All in such a short time, and all at home with no gym. A bad back, which has troubled me for the past 9 years, is a distant memory since training with you.

    We r halfway past our EPIC 2 program....I just thought to write this out...
    I must say that the program, the look, the composition... everything has gone up notches higher from EPIC 1 to EPIC 2.❤️
    IF EPIC 1 was great...EPIC 2 is even greater if not greatest😉

      😆 you wouldn’t believe it.. there have been a couple of times I forgot to press record for the entire workout and I actually have to do it again but because they completely exhaust me I actually cried!!😆😳 but thankfully I take extra care to press record! I actually make bloopers during the workouts as I’m sure you might notice sometimes... wrong leg etc!!😆⭐️

    Epic II day 26 done ✅
    I’m always excited to jump out of bed and see what Caroline has in store for us - even on a Sunday! 😆❤️
    This was 30 minutes of good sweaty fun! 💦💦 Fast paced straightforward exercises to get the heart pumping (just the lunge to knee pass was a bit tricky balance-wise 😳😆).
    I used my 5kgs and the workout flew by super quick!

    Woohoo, can't believe I actually enjoyed this HIIT with 4kg dumbbells, really shows my progress since Epic I. Dumbbell HIITs are great, the weights really give that extra oomph but I can still control the movements so it feels more solid rather than flailing all over the place like how some bodyweight HIITs feel. Been depressed/stressed this past week but feel better having done this, Caroline's workouts have been incredible for my mental state 🌟🧡

    My nieces( 6 and 7) are also big fan of yours Caroline. Whenever I do workout they also try to do with me with water bottles. Best part is when ever I feel workout is going tough and I am struggling they cheer yes you can do it. You are not only motivating adults you are motivating kids too. ❤

    I loved this and as a 14 stone strong lady I wanted some simple and easy weights exercises to perform. I burnt 268 Cals in 30 mins and I’m extremely happy. Love your no thrills get on with it workouts. I’ve done a few now and I’m getting stronger each time. I still roll about on the floor doing burpees but I’m getting better at rolling. Thankyou x

      Since we work in pounds here in the US, my dumbbell choices were either 10s or 15s...I definitely had to drop to the 10s for several moves!!!!

    What do I care about snow and sub-zero temperatures outside when I'm sweating indoors. Thanks to a motivating Carolne dressed in orange.
    The water bottle was over-rated, but I told myself that YOU would do it with the dumbbells, even if not as fast, but holding out was my goal.🙌
    I don't know if I find it a bit frustrating or very fascinating with how fast and easy you do the exercises, even though I know you are pushing yourself to the limit, you make it look so easy. 😍
    Skis were a welcome change.
    My respect and big thanks for the work and time YOU put into this video once again.🥇💕 It was once again a mega Sunday challenge.

    Hello Week 6! I said it before but I really love how EPIC II weeks start with HIIT! It’s a perfect jump (pun intended) into the week!

    ✅2/7 - 151 max HR. Used 5s and 10s. It felt good!!! I still have energy to burn but I’m refraining from over-training. 😃

    On fire it was. This was AWESOME I am so extremely happy to notice the progress particularly on sundays since I used to find HIIT really hard. Not to mention that my sundays have imprpved DRAMATICALLY from watching tv on the coach to be ready to warm up and go. CAROLINE THANK YOU!!!!!!!

    So much harder than it looks. Love the skiers, send the HR ⬆️ while at the same time feeling like a rest from any burn. Blazing was a good title ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

      @@anthonycarson2541 hi Anthony, after doing this, I can now see my suggestion of 10kg was a bit high. You'll be fine with 7.5 I think. I used 6kg but had to drop to 5kg for some of the shoulder moves like around the world. It was a good one 🙂

      Hi Nicola...I just loved this one...really good dumbbell HIIT. Intense...but I found the time flew by! I used 6 kg which was fine fir me...I was able to keep up a good tempo with this and get a good cardio blast! Enjoy the rest of your Sunday! Matthew

      Hi Anthony...you’ll love this. 7.5 kg would be good for you! I think the point is to be able to keep up a fast pace so you really get 5e cardio HIIT part. 6 kg was just right for me...so you’d be a couple of kg heavier! Enjoy the rest of your Sunday! Matthew

    Loved this workout. I love cardio hiit as I can keep up much better than all the weird and wonderful moves she throws at us in a hiit. No less tough though just normal positions. Fantastic and flew by. Thanks Caroline

    I absolutely loved this HIIT! You're a wonder, Caroline. The time flew by. Yes challenging, but at 80% when i looked. Having some elbow fatigue from upping weight to 18s for other workouts last week. Hoping to see greater strength gains and more transformation. Anyone else experiencing pain string l around elbows?

    Smashed it! I felt I suited this one better than last two HIITs, Maybe bcz this one has less jump? I love this one combined so many arms moves, which is my weak part though. I am looking forward to having muscle to show at triceps and armpits☺️ Thank you 🙏 keep your good work. I enjoy working out with you every day and can’t image what the life will be without you!

      Completed this a while back. Do not know how I made it though. The skiers was just the staple that this HIIT needed to make it a bigger, better challenge. Loved it!

    Of all the HIITs, dumbbell is my favourite by far. I always look forward to them. I had to go a little bit lighter on two of the exercises this session. However, you know there is improvement overall when your strength choice of yesterday (or EPIC 1) is now your HIIT choice.

    I should know by now not to get too excited when Caroline uses the lighter weights because faster is definitely harder!!! My legs are fatigued and my arms are burning just like a strength session 🔥 So if you find yourself stressing out because you don’t have as heavy of weights at home as Caroline sometimes uses...do this workout with your lighter weights (at that elevated pace) and I promise you’ll burn! Way to go everyone! Sunday HIIT ✅

      Hi KS...everything you say us so true. I love working with lighter weights like this...brilliant cardio burn. I don’t have any weight heavier than 10 kg but it’s so easy to adapt to have a challenging workout. The important thing is not what Weight you use but that you challenge yourself and have some fun too! Matthew
