Agree! Never thought I would be a person who worked out from home, it always had to be the gym but it’s actually made me more consistent than ever and I have more fun working out.
Agree with you Naveen. I used to be a "total gym bunny", now I'm a Caroline convert 👍💯✔️👌. Definitely a GIRVSNISTA through and through. No gym for me any more, Caroline's workouts are way better and far more intense than anything I would do at the gym. Caroline is a an amazing motivator and coach 💯✔️.
Hi Naveen...this is so very true! I used to do classes nearly every day...I actually hardly ever went into the gym itself...only for running if it was raining outside. What I liked about doing classes was the contact with people...I thought I couldn’t get that in on line workouts! But with Caroline I can...both through her lovely friendly personality and through all the wonderful people I have got to know in this community! Matthew

Dont ever change Caroline please, as your channel gets bigger, continue to workout with us, don't over-edit your videos, since most of these influencers cheat by changing angles. I love that the camera is stationed in one place from beginning to end. When I work out watching you work out with me, seeing you getting tired also motivates me to keep on going. I love that you don't focus on a particular body part. No clickbait about getting a big ass, 6 pack or telling us how many calories we will burn, we focus on building strength and using proper form. I love that you don't sell us dreams of looking like you or anyone else. You understand that we all have different genetics, and nutrition and each person's workout ethic comes to play before results can show. I love that you are not another pretty influencer trying to be relevant, you seem professional and mature and you know what you are doing. I started doing Caroline at the start of quartine just one day in the middle of watching a movie and eating chips it just clicks I had to change and I found Caroline and I could not thank you anymore I went form 220 to 170 and you change my mindset from losing weight to building muscle so know I am doing that thank you so much😊

I don't know how Caroline does this, she is an amazing example, coach, and motivator! I did not think I will be able to complete, about at the 30% mark, but somehow Caroline motivated me and I did it. With only 7kg, but wow. I believe that it's not only me that is feeling like this, and 100% amazing after completing each workout!
I am 61 and have done it all… Jane Fonda in the 80’s , jazzercise, aerobics, vibe, Bodypump… I just love and look forward to Caroline’s videos. A bit tough this one but fantastic. Thank you so much for all you do .

Was sore all over yesterday so only did Walking and Stretching for Rest Day. Amazing Tough workout! Thankful Makers were at the start but still at the 4th set struggling already. Hi Trish This series is just completely shredding us! I've been just adoring how close we get to the limit of our ability with beast mode. I can keep using two dumbells during some days while others are harder because of fatigue. Going to need to take vacation in order to give it my all during the last week of Beast mode

Who else jumped on this one, this morning to get ready for 1st May 2023 - 10 week beast mode sessions with Caroline on CGX app? Lol I know I did! & I’m pleased to say I smashed it, despite having like inconsistent 3 months training off due to back2back flu & Iron infusion! This is the best trainer i have found in my entire 8yrs of working out. Never got bored, it makes u want to do it everyday. Not excruciating but it was fun! I’ve only tried it for 2 weeks now and man, u can feel the change and ur mindset changes. Did it every 5am of working out before going to work. Totally love it 😍
Thanks Caroline, that was a super sweaty full body but really enjoyable. I was expecting the makers and was glad we got them out of the way first! This Beast Mode programme has certainly pushed me to work harder and get stronger!
You are one heck of a coach, Caroline! the way you think the series, not only workout content but motivation also...it is something with this BeastMode idea that increases resilience and motivates...from one set to another we want to do more and better and not give up. It was hard, but I feel so proud...used my 8 kgs today, burpees went well with dmb up above the head (progress!!!). half RDLs with half squats were the toughest and during renegade with push-up I had to stop several times; oh, and the to hands rows really worked those shoulders, chest and back - loved it!!! amazing Friday full body, thank you! Second time around on this one, 9/3/21, and just as challenging and fun as I remember! This one is a favorite of mine as well! Great burn and sweat! I’m so pumped to do this!! Over the last 2 months, I’ve graduated from using 12lbs as my heaviest dumbbells to now using 20lbs!! And I even noticed with lower body that if I had access to heavier weights, I could definitely up it!! Will probably use the 15s for this one, but thank you Caroline, I couldn’t have done it without you :) Edit: WOW!!! Dripping sweat. Another one of my favs!
Wow this one is tough too! Weights I used were 15lbs. I kept telling myself don't leave anything behind if you want to see the results and I am so glad that I finish the workout without evening thinking twice/guessing myself! I am new to the Caroline group and I am so thankful that I have found you Caroline in the past four weeks you have changed my body immensely!!! I went to the beach worked out on vacation and for the first time in my life I did not gain a pound I maintained!! I have managed to recomp and takeoff at least 2% body fat from what I see and this is amazing! Today’s workout was beast! I used my 20 pounds all the way through only drop down to 15 pounds twice and that was for a warm-up shoulder press and in the middle of rows you are the best keep it coming!

Just did the entire workout with my new 10kg dumbbells!!! A year ago I was struggling with 5kg. Probably silly, but I'm very proud of myself for being able to do this. Thank you for all the amazing work, Caroline!

Thank You soo much Caroline. I admire your effort into writing and doing these challenging and effective workouts for us. This is another great, challenging yet fun full-body workout. I challenged myself and used two 9kg Dumbells which was heavy enough for me for this workout, taking the fact that the timer was on 40/20. I had to take a few seconds to catch my breath. 51 yrs old and I completed this workout with 12 lbs weights 💪 had to come back to this after having covid that kicked my behind for a while. Good to working my way back. Just finished using 15 lb dumbbells!❤10/27/23 Now almost 53 and just completed this workout with 20 and 15 lb weights with no pauses! 🎉🎉🎉
I’m going through the peri menopause and the tops of my legs ache and hurt when I do a squat which has never happened before so couldn’t do the makers, I just can’t get my feet flat on the floor. So I adjusted the squats and didn’t go as deep as I used to 😢.. However I will always show up for Caroline and will look into starting HRT which hopefully will help. Thank you Caroline for your continued brilliance in putting these workouts together ❤🙏👏👏
Oh man, my body has been sore from all the workouts this week! This was some serious beast mode! Normally I have couple of different weights nearby, but today I went with the same weights as you for the entire duration and found I needed a little bit longer breaks a couple of times... whew!! These workouts have given me the best body. I feel strong, lean, curvy with nice muscle def in all the right places. This is not a quick fix program. It’s not a 14 day journey to shredded. It’s a lifestyle of changing the way you approach exercise. It takes patience and grit and a super positive attitude. The results and effort are worth it. My metabolism is kicking and I’m in better shape at 40 then my 20’s. I hope I’m doing makers and burpees until I’m old and grey! 😆 🙌 Thank you Caroline for another great full body workout . ❤️🙏

I started doing Caroline at the start of quartine just one day in the middle of watching a movie and eating chips it just clicks I had to change and I found Caroline and I could not thank you anymore I went form 220 to 170 and you change my mindset from losing weight to building muscle so know I am doing that thank you so much😊

I don't know how Caroline does this, she is an amazing example, coach, and motivator! I did not think I will be able to complete, about at the 30% mark, but somehow Caroline motivated me and I did it. With only 7kg, but wow.

Hi Trish This series is just completely shredding us! I've been just adoring how close we get to the limit of our ability with beast mode. I can keep using two dumbells during some days while others are harder because of fatigue. Going to need to take vacation in order to give it my all during the last week of Beast mode

Lol I know I did! & I’m pleased to say I smashed it, despite having like inconsistent 3 months training off due to back2back flu & Iron infusion! This is the best trainer i have found in my entire 8yrs of working out. Never got bored, it makes u want to do it everyday. Not excruciating but it was fun! I’ve only tried it for 2 weeks now and man, u can feel the change and ur mindset changes. Did it every 5am of working out before going to work. Totally love it 😍

You are one heck of a coach, Caroline! the way you think the series, not only workout content but motivation also...it is something with this BeastMode idea that increases resilience and motivates...from one set to another we want to do more and better and not give up. It was hard, but I feel so proud...used my 8 kgs today, burpees went well with dmb up above the head (progress!!!). half RDLs with half squats were the toughest and during renegade with push-up I had to stop several times; oh, and the to hands rows really worked those shoulders, chest and back - loved it!!! amazing Friday full body, thank you! Second time around on this one, 9/3/21, and just as challenging and fun as I remember! This one is a favorite of mine as well! Great burn and sweat! I’m so pumped to do this!! Over the last 2 months, I’ve graduated from using 12lbs as my heaviest dumbbells to now using 20lbs!! And I even noticed with lower body that if I had access to heavier weights, I could definitely up it!! Will probably use the 15s for this one, but thank you Caroline, I couldn’t have done it without you :)

Wow this one is tough too! Weights I used were 15lbs. I kept telling myself don't leave anything behind if you want to see the results and I am so glad that I finish the workout without evening thinking twice/guessing myself! Thanks so much for the positive influence from you Caroline and the people here on this channel!!
I am new to the Caroline group and I am so thankful that I have found you Caroline in the past four weeks you have changed my body immensely!!! I went to the beach worked out on vacation and for the first time in my life I did not gain a pound I maintained!! I have managed to recomp and takeoff at least 2% body fat from what I see and this is amazing! Today’s workout was beast! I used my 20 pounds all the way through only drop down to 15 pounds twice and that was for a warm-up shoulder press and in the middle of rows you are the best keep it coming!

I challenged myself and used two 9kg Dumbells which was heavy enough for me for this workout, taking the fact that the timer was on 40/20. I had to take a few seconds to catch my breath. I’m going through the peri menopause and the tops of my legs ache and hurt when I do a squat which has never happened before so couldn’t do the makers, I just can’t get my feet flat on the floor. So I adjusted the squats and didn’t go as deep as I used to 😢.. However I will always show up for Caroline and will look into starting HRT which hopefully will help. Thank you Caroline for your continued brilliance in putting these workouts together ❤🙏👏👏

These workouts have given me the best body. I feel strong, lean, curvy with nice muscle def in all the right places. This is not a quick fix program. It’s not a 14 day journey to shredded. It’s a lifestyle of changing the way you approach exercise. It takes patience and grit and a super positive attitude. The results and effort are worth it. My metabolism is kicking and I’m in better shape at 40 then my 20’s.
I hope I’m doing makers and burpees until I’m old and grey! 😆 🙌
