+Jonathan Hughes Yeah it was only 6. Don't think it matters, rule book states that rulings on the floor stand, and the judge told him he was done, and in this workout 1 HSPU doesn't really make that much of a difference.
+Kali sab Went for a much too quick pace. And that strict MU form hurts him even more. Compare it with Ben that just trucks evenly along. This event was overall too hard for the general quality of athletes. Reminds me of the women's peg board at the 2015 Games.
❤❤❤ thank you, made me feel better, its a fun combo with dancing 💕😘
So much fun!! LOVE dance workouts!!! Thank you for all you do.
Killer workout - it was a vibe - wow - I am sweating and heart rate on pump #loveit

This is a event which makes all people ,who doubt CrossFit athletes’ ability to do strict pull ups and muscle ups, shocked.

What happened to individual women's competition in this coverage??

More and more, Smith is reminding me of Froning.
Ben does not use his hips much at all on those KB snatches.
Ben smith and Noah Ohlsen at 3:08:45
