Done , september 22nd,2024.I am 54 Y,O, i am quite active, ( surfing,swim,beach running,biking almost every day)but some days I struggle with NONE vibe to work out, and these days are THE MOST IMPORTANT to do it, so today i proudly say...I DID! It's all about discipline, a mindset trainning to resist,to persist,to gain muscles and build a healthy future for my 70s...Jesus, You are Awesome,thank You.Caroline Im so grateful...
Yessss day 5 done as well. Indeed slow burn OMG Have not left comments every day, but here is my week until now : Sunday day 1, Monday day 2, Tuesday rest, Wednesday , day 4 in the morning and day 3 in the evening. Thursday rest and today day 5. I try to maintain the sequence, but if not possible, I sometimes do two sessions in one day. Tomorrow I will do some cardio. And then week 1 completed , Yessssss! And all those who participate , thumbs up. Caroline, you are the best!!!!!!!!
I consider myself "pretty fit" for my age, work out 6 days a week doing random HIIT and tabata but just plateau...I don't get sore, hard to even break sweat...I call what I have "skinny fat" where my weight is fine (129, 5'7", 47 yr.) but I still have a belly and lumpy fat on my thighs. Well, Caroline has me SORE and these workouts are just the bomb digity!!! So happy I found this program! Thank you so much for putting your stuff out here!! Just fantastic
I've worked out for years and this is one of the hardest I have ever done....how can Caroline look so good after an hour of sheer torture? She is amazing.
I was chatting with another of your followers and it really made me realize how much you and your community have helped me.This month is 6 months since I found your channel and it has completely changed my relationship with food, exercise goals, and self talk. Having a healthy view on these things and letting go of any guilt and negativity brings so much more joy to workouts and life in general 💗 I have also let go of "I can't do that!" If something is new and challenging then I just focus on learning to do one rep. Before I know it, I am doing 5 reps and adding each time! This first week of Epic II has been so fun and challenging! WOW! Another workout I killed! Honestly, when I first begin this workout I felt so tired. I was angry at myself for even pushing myself so hard and I stopped at 36% and sat down for 5 minutes. I started reading through the comments and ALL OF YOU motivated me to keep going! So I got back up and I killed it. Now I’m so thankful for giving myself a little more time, pushing through, and feeling EPIC for day 5 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻😋😋😋😋 thank you Caroline🤛🏼

Whole body is on fire! I seriously can’t believe I used 25lb dumbbells for the entire workout. Before EPIC I 15 lbs was my heavy weight. Now it’s my light weight! Thank you Caroline. Your channel, your EPC program and you have been life changing for me !
Day 5, check!!! She is the best by far (on TH-cam and compared to my former gym workouts). Have never seen such variety and challenge and it keeps coming day after day!!! Love it!!! I don't even really pay attention to the music. It's nice that it isn't distracting so I can get in the "zone." But, oh boy, do I listen for those rest break beepers!
I can't barely do a single push up during the start of EPIC1. And now I can do diamond push ups and push up with single leg lift. I was so amazed with my progress that I had to pause the video, pat my back, and smile at myself infront of the mirror. 🥰🥰 thank you, Caroline!!🥰🥰

I have been doing the workouts each day and at the end of the day I have been doing day three ab and core and also the 1000 rep ab workout and I've noticing a difference in my back remaining on the floor even though my range is still somewhat limited I do better with alternating legs. I am so glad to have such a treasure trove of workouts to do for trouble spots. And your smile makes it all worth it

Just finished week 1. I literally cried (no joke here) because of my upper thighs are hurting me so much ;w; and also my mental health. Even if I felt disappointed, I still pushed through the workout while being more gentle on my thighs. I just yelled to Video Caroline while we were squatting : GODDAMIT STEP ON A FREAKIN' LEGO BLOCK ! NO MORE DIAG. SQUATS ! It, kind of, helped.
end of the 1st week! i'm so proud of myself... i have a binge eating disorder and i am not taking any help from a nutritionist or someting so losing weight is very hard for me but i'm trying my best. some days i have no motivation for workouts but when i start the video and put some pumping music on spotify i find my motivation... here we go week 2!!!!!
This may just be my favorite 1 hour full body workout of all time! The variety of the moves and the controlled pace made it feel manageable, so I was pleasantly surprised to find I had burnt nearly 600 calories doing this🤯And how powerful was the 1 leg pushup to kick through move?! Felt like a superhero doing it. Eternally grateful for having discovered you, Caroline! All of my muscles were shaking after this one! Those kneel to squats get me every time. And those staple exercises really brought the 🔥🔥! I was able to do 5 diamond push ups today... in the past I feel like I’ve struggled to do just 1! 🙌💪 Happy Friday everyone!

OMG..my legs🔥 enjoyed it. Initially you feel relaxed the moment you start doing you can feel the sore muscle . Hamstring glute lift gave real challenge . I have to improve tricep push up .Thanks Caroline for this sweaty and brilliant workout .🙏❤️

I almost always start tipping over in the beginning! But it really helps when I engage my core, engage the glute of the leg that is back, and make sure my whole front foot is pressing down into the ground! Hope that can help someone else! :)
If you don‘t already, you could also focus on the heel of your front foot. It feels a little bit like a stable point, that holds the lunge together XD That’s the best way I can express it XD
Back to back day 4 and 5, so got to experience this lunge to squats twice! Also woke up this morning singing “one, two, three, four... ready for the heart break.” The epic series has kept me motivated and sane, every time they shut the gym. Thank you x
I never hated body weight squat walks this much in my life.... I can't believe I actually finished it... although I had to do diamond pushups on my knees... I will get there one day.... this one was a toughest workout so far... for me anyway.... never a dull moment with Caroline... :)
10 kgs and 5 kgs for the hammer curls, shoulder press and push press. Had to take some very brief extra breaks, my legs were already not bending towards the end. Still, the improvement in my strength, endurance and form is huge. Even just the fact that I know what good form is. Love the structure. A pleasantly challenging one. Thanks a lot, Caroline!

For more than 5 months now I'd been trying to get a proper pushup done. I just couldn't. Somehow I couldn't go low enough. What I couldn't do in 5 months, I did in 4 days. After just 4 days of epic 2, I can do 5 proper full pushups in a row. I'm grateful beyond words.
Absolutely loved this one!! I always love the SLOW BURN from a Full Body Friday workout of Caroline’s! The format was perfect! Having the 30 second rest helped me mentally get into the next move and work on my breath. I used 2-25lb dumbbells except for the regular shoulder presses, flyes & diamond presses (2-20lb). I was pretty proud when I used the 25s for the push presses - a PB for me! 💪🏻👏🏻 I really didn’t think I could but I tried it and surprised myself! Felt really good after our rest day yesterday! Those are so crucial in this program and she has them perfectly placed! Thanks so much Caroline!! ❤️👊🏻🤩

This was my favorite workout of the week! Loved it! I felt so strong! I used my 2x25lb dumbbells and I was so happy I could use them the whole time. Also lasted for the whole 45secs of the slow triceps pushup for the 1st time ever! Thanks Caroline! See you all Sunday😀
Hello Navya! I also did approx 5 minutes before beginning this but honestly, it’s low impact and slow paced.. after I felt amazing and forgot all about it!! But just pay extra attention to how your back feels... keep it straight during rows and RDLs as your core might not feel as tight as mine doesn’t! Cx
So have I! Was also worried and praying the dreaded cramps don't start half way through. Great tips Caroline, great to know about the lack of core strength and also that you are just as human as us 😂
I love Epic 2 as we get to alternate between challenging weights then doing body weights. Makes it so much easier for me to power through also to focus better on my form. Thanks Caroline

Yessss day 5 done as well. Indeed slow burn OMG Have not left comments every day, but here is my week until now : Sunday day 1, Monday day 2, Tuesday rest, Wednesday , day 4 in the morning and day 3 in the evening. Thursday rest and today day 5. I try to maintain the sequence, but if not possible, I sometimes do two sessions in one day. Tomorrow I will do some cardio. And then week 1 completed , Yessssss! And all those who participate , thumbs up. Caroline, you are the best!!!!!!!!

I consider myself "pretty fit" for my age, work out 6 days a week doing random HIIT and tabata but just plateau...I don't get sore, hard to even break sweat...I call what I have "skinny fat" where my weight is fine (129, 5'7", 47 yr.) but I still have a belly and lumpy fat on my thighs. Well, Caroline has me SORE and these workouts are just the bomb digity!!! So happy I found this program! Thank you so much for putting your stuff out here!! Just fantastic

I was chatting with another of your followers and it really made me realize how much you and your community have helped me.This month is 6 months since I found your channel and it has completely changed my relationship with food, exercise goals, and self talk. Having a healthy view on these things and letting go of any guilt and negativity brings so much more joy to workouts and life in general 💗 I have also let go of "I can't do that!" If something is new and challenging then I just focus on learning to do one rep. Before I know it, I am doing 5 reps and adding each time! This first week of Epic II has been so fun and challenging! WOW! Another workout I killed! Honestly, when I first begin this workout I felt so tired. I was angry at myself for even pushing myself so hard and I stopped at 36% and sat down for 5 minutes. I started reading through the comments and ALL OF YOU motivated me to keep going! So I got back up and I killed it. Now I’m so thankful for giving myself a little more time, pushing through, and feeling EPIC for day 5 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻😋😋😋😋 thank you Caroline🤛🏼

Day 5, check!!! She is the best by far (on TH-cam and compared to my former gym workouts). Have never seen such variety and challenge and it keeps coming day after day!!! Love it!!! I don't even really pay attention to the music. It's nice that it isn't distracting so I can get in the "zone." But, oh boy, do I listen for those rest break beepers!

I have been doing the workouts each day and at the end of the day I have been doing day three ab and core and also the 1000 rep ab workout and I've noticing a difference in my back remaining on the floor even though my range is still somewhat limited I do better with alternating legs. When I first started this program I could barley do 5 push-ups, now I can do 25 in a row! I never thought I would be able to do that! I can’t thank you enough Caroline!
Just finished week 1. I literally cried (no joke here) because of my upper thighs are hurting me so much ;w; and also my mental health. Even if I felt disappointed, I still pushed through the workout while being more gentle on my thighs. I just yelled to Video Caroline while we were squatting : GODDAMIT STEP ON A FREAKIN' LEGO BLOCK ! NO MORE DIAG. SQUATS !

This may just be my favorite 1 hour full body workout of all time! The variety of the moves and the controlled pace made it feel manageable, so I was pleasantly surprised to find I had burnt nearly 600 calories doing this🤯And how powerful was the 1 leg pushup to kick through move?! Felt like a superhero doing it. Eternally grateful for having discovered you, Caroline! No words can ever sufficiently describe my gratitude for how you have transformed me both internally and externally.💓🙏
All of my muscles were shaking after this one! Those kneel to squats get me every time. And those staple exercises really brought the 🔥🔥!

About a year ago, I couldn't even do 1 diamond push up and now after all these amazing workouts by Caroline today with day 5, I was able to do 8 in a row! Thank you so much Caroline, for helping me achieving my goals!

I almost always start tipping over in the beginning! But it really helps when I engage my core, engage the glute of the leg that is back, and make sure my whole front foot is pressing down into the ground! Hope that can help someone else! :)
If you don‘t already, you could also focus on the heel of your front foot. It feels a little bit like a stable point, that holds the lunge together XD That’s the best way I can express it XD
I switched from running shoes to cross training shoes. I am much more balanced now. I used to tip over all the time!!
Back to back day 4 and 5, so got to experience this lunge to squats twice!
Also woke up this morning singing “one, two, three, four... ready for the heart break.”

I never hated body weight squat walks this much in my life.... I can't believe I actually finished it... although I had to do diamond pushups on my knees... I will get there one day.... this one was a toughest workout so far... for me anyway.... never a dull moment with Caroline... :)

10 kgs and 5 kgs for the hammer curls, shoulder press and push press. Had to take some very brief extra breaks, my legs were already not bending towards the end. Still, the improvement in my strength, endurance and form is huge. Even just the fact that I know what good form is. Love the structure. A pleasantly challenging one. Thanks a lot, Caroline!

For more than 5 months now I'd been trying to get a proper pushup done. I just couldn't. Somehow I couldn't go low enough. What I couldn't do in 5 months, I did in 4 days. After just 4 days of epic 2, I can do 5 proper full pushups in a row. I'm grateful beyond words.

Absolutely loved this one!! I always love the SLOW BURN from a Full Body Friday workout of Caroline’s! The format was perfect! Having the 30 second rest helped me mentally get into the next move and work on my breath. I used 2-25lb dumbbells except for the regular shoulder presses, flyes & diamond presses (2-20lb). I was pretty proud when I used the 25s for the push presses - a PB for me! 💪🏻👏🏻 I really didn’t think I could but I tried it and surprised myself! Felt really good after our rest day yesterday! Those are so crucial in this program and she has them perfectly placed! Thanks so much Caroline!! ❤️👊🏻🤩

The only disadvantage of doing your exercises is to see all the dust and filth under the sofa 🤦🏻♀️🤪 after the video I have to vacuum and mob the floor • Thanks to you my home is much more cleaner right now 😂 and thank you for your all videos because ı have never been fitter ever before ❤️

Hehehe...the staple diagonal squats and body weights squat walks were quite a challenge...I kept hoping for the end of the work out....ultimately saw the end of it. Thanks Caroline!

This was my favorite workout of the week! Loved it! I felt so strong! I used my 2x25lb dumbbells and I was so happy I could use them the whole time. Also lasted for the whole 45secs of the slow triceps pushup for the 1st time ever! Thanks Caroline! See you all Sunday😀

Hello Navya! I also did approx 5 minutes before beginning this but honestly, it’s low impact and slow paced.. after I felt amazing and forgot all about it!! But just pay extra attention to how your back feels... keep it straight during rows and RDLs as your core might not feel as tight as mine doesn’t! Cx

I love Epic 2 as we get to alternate between challenging weights then doing body weights. Makes it so much easier for me to power through also to focus better on my form. Thanks Caroline
