- The carne asada taco is the ultimate favorite among taco lovers! So let me show you how I grew up eating carne asada tacos. Most food trucks cook the meat on a flat top, but grilling the meat over charcoal or lump brings out a whole new level of flavor! We're keeping it simple and authentic. No fancy marinades - Let the meat and charcoal flavor shine! I am using a simple seasoning on quality arrachera (skirt steak) That's all you need, for the perfect, mouthwatering taco experience. Top it whatever you want but for me, I want some cilantro, onion, salsa and guacamole and it's the perfect taco.

Pure Deliciousness with or without marinade....Shout out to your Tio's they knew what was good!!!👊🏼 A plate of tacos with small green onions, guacamole, salsita and a few cold mexican beers...makes for one satisfying meal! 😎👌🏼 Good video Sal! #carneasada
my earliest memory as a kid was watching that kingsford get lit up for some carne asada. the beers were open, music blasting and the moms inside making some sides. good times
