    I really liked the compound moves! Usually it's arms (round) and then abs (round), but was great to have them both together. I definitely felt the arms more than the abs, but that might also have something to do with the strength workout I did yesterday. As always, love your cool downs. Thanks, Heather! :-)

    Loved this workout. I loved that it used light weights so it wasn't overwhelming, but I didn't have to put so much strain on my wrists because of the weights. Perfect!

    Completed Tuesday today as I’m working late tomorrow so want the earlier workout 😂 Love it! I’ve treated myself to some new leopard print ultraboosts as I’ve been consistent with you since Jan! Thank you Heather :) It’s been a slow journey back into fitness after pregnancy but I feel like I’m really into a good flow now :)

    I LOVED this! First I was all "not feeling like over 40min today" and when the finish-cling came, I was all "oh, already?" This was super fun and motivating yet challenging workout: I was sweating already after the first round and had to change my weights into smaller ones. THANK YOU HEATHER! You are awrsome!!

    May 8, 2024….almost -perfect but need to do it again until perfect….
    June 13, 2024…got that one perfect fibally!that was awesome! One of my favorites DEFINITELY!!!!
    July 7, 2025 only halfway…2nd exercise of the day but did not finish 23:38 i did sweat a lot though!

    Love the combinations here, Heather. The chest press bicycle is my favorite of these. It’s like you’re actually grabbing the handlebars of a motorcycle and pressing on the gas! 🏍💨Thanks for this one!

    I’m gonna play the devil’s advocate here. I’m not a fan of this. The reason is because I didn’t feel like I got out of it as much. Abs and arms is a strange combination (except planks).

    I couldn't do push up and side plank properly it upsets me so much!! But then I trust the process. I will get stronger and be able to do all of the workouts completely. Looking forward to when that day come!

    Heather I love your videos but I cannot do wrist extensions due to ganglion cysts ...would be so appreciative of a low impact arms and abs video that doesn't require wrist extension!

    While I like mixing arms & abs, unless you are flexible, this workout was difficult
