    Wow. This one is fantastic. I'm humbled that after working out w/ HR 3x/wk for two years that her routines can still kick my ass.

      One of the toughest ever! Really love the past through lunges and the plank arm swings! You don’t need very much weight at all! Such a unique and creative work out!

    I loved this Metcon! Luv the sets of 3 with no jumping but weights incorporated. Don’t ever stop these workouts Heather. I’d be lost!

    Ohhh my goodness!! Thank you for the “gentle“ reminder that slowing down your movements can make for a killer work out! My heart rate actually hit 167 beats at one point! And it’s not that I don’t workout! I have just been stuck in HIIT routines!

    Whewwwww! Currently waiting for my heart rate to drop to do this cool down!! I added jumping instead of the modifications! I used to skip the low impact workouts because I wanted the extras… but realized I can still
    do these but make it my own! Thanks for the sweat sesh Heather! Traveling for the next two weeks and I am so grateful
    I can take you with me wherever I go! No excuses! xoxoxo 💜

    I continue to love everything she creates - the variety is exactly what my fitness spirit craves. And despite how many say you must stick to a plan to see results, I continue to gain strength and see definition thanks to Heather’s fabulous training.     This is proof that you don't need high impact for a sweaty and effective workout. I'm super satisfied after this. I challenged myself with heavier weights and didn't have to stop or modify! Yay for strength gains!

    That was a fantastic work out. Full body and super sweaty. I modified the leg drop by alternating legs to help my back and modified the push ups and it all felt amazing. Thanks HR

    Love it. Perfect for me. Due to my lower back I can't jump or run. So low impact is mine. And the shorter workouts totally fit into my daily routine 💕💐
