I used to skip the low impact workouts because I wanted the extras… but realized I can still do these but make it my own! Thanks for the sweat sesh Heather! This is proof that you don't need high impact for a sweaty and effective workout. I'm super satisfied after this. I challenged myself with heavier weights and didn't have to stop or modify! Yay for strength gains!
Loved the creativity of this one and the circuits in bite sized pieces - really enjoyable. Will come back to this one (I say that a lot...HR for a lifetime!)
