The last one, that he plays while peddling the bicycle is a circus march entitled "Entry of the Gladiators" by Julius Ernest Wilhelm Fučík who, according to Wikipedia, "was a Czech composer and conductor of military bands. He became a prolific composer, with over 400 marches, polkas, and waltzes to his name. As most of his works were for military bands, he is sometimes known as the 'Bohemian Sousa'".

Thanks for this one! There's one pianist I can add to your "annoying" list, which I actually saw in formal concert. It was really more funny than annoying, but it was very distracting. This is the diminutive pianist (physically) who wears large cuffs and sleeves, while playing an aggressive piece. It appeared that the piano was playing him! - hands jumping off the keys as though they were electrified and out of the seat when things got really treacherous. I almost burst out laughing.
Too true, it's harder by far to ignore a tempo being set than to follow it, Try listening to music you could walk to, then not walk to the beat, OR strictly off-beat!

Some of these remind me of the great Glen Gould. He was bloody brilliant. An absolute prodigy, but omg was he eccentric! A famous hypochondriac who always, no matter the temperature outside, ~wore gloves, an overcoat and a hat. He was very OCD as well, which dogged him his entire life. Oh and he was Canadian. Like me.
