I think that valve handle comes off. There is usually a nut or screw. Then paint it blue and put it back on.

@@buildfixflip I live in WA. But we want to move somewhere warmer. I don't know where yet. But for setting up glamping I am thinking also in TN, but I have been looking at other areas such as Lake Tahoe, the mountains here, and a few other areas that will offer what visitors will be looking for.
