Thank you so much foe your kind words! Where is your STR located? And is it a traditional house or a unique stay?

@@buildfixflip It’s a traditional house in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin.
I have dreams of a set of unique stays but budgetary constraints at the moment. So I’m starting where I can - with a house that’s nicer than the cramped 2 bedroom condo I live in with my husband and two kids. 😂
So the dreaming (and living vicariously through you all, Robuilt, and Kai 😂) continues.

Hey guys y’all are doing great! I feel the same way u do. I’m always doing stuff having only a thought in my little brain. It gets frustrating when things don’t work the way it looks in your mind but it’s probably the best way of learning! It’s really coming along and I’m super excited for u guys. We love close (in North GA). Would love to come see your area when it’s finished!! Keep on…you’re doing great!!! 👍🏻

We actually are finished but behind on TH-cam -whoops! Here is our AirBnB link!: www.airbnb.com/rooms/51584755?translate_ugc=false&source_impression_id=p3_1632401988_3Wt8d8tqM4U3r3ex&guests=1&adults=1&check_in=2021-11-06
It has been a very stressful but exciting whirlwind. We have had so much work to do and with our crazy kids and doing all the work ourselves is tough and slow some times and can get very frustrating. But it’s really cool to see all the progress we have made and I’m sure will be the same way for you!! Yes you are welcome to come see the final product! And we just bought two more sheds that will be delivered in the next couple weeks!!

Watching your videos backwards 🤣 using those old logs was such a smart move they look awesome. I assume each tiny shed needs its own panel? Do you know how many circuits will be in each shed? Also I’m so impressed you got all those cuts for the headboard perfectly. I would have messed that up so many times

Thank you, that headboard took a long time! This shed has about 5 circuits and its a total of 100amps. We are in the process now of adding another electric pole in our property since the existing 200 amp panel is now maxed out. We plan to get a 400 amp panel at that new electric pole. In the future we will not be doing an electric water heater since they need too much power. We plan to get a massive on-demand propane water heater and supply 3 sheds from one heater.
