It´s been 4 years now exercising literally "non-stop" with Mike. These morning stretches, the scenery and the singing bird made my day! As always, thank you Mike.
While this warm-up does not introduce any new movements (I've been doing all of your seated & standing warm-ups for the past 7 years) it has become a favourite for me because of its uniqueness. Not only is the landscape impressive, inviting and refreshing but, more importantly, it includes your thoughtful and caring words of encouragement to remind all of us to look for positive ways to start our day. It's a winner. Well done, Mike!
Delighted to see you in such glorious surroundings in what must be the start of the Australian autumn! there are such good exercises before housework, gardening or anything else around!
Mike, thanks for the stretch. Personally, like every old timer computer specialist, I can do nothing before having a strong cup of coffee. I've done it for over 50 years. Love your poarch and the view.
Love seeing your new video on my feed. My mom will be excited about this when I tell her. She is 68 yo, couldn't walk properly, had frozen shoulder, back aches, etc. She's been exercising with you and she is improving each day ❣️ Thank you Mike ❤️
I think I saw the bird fly by! Thank you Mike, it is tea time here in the highlands of Scotland but as I had been on the computer for an hour I felt it would be good to do these stretches right now! Very good.

Great idea adding another stretch routine, Mike! I like variety because I intersperse stretches throughout my daily activities, including exercise. A nice, all around routine with a backdrop that was lovely, including the surprise birdsong! Thank you, and please provide more stretches in the future...Anastasia

Watching your morning stretch, where in Sorrento Italy. Please continue with outdoor videos, I love them. wanted to know if you could do more standing? I'm very close to my 80 th bday. I would also recommend more core exercises . keep up a great work blocking I'm sure your helping so many of our seniors. Ciao from Sorrent😎🤗
Thank you Mike! I did this stretch after a long airline flight from the US to Paris. It helped me gently get moving and to enjoy the remaining part of the day.
Thanks. I needed this. I’m doing top to bottom Spring housecleaning and I was stiff this morning. This stretch got rid of the stiffness.I’m ready to clean another room today. Thanks.
Hi Mike ... Yes I missed following you for awhile but have been hitting the gym and the KLT Pilates and well just doing your stretches again now tells me I am lazy on the stretches .. BUT I use the vibrating machine regularly so not too shabby. BUT you routines are a real wake up call and so effective .. Cheers Mate .
Michael….your thumbs up counter is not working. I have enjoyed this video many times and am sure the counter does not reflect the response to your work. Fix or ignore. I enjoyed the setting very much…
The Australian accent is hard to understand and follow, for Americans and other non-Australian English speakers.. Fortunately I can get TH-cam on the TV, with CAPTIONS! Yay! Otherwise I would only understand about half of what he's saying. Still, a great service and very helpful. I've been sitting on the sofa with a laptop on my lap for the last five years, writing a book, and I've gone stiff as a board, and weak as a kitten, despite hour-long daily walks with my dog. Disgraceful! .And frankly embarrassing for a former jogger, former swimmer, someone who's always been very active and very fit. At 80, this is a hard recovery. So take my advice - stay strong and never lose your fitness. It can evaporate without your even knowing it.
