    I like this one Mike and am adding it to a couple of your other balance routines to fill 30 mins every other day. Thank you for suggesting a handy alternative to weights - I am using two tins of soup! Feel quite pleased with myself at having graduated to intermediate level. Good luck in your new home.

    Love your seated exercises because of bad back and have to make adjustments because of shoulder pain. Overall, have been working out every day with you for over two years and it has been very beneficial for mind, body and spirit. Keep up the good work!

    Great workout thank you and very stylish studio! After a cycling disaster, I’ve been doing your exercise videos since December 2021 and I cannot thank you enough for them. They have helped me enormously, I never get bored, and last week managed to get both arms straight (yay) by the side of my head.     I have graduated to this level after a month. Thanks Mike! I like how you remind us to straighten up and etc. And tell us what the movements improve.I think I’ve done all your videos. I been with you since 6/15. I do diamond Art n am seated for sometimes 2 hours and had to reach for back of the sofa to pull myself up . I just get up now! I’m so amazed! Thank you so much! I’m 75 and weigh 140: and felt like I was 90 and
    weigh 200 but not anymore!So glad I found you! I can’t stand on one foot yet but I will someday! 😀❤️🙏🏻

    Juat got back into More Life Health after seven months break (started with two months fight with my internet provider). So pleased I did, after two days I am already feeling more positive about myself and I'm sure this strength exercise I did as part of my routine today will be brilliant for my walking.     We so appreciate you, Mike. My husband had back surgery in December 2021 and due to complications, there were 3 more back surgeries. He finally returned home in May and then went into outpatient therapy. The outpatient therapy was great but, all things come to an end as did the therapy. We knew that more therapy was needed. Cruising around youtube, I found you. What a great find you are! We are doing your exercises 6 days a week. Because of you, we are seeing continuous improvement and endurance. Thank you. By the way, you need to know that I believe therapists are miracle workers,

    I'm so grateful I found your videos. I work out to them just about every day and getting so much stronger. You have an excellent way of making me feel confident and motivated. I'm 75 and my son is taking me to Italy in 10 weeks so I need to do a bit of work on myself. Balance still a problem !!

    Enjyoying the weights and balance exercises. Noticing improvement in balance and less pain in knee cap. Walk about 1/2 hour a day as well weather permitting. I am 82 and have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s but it is still mild and progressing slowly. I seem to have more muscle contractions rather than shaking..

    Liked this exercise routine. I have mild Parkinson’s which is progressing slowly. My legs bother me and I don’t have tremors. Had a knee replacement last year for necrosis not arthritis. Now my other knee hyperextends when I try to balance on it. Have to hang in to the chair when balancing on this leg. Surgery knee good. Marg

    Hi, Mike. I was wondering how often I should do this video with weights. I have osteoporosis and joint problems. I do enjoy your videos, but don't like to do squats or deep knee bends because I have a knee replacement and read that it could be hard on even a six year old knee replacement because of wearing out parts more quickly.

    Excellent, as always! I love those hip and legs swings (I do your dynamic stretch video at least 5 x week!), and the sequence of the rest of this video is great and very easy to follow.     The only problem was with my right leg as I had a full knee replacement 1916 so not as effective as my left leg

    Picking up again, Mike. Much appreciation for this sequence. Confession: I 'hate' squats. Probably am not doing them correctly -- too much strain on already-sore knees. I will try to pay more attention to using muscles, not knees, I am thinking'.

    At 60 years old, and after long years of a debilitating illness, I had no idea how out of shape I had become. I watched it once through and though, oh this will be a piece of cake. But surprise surprise, It was hard for me. I was especially shocked that I could do calf raises with both legs, but I could barely get my heel off the ground for the one-legged ones. Thank you for this workout, I will continue to do these, they are excellent. Although this was hard for me, it WAS doable.

    I heard squats aren’t good for seniors, I do the 20 minute after a hour chair aerobics but don’t do squats!!! Could you please come up with exercise’s that strength train just not wear it the knees!!!

    I just completed this routine but did take slightly longer breaks between rounds. I used 5 lb. weights, and exceeded the reps for the squats (the 15 count one), rows, and curls for all rounds by 5 reps. I was fearful of attempting this routine, but I'm almost there!     I liked this video and also the view from your new place. Be happy there! It's very hot in Italy and I even thought of just swimming every day. We have the whole house air conditioned but this African high pressure is getting to me. However, I don't want to lose the exercise ability that I have acquired, so until it's a bit less hot, I'm looking to do shorter exercise videos. This one was ideal. Thank you.

    I love your exercises Mike. I finally tried this exercise routine but because I suffer from bursitis on both hips I have difficulty doing the leg swings and swivels. I used to be able to even a few weeks ago but lately my bursitis is preventing me from doing leg swings. What do I do? I can do the arm exercises even though I also have minor problems with my shoulders and elbows. I feel like I’m a walking disaster but I won’t give up. By the way I got osteoporosis.
    Thank you for your continued contribution to keeping seniors fit and healthy. I’ll keep exercising using your videos.

    I very much like the intermediate level. Some more seated cardio videos would be helpful for me. I suffer from intermittent bouts of bursitis and tendonitis. Great to see you in a new pad. I've been using your stuff for years now and its always good to hear some of your personal news.

    Hi. I am an active 71 year old who has just got back into yoga as i was having hip and knee pain. GP said most likely caused through very weak gluteus on right side. So had been adding bridges and clams to routine. Found your lovely , simple workout with calf raises and squats, all super good for gluteus too. I will add this to my work out for days where i feel ive missed out, or it was otherwise a bit light. I am definately going to see what else you have, i like the simplisity and your style. Thank you so very much.

    Hello Mike, I didn’t use the weights simply because I do not want big muscles, I prefer to have nice toned arms. I also do Pilates and aqua-fit and both help to keep the arms toned. I did like this class and have liked all your online classes. Thank you very much, much appreciated. I like the nice short sessions as I can click on a class whenever I have some spare time.       Start lighter (canned food) and you can progress when you've learnt the exercises and they're becoming too easy!

    I’ve done as far as the bonus round today, for the first time. I had to stop as I was feeling very very dizzy. Should I work up to this gradually or do a different programme to get strong enough for this?
    I'm 72 and fairly sedentary.

    Thank you Mike, this is just what I need. I found that the pace was a little too fast for me. with the biceps curl I thought that the speed allowed momentum to aid in the next curl. If it were a little slower the muscles would get more work to do. Just my two cents worth.
