That looks better than brand new, love the chrome stack and white top. Looks like it came off the show room floor. I love watching you restore these antiques or junkyard forgotten tractors back to life. You make them purr like Fluffy.
First class outcome. Great looking tractor that will be a go to machine. I really enjoy your thinking and how to overcome obstacles to get to the end of project, especially looking and sounding awesome. 👍
Nice job re'purposing, & fabricating the conveyor belt base sheet metal to fix the cab roof. The whole M-F 1105 looks new. Thanks again for some LOL moments, & Jackie Gleason at the end was the topper. The exterior hardware ( new ) is always the way to go; Spectacular.
That tractor turned out nice!! Hank for the win with the new metal for the roof. That turned out nice. Dang funny when you jumped at the end. Bet you could’ve beat fluffy to the house to hide in that moment. Lol
Really amazing transformation after a ton of work. They call that kind of surface rust "patina" now, and clear coat right over it to "preserve" it. A beautiful masses j.t.
Looks great! I just watched a video of a factory that makes an 885 I think it was that was the same front end with square head lights, I'm guessing 80's but they're still making that tractor today kind of cool. I liked the Massey's when I was a kid.
long time watching and AC collecter had a neighbor that ran Masseys they bought 2 new 1135s and 5 bottom plows was the big horses in the neighborhood l live in centrai lowa.
Hey Joe,,loving it. With the party lights, it's JT's barn and grill and party paint shop. Looking great. No longer nasty Ferguson. Earned a trip to the blue mountain. Cheers buddy,,
Found your channel today and subscribed. I am currently giving my 1978 1135 a makeover. It was the first tractor I purchased when I started farming. It's in the shop right now getting some mechanical work done, after that a new cab kit and repainted. If it turns out as good as your 1105, I will be happy.
Try that bottom side or top side Lowe's or home Depot Rust-Oleum Marine paint for those top and sides of those cab bodys ,,it ll last forever and it's sort of a thick rubber skin type of a finished paint
Looks amazing, you have done a great job on that one. Good to see those old girls going to a good home, as a kid growing up I did many hours on a 1105 and 1135
Your guests will have some very colorful sheets to sleep on when they come to visit. Great job on making her look new. Hope the International provides many more years of dependable work in the fields.
I have said it before, "you can make chicken salad out of chicken shit". That Massey looks fantastic, she is A keeper. It is nice to have friends like that. Massey Ferguson engineers need to take note from you. You get a lot done in that barn. Thanks for taking us along.
Excellent video JT :) well done on frabic metal plus primer, sanding, paint , clear coat and decals ! Plus did super 👌 job 👏 you did wonderfull job ! Bet lots people say you take care of your equipment and yes there right about it !
You sure do nice work. We had a 1130 and a 1135. The only difference between a 1100 and 1130 was the 1135 has a turbo. The straight pipe looks really cool and sounds good too. But someday you might want to save your ears and put a muffler on it.
That tractor looks and sounds great! Very nice job with it. I’d recommend you get the AC going this summer if it has it and find a factory MF quick hitch for the 3 pt if you can. Great video…👍
My father and I have been watching a lot of your videos and we work some land and farm in southern Ontario and try to restore tractors from the 50s to the 80s but you are so quick to drag a old piece equipment home having it looking like new. We’re running out of people with the love for this stuff more or so the work behind it great job and keep up the hard work. As well this video really makes me want to paint the Massey Ferguson 1130 that we just rebuilt the engine in. Good job from one happy Canadian viewer and a fellow Massey lover
@@jtsbarnngrill6873 yeah it definitely does plan to do some of it this spring after spring tillage. I hope I can get it to look as sharp as that 1105 but those old Massey always look good painted. especially if you do as good of a job as you did. We have a few old Massey a few old fords and a few old John Deere two cylinders so I can understand the work you do keep it up
Watching all your videos. i am from South Africa. GREAT paint job on that old Lady MF 1105. Looks GREAT!!!! HWPO ( meaning hard work pays off) . Sir you are a insperation for many of us. Doing this all by yourself... Where i live in South Africa they will call you a YSTER!!! Meaning YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!
Thanks for posting the great video of showing all your hard work and what a fantastic looking tractor looking like it just came off the production line. Hope you get many enjoyable years out of the old, new, Ferguson.
Growing up our neighbor had a fleet of 4wd Massey's they used for rice farming. I always loved watching them work the fields. Another guy had an 1105 that he used in his farming next to where we made hay. Larger Massey's were not that popular around us growing up.
You make that work look easy JT! Turned a turd into a treasure! Thanks for letting us watch! Jackie Gleason was also a treasure! Watch that movie frequently!
@@jtsbarnngrill6873 hmmm...don't think I could do that....but some of it I probably could. Only Sally Fields left of that cast?! ☹️ That movie came out the year I graduated from high school.....yep! I'm old!
Looks great I love the masseys in snow! Something about that red compared to others. Your videos are awesome and goes to show that someone could farm on a budget
My dad had one of those when he farmed and that engine sound brings back a lot of memories
The Perkins has a distinct sound!
That looks better than brand new, love the chrome stack and white top. Looks like it came off the show room floor. I love watching you restore these antiques or junkyard forgotten tractors back to life. You make them purr like Fluffy.
Right on! Thanks!
incredible job! looks like she came off the show room - and love that her inauguration was in the snow!
Thanks! The snow really sets off the red on a Massey!
Beautiful perfect i love you Massey Ferguson
First class outcome. Great looking tractor that will be a go to machine. I really enjoy your thinking and how to overcome obstacles to get to the end of project, especially looking and sounding awesome. 👍
Thank you! I try to think outside of the box to get the best results!
Wow!!!!! The new hardware and the chrome stack set it off!!!!!
Great job!!!!!
It’s amazing what a difference something small like hardware really make a project!
For sure!!!
That's beautiful!! Makes me miss our 1105 we bought brand new in1975 that was one of our best tractors we had. It was our big tractor
I feel like this one will be my new favorite
24:55. WOW!!!
Thats one sweet 1105!
An 1135 was our big tractor paired with a 750 combine when I was a kid. Glad to see those Masseys alive and well.

Clear coat is the key to nice looking paint. Good job JT!
I agree! Makes paint pop!
That tractor turned out nice!! Hank for the win with the new metal for the roof. That turned out nice. Dang funny when you jumped at the end. Bet you could’ve beat fluffy to the house to hide in that moment. Lol
😆😆. I thought everyone would love that part lol
Man that red is smooth! Great job JT. Your face at the end when that snow fell was priceless. 😁👍👍

Right on! I needed a little refreshment after that one! 😉
I might have you another project after the 1105 if you're interested in a smaller massey
WOW incredible
Spent many, many hours operating a MF 1100 and 1135. Loved working those tractors. What a change on that old beast. Great job.

Excellent! I’d like to see some pics when she’s finished
Sure will. I want to have it all finished up this summer for the 2024 Ohio Valley Antique Machinery Show here in southern Ohio.
Try that bottom side or top side Lowe's or home Depot Rust-Oleum Marine paint for those top and sides of those cab bodys ,,it ll last forever and it's sort of a thick rubber skin type of a finished paint
Awesome job! That’s what a Massey should look like and sounds mean. 👍

This isn’t bad in the cab even with the pipe. But a muffler wouldn’t hurt 😉
