Wow.... I don’t know how you kept talking and instructing through this Lilly... especially the quad section at the end! My gosh! Burned like hell! One tip I’ve found so useful for Pilates bridges and feeling the booty work over the quads is to scoop the pelvis under before lifting and when at the top of the bridge, focus on the pelvic bone shooting up and back towards your head and the knees reaching as far forward as possible... that way I can press slightly higher and get the activation. Just including for anyone out there who only feels quads and hamstrings in the bridges and not glutes.
I hust did this with my torn ligament on my foot, just did a variation of the bridging and replaced the squats with some arm and shoulders stuff. It feels SO GOOD working out so hard even though I've got an injured foot and because the exercises are so targeted and professional I can actually do most of them without involving my foot. Thats why i LOVE pilates so much. ❤
Can't wait to do this for my leg day lilly ! I do ur longer form workouts almost every day ! Today I did ur upper body workout❤ur the best coach ever gonna do this soon !

this is lower body, you would want to do full body every day. should do a mix of lower body and upper body with cardio inbetween through out the week
That was the quickest 30 min workout I ever did, but it was also filled with burn😂🔥 thank you Lilly for taking away my ability to walk tomorrow
