Hello, after so long I have calmly returned to doing some of your exercises, during the time of the pandemic I did not miss your daily live shows and that Irish dance or something like that that your mother or grandmother did was wonderful❤
Student physio involve any bending over or what would apply load to the disc. Any hunched positions. But please consult your physio for full treatment.
Absolutely AMAZING Lilly! I just completed the lower body strength endurance session with Amy and Gbemi from the LEAN app and then tagged this YT workout on as finisher... Let's just say RIP legs, glutes... Everything LB!!! I'll be crawling for the rest of the day! 🤣
Hi! Discovered you days ago and subscribed emmediately ❤ I experience knee pain which sadly prevents me from pushing through leg exercises. Any suggestions on how to enjoy an excersise like this?
take breaks as needed!! pushing yourself is good for progress but too much can lead to injuries and prolonged soreness. if you're consistent everyday/week, you won't be needing as many breaks anyways and will make a lot of progress!

I’ve always done powerlifting but after an injury I’m refocusing my goals to improve my cardio and keep lean strength, I’m still very new to Pilates but this video was just what I needed today! I’m subscribing and looking forward to more :)
none workout by its own will make ur muscle got bigger, if you start eating an special diet for muscle grow (basically volume) then ur muscles will increase but u cant just get bigger legs with a simple workout.
