    So I just want to put a few tips here for anyone who wants to get the most of their workout.
    When doing squats you want to sit back, if that means you don't go down as far, that's okay. You'll get better the more you do it. If you have to hold onto a bar or something so you can get the right positioning, do that. Your knees should not be bending forward, ideally they should stay right above your heel. You want your weight when you go down to be on the heels of your feet. You also want to make sure your chest is up and not pointed at the ground. I'd suggest picking a spot on the wall or an item in front of you that's closer to eye level. Source: worked with a physical therapist/sports rehab for my lower back.
    When you're doing the floor exercises, if you're getting more of a workout on your bottom leg there are a few things that might be contributing. 1) your form is off. You shouldn't be leaning in any direction. Your body should be relatively motionless besides the leg you are lifting. 2) Resistance is not high enough. A resistance band(or stronger one if you're already using one) makes a huge difference for these exercises. Just be careful. Cheap resistance bands can snap (had that happen to me) and sometimes they can roll and that just doesn't feel good. Hope this helps anyone who wasn't sure how to go about doing these properly.       I learned a tip very similar to this from one of my fitness obsessed friends. Probs gonna sound a bit crude, but she said to pretend that your nipples are eyes and you want them to stare at the wall. Not the skirting board or the floor. It does really help and I do feel the burn more now I’ve started doing it 😂😂

    It took me 3 days to finish the Day 1 exercises of the summer shred challenge, I was so unfit! My legs were sore for those 3 days, felt like a new born baby deer 😂 But today we're smashing both workouts in one session, baby! It takes me like double the time it took you, but we're making progress!!

      @@Osadchaa я заканчиваю челендж (28 дней). Делаю тренировки по расписанию, раньше делала вечером ,сейчас утром либо днём(намного проще утром). Выполняю все видео ,кроме разминки и восстановления(разминку делаю сама). Это мой второй челендж ,вижу результат. Со временем привыкаешь к нагрузкам и хочется ещё и ещё. Я довольна 👍

    While I definitely feel the burn, this may be my favorite workout yet! Such a great, quiet (aside from my grunting of course) workout that I needed today since I needed to be close to my kids' rooms during the only time I had today to workout.     I trained already 4 months and I trained by different apps for weight loss. results came for months. but now I found your channel and started workout and I see a results for 2 days! my legs really came thinner.     You know what I love about her workouts? You can keep doing the same routines but as you get stronger, you can add bands or weights to keep it from being too easy. The beauty of this is that it shows you how much you’ve progressed. I’ve caught myself thinking “Hey this is so much easier than it was a couple weeks ago!”

    Okay so I want to share my results with you guys I started following exercises 2 weeks ago and I spend 30 minutes workout for body and legs ,after 13 days these are my results.
    before starting my workout my hips size area was 34.5 inches but then now it gained by 1 inch which is 35.5 my goal is to achieve 38 inches.....i hope I will achieve this 🔥💖

    Dear Chloe, I have been silently watching you since 2020, and I would like to say thank you.
    I didn't think I will have hourglass once. I have always thought I am forever an apple or so.
    I did everything just as you said, not even understanding why. Just trusted your experience.
    Now, 4 years later, I can understand more about your exercise choice and I can appreciate it again, how deeply you understand human body, how thoroughly you choose each exercise to make precisely right muscles bigger and not overgrow others.

    First time on this video and, of course, it was after a boity workout. By the end, my butt was fighting me and didn't want to lift my leg anymore. Sore and tired muscles equals change. Painful moves do not. Stay within your capabilities. Slow and controlled until you can do it properly. Then reps come, and so does strength in a safe, healthy way. Don't give up, you got this!!

    I finished Day 9 of 2022 weight loss challenge, havent seen any reduction interms of inches or weight. Its Ok, I will complete this for sure coz other programs of Chloe has always worked.     I've tried for so long to get on a fitness routine and find something that works for me. I am almost done with week 3 of the 2022 Weight Loss Challenge, 6 pounds down, and I am so happy with the physical change in my body and am finally getting rid of my belly. Being on a fitness routine is also helping me to eat healthy, which is also helping me to try and kick my diabetes. I plan on keeping a fitness routine, thanks to you!     I'm only on the ninth day, but I did it and I wasn't tired! I'm so excited. Thank you Chloe! I would never have done such a difficult workout before! But now it seems easy to me. I became stronger. And all the people who continue and do not give up you are the best! And I'm proud of you!

    I’m 14 and want to lose weight , I have been doing her 2022 weight loss challenge to try feel more confident before summer , I haven’t really lose a lot of weight but I’m feeling better and stronger I’m 50kg at the moment and hoping to get into 46-48 range , hope I get there thanks Chloe xx

    When I first tried to start the 2 weeks shred challenge I gave up after the warm up bc I did some workouts before. I was like oh hell nah if this is only the warm up how hard will the actually workouts be? I got holydays now and started again. I'm on day 2 now and the warm up was so so much easier than yesterday. And I also already noticed that it's getting easier to do the exercises. So don't give up guys! You all will make it

    I did the 28 days workout and now I’m in day 19 I used to skip a lot of days due to events but now I started hearing people around telling me that I lost weight and that made me a lot stronger and made me want to do the impossible to achieve my goals I’m really thankful for you Chloe for making me stronger ilysm

    I was almost going to quit like 4 times during this video because it was so hard, but I did it! I’m proud of myself for sticking to it 🎉 I’m only in day 2 of the 2022 summer shred challenge why I find it so hard, but hopefully my body will adapt quickly 🤞🏾

    I stopped in the middle of the video, almost giving up, but kept going. Remember, if you're tired, rest, but don't give up. And remember what you'd look like in a beautiful, sculpted, and athletic body . To finish what we startedAnd we finish this program ♥️☀️

    I really appreciate the videos. They are all easy to follow and I feel it the next day despite them only being 15-20 min workouts. My only thing is after doing a bunch of them I find the music really annoying because its the same stuff in all the videos, but I can't turn off the sound because I need to hear Chloe telling me to do the next exercise!

    I did my seventh day in a row on her ab workout challenge and just started this one right after that workout. I cannot feel my legs. I started involuntarily tearing up I was pushing myself so hard 😂😂 thank you Chloe! You’re an awesome motivator!

    can I just say I luv how Chloe has made her upper & lower & butt workout videos more specific recently! I watched her videos back during quarantine & I liked her workouts but I noticed if they were supposed to target arms, legs, or butt the workouts still included full body strength moves which made it difficult to do her programs consistently since no part of my body got any rest. (like upper body day still included a good chunk of lower body strength which my legs were already noodles from the previous lower body workout the day before lol & vice versa) I luv how she always improves her workouts & she deserves every bit of money she's rolling in bc she really is passionate about her job :)

      @@peninahkamau4484 I never do HIIT workouts, I wokout 4 times a week, 3 of those days I do workouts for booty and legs and 1 I do core. Keep in mind that I am WEAK so I do like 3 videos per session max. It helps with discipline and gives you a good start, after a month you can add resistance bands and after two months you can hit the gym if you want stronger results with weights :)

    Day two of doing this 15 minutes exercises! Crazy because I felt so much more pain than yesterday, but i felt less tired at the end and I was actually suprised that it was already done, I could have done a few more!! Love this, I hope I get results and I won't give up

    i am on day-9 of the 2022 weight loss program. todays day was hectic still managed to do the workout. as an overweight 14 year. old i was absolutely exhausted. i am 46.4 kgs right now and my height is not that great. so please wish me luck to complete the challenge and loss some pounds. today i did it with some 3kg weights. just wanted to update as well. my legs are burning like hell after the workout
