ive been doing this exercise since april 27 (I think) and its may 22 now. i didn't think about writing a comment but I want to help! Since i started this, ive noticed a difference in my hips. i had somewhat big hip dips but now its soo much smaller. i didn't take measurements, but its a noticeable difference (seen after 2 weeks). ive been taking 1-2 rest days every 5 days. the key is to be consistent, that's really it. i didn't change my diet, btw. it was really difficult at first, but now its super easy and it feels good! good luck to everyone here, just trust me when I say this WORKS but its all a matter of time (depends on your metabolism, genetics, and consistency.) half of the time, i add another one of lilly's workout because its gets super easy after a while!!
@@celiapozueloyou also want to give the muscles time to recover. If you workout the same muscle group too much, it can delay results. Also make sure you’re eating enough! Don’t be afraid to gain weight. I gained 5kg and my bum has improved heaps! Also 2 weeks is a very unrealistic timeframe.

This is truly the BEST booty workout. I've seen so much progress. I'm naturally very skinny and I've never had a significant butt. My friends literally noticed a difference after only a couple weeks. Deff my go to booty workout now!!
I've been doing this about a month and a half w a resistance band and two of her 5 min arm workouts. I lost 3 inches off my waist and lost 10 lbs! My butt looks sooo good.
Are you doing it every day? I’m confused, I thought your are not supposed to do it every day because the booty only grow when it’s resting; am I wrong?
@@Carmelita1682 yes and its true. When you are working out your muscles can have micro tears and after hours your body starts reparing those micro tears, and the reparing is what causes muscle growth. So the person thats seeing growth by working everyday isnt really seeing true growth but swelling caused by those micro tears and after sometime that swelling will disappear. So it's better you take rest days. Exercise your glutes one day, the next day do another part of your body either it's abs or arms, on day 3 train the booty again. Again this is just valid for when you do workouts with weights. I'm not sure if this applies to bodyweight. Also besides the recover it's important that you eat well and enough, if you are eating less because you want to lose weight than the growth won't happen, it's important to eat enough or in a surplus
GUYZ go do this work out NOW i've been doing this workout for like 18 days straight now and two days ago my sister literally said "Nat drop the workout your butt looks great". And i can even see improvements myself.
Lilly's workouts are so intense. Even though they are for only 10 or 15 minutes they hit the target areas and you will see results if you follow her instructions. Thank you Lilly.

Update: I’m on day 7 (actually 6 bc I skipped yesterday) and I can already see a difference! The first few times I could barely get through it. Now I’m REALLY feeling the burn! I also don’t think I was doing it properly the first couple times. This workout is everything! I definitely recommend all of your other videos to everyone. I want a smoking body like yours! I've tried every youtube video for glute workout possible and worked my glutes to the max for a month till I stumbled across this video and, let me tell you, my glutes were on fire after one day! Definitely effective 👌
Did I complete just half of the workout doing both sides while she did just 1? Yes. Am I disappointed? No absolutely not. I have never worked on my butt. It's a start, it's better than nothing and I will surely keep it up and get better later. Like the saying in my country says: If you go slow you'll get to your goal :)

I just finished DAY FOUR! Holy moly 😅 I ALMOST QUIT DURING DAY ONE! More than once, lol. I am feeling so proud and encouraged today. I’m hurting head to toe, that’s for sure, but I was much more steady/controlled today 👍🏼 I didn’t sweat as profusely as I did the first three days, but boy- my butt, legs, arms, core, everything is on fire. I’m ready for tomorrow! 💪🏼 •DAY FIVE ✔️ So proud! Going to try adding a band for today (Day Six). I can feel a difference, and it’s very motivating!
K I really do salute people who had a band on. I didnt have one on and i was still taking small breaks. Edit: ive done it all this week and its getting easier without the band! Ill probably use one soon!

I lost a ton about 50 lbs due to having lung cancer; I feel like 30 of it was all in my butt! Lol. I've been wanting to fix this area so Im not looking/feeling so "saggy" anymore and I came across this video while searching. This one seems so well explained & I really appreciate that you did the whole thing through rather than just show one thing quick then say "do 10 reps of that" or whatever. It makes it feel more attainable watching you do the whole routine the way we should be doing it. I'm looking forward to starting this tomorrow morning; planning on trying it every other day. Hopefully I can get through the whole 15 minutes the first time around. Lol.

okay, I'll give it a shot. day 1: completed I didn't do it on the weekend day 2: completed day 3: completed day 4:completed. I really wasn't feeling like working out today, but I managed to get through this one and the "lose fat in 14 days" workout videos. (I have also been doing this other one since 2 days ago) today I was busy so I took the day off day 5: completed I didn't do it on the weekend pt 2 day 6: completed rested for 2 days day 7: completed. today I noticed it got fairly easier. guys, don't forget to rest if you feel too tired or sore. these rest days are what allow me to keep going. day 8: completed
I just love this work-out, you really feel it's working your but muscle and I can already see the difference in my but I'm just a few weeks. My but is perkier, I also noticed less celulite on my but and legs. I started with this work-out and then discovered the other Lily's work-out videos and I am a fan! I've been doing them at least 3 times a week and I notice such a change in me.

Day 1: WOW!! Day 2: added a lightweight band for the first two exercises on each leg. I had to take a rest halfway through the workout. Day 3: used band on the first two exercises on each leg. This seems harder today than yesterday. Rest Day 4: used the band until the rainbow moves. I'm getting stronger. Day 5: no bands today, still challenging, sweating like crazy. Rest Day 6: used band on all exercises. I love this challenge. Rest Day 7: used band made it through the whole workout. I don't think it gets easier. Day 8: the light band doesn't feel challenging enough. Switching to medium tomorrow. Rest Day 9: used medium band. I barely made it through the workout. My booty was on fire. Rest Day 10: so hard with the medium band, I'm tempted to go back to the light band. Four more days to go.

I just completed day 3 of the It's You Against You Guide and It was definitely not easy. I am feeling much weaker and have lower energy today because of my period, but I showed up and did what I could. I had to do a few modifications in the main video, but that's okay. I showed up for myself, and I feel good, even though I wasn't as strong or fast as usual. We should continue to be kind to ourselves when we don’t perform as well as we have another day. We’re doing great!

I didn't lose any weight, but I did lose 3/4 of an inch off my butt.

Hello everyone! I want to write a review for this exercise. I found it 1,5 years ago, I did it 2 weeks with some missing days, but still see the results at the end of 2nd week. Forgot it for 2 months, and started again, and did it every second day for 2 months straight. And that time I was highly surprised how it sculpted my body, stomach get smaller, buns looked like I had a mini bbl, cellulite on back side of the tights gone for 65%, my lower back had sexy lines. After those excitements I got lazy, and didn’t do exercises for 6-7 months. 2 months of consistent exercise lasted me about 4 months of lifted booty)) and now I’m here again , today is day 13, I’m doing this exercise 2 times in a row(2 sets) then stretching. And body muscles memory works perfect, my shape coming quicker)) especially if you will do the exercises with concentration on squeezing the muscles, taking care of your back, and holding core tight entire exercise, breathing deeply and calmly. You will get faster and beautiful results. I’m thinking to start to show my results and my whole exercise routine on my channel to motivate myself and others , if I will have 2000 subscribers) 😊
Lost about 2 inches around the butt after losing 4-5 kgs weight. I'm trying to gain it back. Wish me luck guys!! Starting: 85cm Results: Day 1✅ phew I don't remember the last time I felt a burn like that in my glutes. Had a hard time engaging the core and glutes but I hope it'll get better. Day 2✅ well this isn't getting any easier Day 3✅took lesser breaks between the exercises but the side booty ones still get me. Gonna take a rest tommorrow. Day 4✅ added some resistance today and omg it burnt!! I'm still having trouble enagaging the right muscles tbh. Day 5✅ I do 40 minutes to 1 hour of workout everyday and I'm really tired so I'll be taking a full rest day tomorrow. Day 6✅ idk if my butt has grown bigger but I think there are some visible changes. My butt looks more lifted. Day 7✅ I did about 40 minutes of glutes workout today amd omfg my butt was on fire. Day 8✅ was busy so I didn't do it but I'm back on track now Day 9✅ increased the resistance today and wow felt the burn from the very start. Day 10✅ my butt is in pain :') Day 11✅ it's difficult to keep the consistency when your exams are approaching :( Tips: 1) remember to do some glute activation exercises before and stretches after the workout. Helps with the results and cramps. 2) take rest days every once in a while. Over exerting your muscles may decrease the effectiveness of the workout and it can cause them to shrink as well. 3) make sure to intake enough calories and protein in your diet as you're building muscle instead of fat in your glutes.

Hi! Ill try this again: I will update my Journey to (hopefully) make it to atleast 7 Days. Day 1: ✅ I am DEAD. I had already did this workout in the past so I knew what was coming, yet im stunted. Day 2: ✅ but this is HELL. Its really difficult but im really looking foward for these results Day 3: ✅ this is soo hard but im always super proud of myself after. We got this! Day 4: ✅ WOW! I think I finally figured out some of the exercises and I love the burn. Day 5: ✅ I'm DEAD. But its so worth it! Love it! Day 6: ✅ Everytime I finish this workout im so sweaty yet so proud of myself! To anyone reading this, whatever your goals are, you can achieve Them, no matter how long It takes or how hard it is!. Day 7: ✅ Cant believe Ive made it this far! I have to say today, I didnt feel the burn: just fatigue and soreness. Anyone relate? Day 8: ❌ didnt find the Time My journey on this specific workout is over, I will try other workouts. @@carlarodriges6220 It did, I combined this with a 15 min glute exercise, then 15 min legs and hamstrings exercise, then 10 min hips with some standing and then (sometimes) another 10 min leg but standing, and to finish off a 3 min squat challenge and 3 min hamstring. I chopped and changed it a lot but I found this worked the best for me. It really did work but it my results got even better when I started to use bands and weights, even 1kg, for example on my hips for thrust exercises and behind my knee for donkey kicks. Also my increase in protein specifically through boiled eggs and protein shakes really made a difference, so yes I’d say this definitely works but you have to be doing other things as well to make the results even more effective.
16 days in and already seeing results! I've been enjoying this routine, but now I’m not sure if I should keep doing these exercises or switch things up. If anyone has recommendations for the next glute workout to pump up the muscles, please let me know!

I’ve discovered your channel through an reviews from another TH-cam (can’t remember her name) and right away got addicted to all of your workouts and programmes. I’ve been working on them everyday now. I love the vibes you create and your workouts are really effective. I just hope you’d add a suitable stretching/cooling down for all the programmes because now I have to look for separate ones and not quite sure which one is good for the programme I do that day. I love that I can do this from home and with no equipment needed. I'm on day 10 and am seeing the results of a lifted, firmer butt. Day 1-3 were difficult. Day 4 got easier. Day 5-10 got increasingly easier, to the point where I can just bulldoze through it. I'm a skinny gal. 5'7" 105 lbs. Will hopefully adopt this as a routine to maintain results. I feel and see the difference! Would recommend 👌

day 1: my booty was jiggling but so was my whole body 😩 it burnsss but i’ll be back tomorrow day 2: somehow im even more sore than i was yesterday omggg. the burn was REAL. but i survived. i’ll be back day 3: i really did not feel like doing it today but i did it anyway! anyway im sooo sore and surprised that i can feel all my muscles in my booty and it’s only day 3. guess i know it really works. day 4: taking less breaks now! stretching really helps before starting. day 5: rest day day 6: rest day day 7: getting a lil easier 🤭 day 8: done ! day 9: done :) day 10: ugh getting motivated was the hardest part. day 11: done ugh
Starting again! It's a super busy and hard period for me, exams are coming, studying for 4-7 hours a day+ lasses. Commiting to do this every other day, abs and arm workouts in between. Day 1 finished this with my medium band!!! Tried some glute bridges with weights afterwards but I was too tired, couldnt do them properly. So happy I started, I want to feel stronger!
OK so I’m 50, I game and I write and I read so that’s a lot of sitting down. I also like to walk but apparently that does nothing for the butt. I did this for the first time tonight and was able to get through about half of each exercise before I had to stop. Can’t wait to see and feel the progress that I make!
I did 20 mins weights vs cardio, then 10 mins 11 abs and then this booty(remember, no breaks) and when it got over, I was like “wait what? 15 mins is done?” Bro am I getting strong?😅 Thank you Lilly!!!
I am a 58 3/4 yo woman. Been exercising for decades and I’m in pretty good shape. Recently decided to diet to help a friend and in doing so, lost pounds and my butt went south. I’ve been doing this video for only 2 weeks daily. Took a before and after pic and couldn’t believe the results. This WORKS amazingly well!!! Thank you for this video. Failed to mentioned that I’m doing it with the bands. I love it!
40yr old male here, I also want a nice bum so I'll give this a go and let you know if it worked for me too. Day 1 done and I almost managed every rep. I for sure cannot get the same range of motion or lift in my leg. I'll see if that improves. Will edit tomoz. Day 2 done. Still feeling it from yesterday. My fitness friend is excited for me and I am too. Day 3 done. Managed every rep today. Ngl my "before" pictures are a rather uninspiring thing. Hoping the after shots are an improvement. Decided to start doing these workouts now as I’m going to Tenerife in 6 weeks and I do not feel happy with my body! I’m going to do this workout along with the 6-minute arm workout every second day, and then on the other day do the 8-minute slimmer legs and 10-minute hourglass abs. I’m going to try and keep this up for the next 2 weeks and if I see results then try to continue it until I go away in holiday☀️💕 Day 1: (Bum and arms) Burned like a b!tch and I definitely had the shakes during that session. ive been doing this exercise since april 27 (I think) and its may 22 now. i didn't think about writing a comment but I want to help! Since i started this, ive noticed a difference in my hips. i had somewhat big hip dips but now its soo much smaller. i didn't take measurements, but its a noticeable difference (seen after 2 weeks). ive been taking 1-2 rest days every 5 days. the key is to be consistent, that's really it. i didn't change my diet, btw. it was really difficult at first, but now its super easy and it feels good! good luck to everyone here, just trust me when I say this WORKS but its all a matter of time (depends on your metabolism, genetics, and consistency.) half of the time, i add another one of lilly's workout because its gets super easy after a while!!

@@celiapozueloyou also want to give the muscles time to recover. If you workout the same muscle group too much, it can delay results. Also make sure you’re eating enough! Don’t be afraid to gain weight. I gained 5kg and my bum has improved heaps!
Also 2 weeks is a very unrealistic timeframe.
Doing this exercise and taking enough lean protein will help shape the booty 😮
I've been doing this for 2 months 2- 3 times a week at the end of my leg/butt routine at the gym and results started to show after the first month❤ 🎉

This is truly the BEST booty workout. I've seen so much progress. I'm naturally very skinny and I've never had a significant butt. My friends literally noticed a difference after only a couple weeks. Deff my go to booty workout now!!

I've been doing this about a month and a half w a resistance band and two of her 5 min arm workouts. I lost 3 inches off my waist and lost 10 lbs! My butt looks sooo good.

When you are working out your muscles can have micro tears and after hours your body starts reparing those micro tears, and the reparing is what causes muscle growth. So the person thats seeing growth by working everyday isnt really seeing true growth but swelling caused by those micro tears and after sometime that swelling will disappear.
So it's better you take rest days.
Exercise your glutes one day, the next day do another part of your body either it's abs or arms, on day 3 train the booty again.
Again this is just valid for when you do workouts with weights.
I'm not sure if this applies to bodyweight.
Also besides the recover it's important that you eat well and enough, if you are eating less because you want to lose weight than the growth won't happen, it's important to eat enough or in a surplus

Did I complete just half of the workout doing both sides while she did just 1? Yes. Am I disappointed? No absolutely not. I have never worked on my butt. It's a start, it's better than nothing and I will surely keep it up and get better later. Like the saying in my country says:

I lost a ton about 50 lbs due to having lung cancer; I feel like 30 of it was all in my butt! Lol. I've been wanting to fix this area so Im not looking/feeling so "saggy" anymore and I came across this video while searching. This one seems so well explained & I really appreciate that you did the whole thing through rather than just show one thing quick then say "do 10 reps of that" or whatever. It makes it feel more attainable watching you do the whole routine the way we should be doing it. I'm looking forward to starting this tomorrow morning; planning on trying it every other day. Hopefully I can get through the whole 15 minutes the first time around. Lol.

I just completed day 3 of the It's You Against You Guide and It was definitely not easy. I am feeling much weaker and have lower energy today because of my period, but I showed up and did what I could. I had to do a few modifications in the main video, but that's okay. I showed up for myself, and I feel good, even though I wasn't as strong or fast as usual. We should continue to be kind to ourselves when we don’t perform as well as we have another day. I have been doing this workout for three weeks with two days off each week. I have to admit that it works. My butt doesnt look bigger but it is harder and stronger than it used to be.
Hello everyone! I want to write a review for this exercise. I found it 1,5 years ago, I did it 2 weeks with some missing days, but still see the results at the end of 2nd week. Forgot it for 2 months, and started again, and did it every second day for 2 months straight. And that time I was highly surprised how it sculpted my body, stomach get smaller, buns looked like I had a mini bbl, cellulite on back side of the tights gone for 65%, my lower back had sexy lines. After those excitements I got lazy, and didn’t do exercises for 6-7 months. 2 months of consistent exercise lasted me about 4 months of lifted booty)) and now I’m here again , today is day 13, I’m doing this exercise 2 times in a row(2 sets) then stretching. And body muscles memory works perfect, my shape coming quicker)) especially if you will do the exercises with concentration on squeezing the muscles, taking care of your back, and holding core tight entire exercise, breathing deeply and calmly. You will get faster and beautiful results. I’m thinking to start to show my results and my whole exercise routine on my channel to motivate myself and others , if I will have 2000 subscribers) 😊

Day 1✅ phew I don't remember the last time I felt a burn like that in my glutes. Had a hard time engaging the core and glutes but I hope it'll get better.
Day 2✅ well this isn't getting any easier
Day 3✅took lesser breaks between the exercises but the side booty ones still get me. Gonna take a rest tommorrow.
Day 4✅ added some resistance today and omg it burnt!! I'm still having trouble enagaging the right muscles tbh.
Day 5✅ I do 40 minutes to 1 hour of workout everyday and I'm really tired so I'll be taking a full rest day tomorrow.
Day 6✅ idk if my butt has grown bigger but I think there are some visible changes. My butt looks more lifted.
Day 7✅ I did about 40 minutes of glutes workout today amd omfg my butt was on fire.
Day 8✅ was busy so I didn't do it but I'm back on track now
Day 9✅ increased the resistance today and wow felt the burn from the very start.

Day 11✅ it's difficult to keep the consistency when your exams are approaching :(
Tips:
1) remember to do some glute activation exercises before and stretches after the workout. Helps with the results and cramps.
2) take rest days every once in a while. Over exerting your muscles may decrease the effectiveness of the workout and it can cause them to shrink as well.
3) make sure to intake enough calories and protein in your diet as you're building muscle instead of fat in your glutes.

Everyone if you want to use resistance bands but you didn't bought them yet, you can take sweatpants and put the waist elastic band on your thighs

@@carlarodriges6220 Ik u didn’t ask me but helping a girlie out, it works! I’m flatter than a pancake but I can definently feel that the top and bottom of my butt and getting bigger and rounder! It works and so does her other videos
@@carlarodriges6220 It did, I combined this with a 15 min glute exercise, then 15 min legs and hamstrings exercise, then 10 min hips with some standing and then (sometimes) another 10 min leg but standing, and to finish off a 3 min squat challenge and 3 min hamstring. I chopped and changed it a lot but I found this worked the best for me. It really did work but it my results got even better when I started to use bands and weights, even 1kg, for example on my hips for thrust exercises and behind my knee for donkey kicks. Also my increase in protein specifically through boiled eggs and protein shakes really made a difference, so yes I’d say this definitely works but you have to be doing other things as well to make the results even more effective.
16 days in and already seeing results! I've been enjoying this routine, but now I’m not sure if I should keep doing these exercises or switch things up. If anyone has recommendations for the next glute workout to pump up the muscles, please let me know!

I’ve discovered your channel through an reviews from another TH-cam (can’t remember her name) and right away got addicted to all of your workouts and programmes. I’ve been working on them everyday now. I love the vibes you create and your workouts are really effective. I just hope you’d add a suitable stretching/cooling down for all the programmes because now I have to look for separate ones and not quite sure which one is good for the programme I do that day. Hi, so started inner thighs 8 days ago 23 Jan and now added butt lift as of yesterday 29 January, have seen great results with inner thighs so far, combined with good diet, cross trainer and gym, I'm on a mission to get my body into the best shape its been ever!! thanks Lilly
I love that I can do this from home and with no equipment needed. I'm on day 10 and am seeing the results of a lifted, firmer butt. Day 1-3 were difficult. Day 4 got easier. Day 5-10 got increasingly easier, to the point where I can just bulldoze through it. I'm a skinny gal. 5'7" 105 lbs. Will hopefully adopt this as a routine to maintain results. I feel and see the difference! Would recommend 👌

day 2: somehow im even more sore than i was yesterday omggg. the burn was REAL. but i survived. i’ll be back
day 3: i really did not feel like doing it today but i did it anyway! anyway im sooo sore and surprised that i can feel all my muscles in my booty and it’s only day 3. guess i know it really works.
day 4: taking less breaks now! stretching really helps before starting.

Starting again! It's a super busy and hard period for me, exams are coming, studying for 4-7 hours a day+ lasses. Commiting to do this every other day, abs and arm workouts in between.
Day 1 finished this with my medium band!!! Tried some glute bridges with weights afterwards but I was too tired, couldnt do them properly. So happy I started, I want to feel stronger!

OK so I’m 50, I game and I write and I read so that’s a lot of sitting down. I also like to walk but apparently that does nothing for the butt. I did this for the first time tonight and was able to get through about half of each exercise before I had to stop. Can’t wait to see and feel the progress that I make!
I did 20 mins weights vs cardio, then 10 mins 11 abs and then this booty(remember, no breaks) and when it got over, I was like “wait what? 15 mins is done?” Bro am I getting strong?😅 Thank you Lilly!!!

I am a 58 3/4 yo woman. Been exercising for decades and I’m in pretty good shape. Recently decided to diet to help a friend and in doing so, lost pounds and my butt went south. I’ve been doing this video for only 2 weeks daily. Took a before and after pic and couldn’t believe the results. This WORKS amazingly well!!! Thank you for this video. Failed to mentioned that I’m doing it with the bands. I love it!

40yr old male here, I also want a nice bum so I'll give this a go and let you know if it worked for me too.
Day 1 done and I almost managed every rep. I for sure cannot get the same range of motion or lift in my leg. I'll see if that improves. Will edit tomoz.
Day 2 done. Still feeling it from yesterday. My fitness friend is excited for me and I am too.
Day 3 done. Managed every rep today. Ngl my "before" pictures are a rather uninspiring thing. Hoping the after shots are an improvement. Tom Holland in spandex I ain't! 😂 That's the dream.
Day 4 done. I've started doing this every other day mixed in with a glute shelf workout on off days to give both areas time to recover and rebuild after sessions. So far, so good!

Decided to start doing these workouts now as I’m going to Tenerife in 6 weeks and I do not feel happy with my body! I’m going to do this workout along with the 6-minute arm workout every second day, and then on the other day do the 8-minute slimmer legs and 10-minute hourglass abs. I’m going to try and keep this up for the next 2 weeks and if I see results then try to continue it until I go away in holiday☀️💕
Day 1: (Bum and arms) Burned like a b!tch and I definitely had the shakes during that session. Definitely felt it working though! ✅
