    Day 1:It was really hard but I did it :) I also ran 3,4km.
    Day 2:Easier than yesterday but still hard
    Day 3:Did it!
    Day 4:I was too tired so I only was 20 min. on a treadmill. :(
    Day 5:It so much easier now:) I also ran 3,2km
    Day 6:Did it and it´s not that hard anymore. I also walked 10.000 steps
    Day 7:Did it!!! and also 12.000 steps :)
    Day 8:Did it and it was so easy today :)) I walked again 10.000 steps!!!

    I´ve lost 1 cm in 7 days awesome!!! I def doing it again so let´s go :))
    Day 1:I was sooo tired but still did it!! And 13.000 steps
    Day 2:Got it!!! I also was 25 minutes on a treadmile

    Day 2: skipped bc i have a trip tomorrow and i don't want sore muscles

    Day 4: didn't feel good today so i skipped.

    Day 7: did it twice, first time doing it was easier than the second tbh. First week is finishedddd.

    Hey lovelies! I'm gonna do this workout for 7 days and write my results! Wish me luck!✨
    Measurements: upper thighs - 65 cm
    (Ik 7 days aren't much to see huge results! But updating makes me to these workouts and that's what matters the most!)
    Day 1: ✅ It burnt so much!
    Day 2: ✅ My legs were a little sore from yesterday 🥺
    Day 3: ✅ It felt a little easier today!
    Day 4: ✅ I actually did 2 workouts before this🥺 so it was a little challenging
    Day 5: ✅
    Day 6: ✅
    Day 7: ✅
    (Sorry I forgot to update!)
    Results: I lost 1 cm from both legs! But my workout also included a cardio, ab and arm workout! And I tried eating healthy! So if you want good results, it's best to incorporate some other videos as well and ofcourse eat healthy!✨💛

    I’m doing this for 7 days:
    Day 1✅: not gonna lie but this was hard, right now my left leg is 53 cm and my right leg is 51 cm.
    Day 2✅: it was really hard but it was worth it!
    Day 3✅: I did it! It was easier then yesterday
    Day 4✅: MY LEGS ARE BURNING🥵💪
    Day 5✅: I did it twice and it burnt like hell👹🥵🔥
    Day 6✅: DONE
    Day 7✅: I DID THIS WORKOUT 🏋️‍♀️, I will share with you the result later cuz I’m not in home right now!

    Im doing this for 2 months!!
    Day 1✅:Intense but i did it
    Day 2 ✅: i could feel the burn a lot more but it was easier that yesterday
    Day 3✅: getting easier went by really fast

    To the ladies, who struggle with reducing leg fat, but have a slim upper body, don’t worry. The same struggle means the upper body to me. My lower body looks extremely slim, but the upper body… even though I’ve been working on upper body much more than lower body. I have been doing exercise since 2020. I lost 14 kg. I did Chloe Ting for a few month, then I switched to Lilly Sabri, my Queen. I did a lot of guides of her. I lost 10 cm (59 cm to 49 cm) in my inner thighs, but 3 cm in my arms. I lost 20 cm (90-70) in my waist, but how much I try, I can not lose the lower belly fat completely. Every body is different 🙏🏻❤️

    Hi besties, I'll do this workout for 7 days and I will update you about my results.
    Day 1: ✅ -It burned so muchh :)
    Day 2: ✅ -It was harder than yesterday and the burn was real🥵
    Day 3: ✅ - It was a little bit easier than yesterday but my legs sore :)
    Day 4: ✅ It was easier and i see a small difference compared to the first day :)
    Day 5: ✅ I feel same like yesterday :) Two days more :))

    For those of you who are nervous about doing the longer live workouts, you should really give them a try! They are super fun, and there's even more interaction with Lilly! Yes, they are difficult, but the burn is so worth it & there are modifications & rest periods to help if needed! If you can make it through a video like this, you can definitely make it through a live one!

    Okay so I’m doing this ! I’ll do it everyday. Before I start this is going to be a documentary of my journey and I have to say I’m slightly overweight .... I weight 68 kg and am 163 cm big. I do this to feel good in my body again, so don’t be mean please. In addition I’m on a diet ! Let’s start:
    Left leg = 60cm
    right leg = 61.5cm
    Day 1: I did it although it was really hard and I did it slower than it’s shown in the video with 4 breaks of 15 secs or so + I did the full body fat loss workout from Lilly !
    Day 2: I did it, but it was harder than yesterday + I did the full body fat loss workout + the slimmer inner thighs workout + the sexy legs workout (my booty burns the most and it hurts so damn much + Idk why but this workout here is by far the hardest one of all the ones I did today)
    Day 3: I did the same workouts as I did yesterday, but this one is still the hardest and I think I know why haha. It’s by my hips say no to these pushing up exercises so I can barely participate there as I can’t move my hips up all the way.
    Day 4: I did the same 4 workouts like the last 2 days and found a way to participate at least a bit at the hip exercises (I Dorit without lifting a leg up)
    Day 5: Rest day :)
    Day 6: I didn’t intend to take another rest day but I was too busy and had no time to do this :(
    Day 7: This workout + slimmer inner thighs + sexy legs workout + inner thighs tone + slimmer legs round booty
    Results of week one:
    Left leg = 60,5 Right leg = 60,5
    Okay so idfk what’s going on with that left leg but at least the right one got slimmer :( I’m a bit disappointed in my achievements bc as you can see I really did a lot of sport + healthy lifestyle + I had the feeling of sweating less and the workouts getting easier so I thought my muscles did improve but here we are and they didn’t really make my legs slimmer :( I’m trying this one more week and keep u guys updated :)
    Day 8: This one, emi wong slim leg, April Han slim thigh, slimmer legs workout Holly Dolke and a stretch workout by Masummi Channel (I was doing super great during this today)

      Unfortunately you can’t really lose thigh fat with just this video but by combining with a cardio workout you will lose more thigh fat

    Okay so this is the what y’all NEED to hear PLEASE JUST READ. I’ve been doing this for a week so far. I’ve definitely seen a difference. I’m not measuring but I can tell. My legs look soooo much slimmer. Also I have not been doing any workout for my stomach. My stomach has never been flatter and also my hourglass shape is starting to Show. idk what ti tell you expect do it. Just for a week. Btw all body types are different. Some may see same results and others not so same.

    Before - Left 57.5 Right 58 and weight = 128.5 lbs. Am aiming for 117 by summer!
    Day 1: Completed! Jeez it burns.
    Day 2: Completed! Literal agony after yesterday, but feeling great that I still did it.
    Day 3: Missed, had bad news so needed some serious self care.
    Day 4: Completed! I'm beginning to feel like its slightly easier.

    ✅Day 1 (August 2nd): My inner thighs are 66 cm - 65 cm. (I also did "12 MIN GROW YOUR BOOTY - not your thighs" by Pamela Reif, and "INTENSE LOWER ABS FAT LOSS in 7 Days" by Lilly Sabri.)
    ✅ Day 2 (August 3rd): 66 cm - 65 cm | I did the same routine.

    I have done this exercise so many days but not regulary.I'm starting this now by the end of school.
    I wanna have thin tights and calfs so bad in this summer hope I get results by these exercises.

    I really wanted to slim my legs and I decided to do this exercises.
    Starting measurement of my leg 62 cm(24 inches)
    Day 1 : done, omg that burnsssssss, i feel it, it wasn't that difficult but i skipped some exercises, and the time just didn't want to pass
    Day 2 : done, my legs were sore,the exercises were not harder but deff not easier
    Day 3 : done, my legs are sore, the time passed a bit faster, the exercises were not that difficult they were a bit easier
    Day 4 : my legs are sore, the exercises are a lot easier and i was able to do the ones i couldn't, time was passing by faster
    Day 5 : i enjoyed the time the exercises, it was easy
    Day 6 : i also enjoyed the time and the exercises, and i saw results
    Day 7: forgot to do it
    I saw a lot of improvement, before, when i touched my leg it was wiggly and now they feel a lot firmer.
    Also i can see that my legs have a form and it builded me muscles, they feel smaller also.
    Measurement of my leg now 58 cm (22 inces)
    I love the results and keep in mind that i did the modifications of some exercises.
    I LOVE IT❤❤❤

    Went for a 4km walk, came home, cooled down and then followed by this workout. Can’t believe how this workout made me perspire more than the walk 🥲 but i love it and i love Lily for all her workouts ❤️❤️❤️

    I left it 3 days after I started before, although I could feel it getting tighter and I want to start again and continue until the end.
    I read the comments and saw those who observed that it started to work after the 3rd day, I had a lot of difficulty on the 3rd day when I did it before, I hope my legs will get a little thinner. I can't measure right now because there is no measuring instrument.. sorry guys.
    day 1 : ✅ - I don't have a hard time, but not being able to control my breath while doing some movements is very difficult for me, so I have to interrupt what I'm doing. Being incapable of pain should be my disadvantage for regional thinning, I believe I can succeed.

    Right leg
    Upper thigh- 18 inch
    Left leg
    Upper thigh- 17 1/2 inch
    It was really hard and I def had to take a few breaks because it was burning

    Start:
    left leg: 56,5cm
    right leg: 57cm
    Day 1: ✅ I don't even feel my legs. I hope I'll be able to walk tomorrow. It was fun though!
    Day 2: ✅ it isn't as fun as it was yesterday, and it even hurts more then yesterday, but I'm still looking forward to it!
    Day 3: ✅ It was much more easier than it was yesterday. I also realized what was I doing wrong in few exercises, and I also held longer in the hard ones. My body's getting used to it :) also, I LOVE the ,,You're killing it!" it always hypes me up
    Day 4: ✅ I found out that I know most of the songs by now... It's still hard though :/
    Day 5: ✅ It's so much easier now!
    Day 6 and 7: ❌ my friend came and we had a sleepover and I didn't want her to watch me doing it...
    Result: It was fun and I enjoyed it, I don't see a difference, I'll measure it tomorrow when she leaves, but it was fun!
