Where we stand, we're in the heart of Bradenton, Florida. This is a waterfront community, so we are calling all fisher people. We have boat docks for about $20 a year. You can have your boat slip right down the street there. You've got the pool, the dog park, Harmony Hall, and the activity center right behind us.
Two streets over, you'll have tons and tons of amenities in this park as far as the location, shopping, and dining are right down the street. Anna Maria Island is about 20 minutes away, and medical facilities are about 15 minutes in the opposite direction, so it's a great location.

YOU CAN THANK THE GOVERNOR AND THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER FOR LETTING THEM RAISE THEIR RATES BECAUSE THEY OWN THE POLITICIANS THEY PAID THEM OFF JUST LIKE THE WHORES THAT THEY ARE

This Unit is on the market through Mark the mobile home dealer for the owner of the home , Two Rivers does not have any park owed homes avaailable.
Rent the lot, get the home, then move it
Probably the last tenants got eaton by a crock, or it cooks like a frying pan. I remember when lot rent was only 50 bucks a month, that place has been paid for 20 times over by now.

Florida used to have so many super affordable and nice options for retirees and young families. This place will have lot rents above $1,000 a month in the not too distant future. Florida is one of the places that has ruined the idea of low cost mobile home living. This mobile is neither horrible or great, but the next owner will have to worry about big lot rent increases and worry about the park being sold out for developers

$800 for lot rent is OBSCENE at best. Even if it included ALL utilities and trash, ground maintenance etc..and a boat..it would still be obscene. The trailer isn't bad but my goodness who's got $800 to give away each month just to exist? It's highway robbery. You can buy a lot , set up a old trailer for 12k-20k im pretty sure and the Taxes would be what you would pay these swindlers for 1 month of lot rent.😅

The trailer looks better on the inside thanI had expected from the looks of the outside. It has some quirky features.The price is not terrible but the lot rent is and no guarantee that it wouldn’t go up more. The home is so old I doubt that it could be moved or if you could find a park to put it . Near the water is great until it is hurricane season.

The gutters have plants growing out of them.
Cabinets are not high end, the custom built cabinets that you call in that back bedroom or c*** And as far as the beams on the ceiling. Big deal. They nailed up some 1x6" box added some $3 LED lights, And as far as the soft floor it's probably termite. And who wants to go swimming in the lake with alligators?

Not satisfied? Don't buy it! I thought it was very reasonable for 12.5 K Sure the lot rent is 800. But much cheaper than paying a large mortgage for seniors that still owe on their homes!

Wait till you see the utility costs. I have a sister that lives down there and between the Insurance and utilities she can barely afford anything else. Florida has become another California and Hawaii with the cost of living there.
$800. a month lot rent?? that's $9600 a year......to pay that tack on the gross you have to make before taxes to pay that. Those window units have to run day and night to keep that tin can over moderately cool. Utilities AC out the roof.

The lodge rent is insane. Especially with it being what appears 6 to 8 in off of the street! I know you have to word it would positive views to the property. But basically it is an older mobile home That has had some previous owner changes.That may not be superbly done In fact the kitchen cabinets near the hallway look like they were coming a loose.The area with the office- Room at the soft spot and with the laundry room was would take another 13,000 or more to get it modified up the par. So it's really not that great of a deal.

I'm SO glad I'm done with mobile home/lot fees life. 5 years/2 locations, NEVER AGAIN. I get it, you're young (us) with not much, and this is a decent way to start, but all the things that go with it is way worse than renting. Back when this was, built (late 80.s?) in this condition you'd pay 8--$12.000 tops. If lot rent was over $100 at the MOST, in a really nice spot. Sorry, just sayin'

Not a HOA it’s more like a mutual admiration society club . There is groups and favorites along with undesirables . Favoritism in many parks for some of those on low income . Only way to see difference is some can change or add on to their unit others not . Some have to keep their space perfect others not and threatened and intimated with possible eviction notice .

Never EVER own a condo, apartment, mobile home etc, unless you yourself own the building or property it sets on or in. Never live or buy in an HOA. Why? Cuz you r not the boss. The owners have say and or control over you. Get out now.

This unit in particular is a 2 bed 1 bath for $13,000. We understand you pay lot rent but, then again, this does cover 5 other bills single family home owners would pay. These units also don't require the owner to pay property taxes. We would be curious to see what is a lower cost option for home ownership in the US in your opinion, please let us know, thanks!

Lol… come where I live you’ll pay no les then $1,200 for a single room apartment! I can remember paying rent back in the day at $375 a month…. Times changed! This year my house mortgage went up $200! I can’t imagine what rent went up to!

Well I currently bought my own house outright because I couldn't buy any kind of Mobile home nationwide because my credit score was under 600, and what's even more funny is even if you have the higher score they will kill you with the lot rent. But now I have a house bought and paid for no mortgage taxes under a grand a year. And the best part is not having any neighbors or HOA'S LMFAO

When are they going to start building communities that you can purchase the land a very small lot for your trailer with all the hook ups available. Not as a rental place. I know you can buy your lots. Your rental is much cheaper, but they need to start selling trailer homes and mobile homes. freestanding single owner entities. And a lot should be small because nobody wants to do that. Much yardwork but some is good exercise.

I'm not anti-mobile home, but I am anti-moble home park. The owners regularly jack up the rent each year, and for some, it gets to the point where they can't afford to live in the mobile home they own

Good share of the building but need to know more of complete expenses. We can't really compare prices to what is in other locations because it is often not just the price of property that determines why we live certain places. We have to look at COLA, quality of life and Numbeo. For what, where it is this looks to be a good opportunity for someone and I hope you find a buyer. Vinegar or hot water from a tea kettle will kill the sidewalk weeds.

Well I got some great news about buying Mobile homes across our country?. If you don't have a credit score of 700 or higher you are not allowed by law to buy a Mobile home in any State. I know this because my credit score is under 600 and even if you have the money to pay for it outright. Our Law's prevent that from happening???????.

Very old, established community, ravaged by greed, ineptitude, mother nature, and bad Karma. Lot fees are so insane and developers just want to get their hands on it. Meanwhile ....Governor Dimwitt is so busy forcing addicts and the sex trafficked to have babies he's got no Storm Emergency plans or help for the people suffering the housing crisis. Why pay attention to the bleeding patient in front of you needing triage, when you're busy burning books out in the backyard? I swear, this will be the year the sink holes connect, and Florida snaps off to go visit Cuba. Smart people left after Irma and Mexico Beach. For those who didn't get the memo, good luck!
