You need to know lot cost. Most mobile homeowner are paying very higt price for the lot. Just as bad as paying a HOA.

We used to own a unit there, It is a great park, minus the train that runs behind there at 3am every night. We did like the park, a lot of activities, very clean and well run

My parents retired in a modular home in a community golf course park. The revenue from the golf course paid for everything regarding to maintenance and road repairs, snow plowing,etc. The lot rent was $200 @ month initially, within 15 years the park was sold, and the monthly rent rose to $1,000 @ month? Making the $90- 120K homes unsellable! What was an average home worth 100K was selling for $15- 20K?

I can't imagine living in a mobile in Florida, can you even get flood or storm insurance?

Great home, love the colors and obvious quality. Way too narrow at 14 wide, would be really nice in a 16 or 18 wide. Living room is rather small and the refrigerator feels like it's in the living room, some separation is needed, kitchen near the back appears to be narrow as well. All in all though, very nice. Thanks for the tour!

I would want kitchen changed a bit but like it alot was wondering if it included delivery and set up does that include code tie down for florida etc. If I put it on a rented land lease let do they put in the concrete, or does the manfacturer or do i have to etc. Also how much does it cost for a patio drive way cover Trying to figure these things out thank you

I like it! Low windows and colors are perfect tbh. Only change is kitchen...I would consider curving the counter out a lil and putting sink there...moving the fridge back where oven is. That could all be done later tho. ❤

Low-cost until some rich-ass Corporation buys the entire park up and throws people out.. because that's what's happening these rich ass Elite people... they are buying up trailer parks ripping all of the trailers out.. throwing all of the people out.. I'm putting in their own Apartments their own houses. And charging that that 1,000 that $2,000 if not more Apartments

Is there any guarntee that the park will not sell out to some landgrabbing corporation that then makes the owners move out? Lot rent seems OK, what assurances are there about increasing the lot rent? What year is it? $30,000 might not be financiable.

A person would have to work two full-time jobs just to make ends meet the rent in space for the mobile home is too high where I live. It’s too high and I live in a mobile home park. I’ll tell you it’s getting to be where you cannot afford to live in a place where you gotta pay a lot of rent. Sorry to say I’d have to pass.
