Perfect for me l am a senior citizen and I could live in that for sure
Perfect for me senior lady
Lost job and home from having a stroke. I would love it!
Best wishes to you ❤
Why not start by getting the plans on Etsy, it doesn’t hurt to dream.
Same happened to me 😢.. all my best wishes for you 🥰
Me too! No stroke but mobility challenged…lovely little home
We need to stop giving tax breaks to the rich and corporations and start helping our poor, our elderly and our disabled. I’m sick of the rich strutting their money at Met Gala’s and Award shows while everyone else is losing their homes or having to choose between healthcare, food, dental care and rent.
No. I don’t blame Biden. It’s progressively been getting worse through the last three decades.
GenX here. I’ve lived it.
My husband and I would love this but yes i would definitely add a laundry and refrigerator. I would do a stacked washer and dryer. Yes there needs to be space on both sides of the beds.
orientals are used to 12 peiole living in a shoebox . they are used to sleeping on the floor in the kitchen etc
I kept looking for the refrigerator. And I did not see where the water heater was at or how to keep it cool, central air? Interesting I think it would be better suited for a young couple just starting out. Anna In Ohio
I love the home. It's perfect for an older couple like us and I got to laundry matt. But haveing my own is nice. This is a beautiful small home
Mother-in-Law house for the backyard, when she needs to live near you but wants her own space.
Where do u put all your stuff? I have a hard time having just one fridge...this has none? I have a sewing machine (in cabinet) a vacuum, a carpet cleaner, an AC unit that needs to be removed in colder months to keep from draft, extra winter clothes and blankets, a lap top, a few houseplants, potting soil, plant pots, gardening supplies, some art supplies... There's not enough room in here for a candle even! I'd need a pantry closet, and a book shelf wall to store some baskets. Also a roomy storage closet for rakes, shovel, broom, vac and other tools and supplies. My apartment is about twice this size, so it's about right for me.
@@pamelalandon2423 Yes, that'd be perfect! If she doesn't do much cooking, but instead eats dinner with the family
@@staceykersting705 ,
That extra stuff cold go in the main house until it is needed.
@@staceykersting705
I was thinking exactly the same thing🤔Will the storage be in the main house. If it is a Granny flat. That want work💁🏽💯
I love the opportunities to add storage here and there. The layout is beautifully livable. Hidden refrigerator and laundry are perfect ideas!
This is really cute. I'd bump the wall out on one of the bedrooms so there's enough room to get on both sides of the bed, and add a small, but nice master bath. I'd also extend the kitchen to add a pantry and laundry room.
Then you might as well get a regular house.............
Well, you just go ahead on and do that when you get yours.
And, once you are done with all that, you can build a freeway that leads into your kitchen.
Plus you would want to add a laundry room, larger deck, and maybe a second story too...
If these are 13,000 why is the government building all these little cheese box things that are 4 * 6 * 6 with no bathroom no kitchen no nothing just a little box for 40,000
I'm loving this Tiny House...I want this house...it's lovely....just lovely...
Know what it's lovely
Love the simplicity
Thank you.. appreciate your comment..
$13,000 No way this is in America.
Wait, is it me, or was this supposed to be a 1 bedroom home. Where did the second bedroom come from
Very nice house. Where is this at ?. Would like to find out the city state and area code for this house. Tks . ❤😊
It doesn't exist...computer generated.
0 chance this is $13,000
In America this would still be $100,000 at least
@@Jive33this is computer generated and the actual plans would cost you $13k
Except for the absence of a back door (alternate means for exit...safety feature) I like it
one exit is all that is required by code
Could easily add a narrow door to a small patio off the bedroom.
I thought that too. Kitchen is up front next to the only door to exit. I like the other idea to add a small door in bedroom. Glass door would be perfect.
Brilliant, functional, attractive and way better than no home at all. I like it , seems to have all that os needed for safety and comfort. Yes, it's small but certainly affordable for some.❤
Hey……hey….. for $13,000, it is absolutely a great house!….😅
If it's built in the PHILIPPINES! Not USA
@@edlondon3717 one can build a complete house like this on ones own by hiring pinoys directly for under 5k usd. land not included but its possible to squat as most philippinoes squat
No houses in other country worth for $13,000 except Philippines.😅
many other third class countries have properties for 10 k usd. however asian buildings are very poorly built with inferior materials and mediocre labour, most have no formal construction training and certification . no education
perfectly suits two individuals PERFECTLY
A double bed's great for one, but too tight a squeeze for 2,IMO.
If you like a house without heat, ventilation and hot water, then yes, it's perfect.
If this is for 13K, that's the BEST Deal I've seen!
that is expensive in philippines . plus the quality of materials and labour are third world standard just like china, this house will not last a life time compared to made in a white nation. everything in the orient is inferior
No joke! I could buy up this house TODAY with the savings I got. I wonder who would I have to contact to get something like this built....??
@@rampagephoenix1735 be very careful of picking up a pinay wife or any other oriental woman . they are mostly scammers , dishonest, disloyal . their family wil always come before u . . they will just take take take from u . they all age horribly and very fast as compared to caucasion women . may i suggest u stick to caucasion women anywhwere in the world . eastern europe is also affordable and the people are 100 times more civilized than orientals /asiatics. the women are 1 million times more beautiful than any oriental woman
If it sounds to good to be true.............
Come on. You are smarter than that. The kitchen alone in this house will cost more than that. I would guess this will be close to 100k.
This one has an oven, which is must, but laundry facilities are essential as well.
What size is it in feet and inches?
If I were to purchase my own place again it would definitely have to have the basics in life like a fridge, washer/dryer and yes a dish washer. It boggles the mind in this day and age that washers, dryers and dish washers are not on the same level as stoves and the likes. I mean who the heck want's to own their own place and still have to go to a laundy matt.
pretty house. The wonderful, large, well-kept garden around the house obviously makes it look much more elegant.
You do realize this is a computer simulation right? Nobody is maintaining that yard.
@@Paulsplight Thanks. No I did NOT realize this.
Interesting design for a cold-water flat. No water heater or furnace shown in the video.
That's 10780 more
Love this little horse, would be perfect for me and my dog
your dog rides horses?
I think he rides his dog and walks his horse.@@ericdraven7185
Its picture perfect for sure! A laundry could be just a sheltered area out back or 2nd bedroom could be smaller to allow room for a laundry nook within bathroom? I love it! I'd place a 3 seater lounge & have lighting mounted on walls along with greenery.
I'd have a shelf on master's b/r wall for a dresser with a stool underneath.
( Alternatively could place a washing machine in kitchen as there's plenty of room? )
They should start to build these for individual and seniors. In New jersey
❤The house is so beautiful and classy
This is a nice place for an elderly or disabled people
Doors and shower not set for disabled walkers, bench in shower etc.
What about construction costs?
People need to realize you really don’t need a 4000 sq ft house after the kids leave. Downsizing is really a great thing for empty nesters and use the money from the sale of your home to do things
Absolutely 😊
Perfect for a single person with no possessions.
IKR!
Me
Yeah I would love it but I have MY stuff and my parents as well. Place is a hoarder's paradise, which is something I want to fix. Still, I can see this is really for a thin person or two to live in. Look how narrow the lounge area is. I guess if you have been living on the streets and someone offers this cheap home to you, you would feel like you are in a luxurious mansion!
Uh no that's actually 667sq ft which for a single person like myself would be a really good sized home. This is bigger than what I've got and absolutely no need for all the luxuries that many nowadays think they have to have.
When you say poseccions are you talking narcotics 😂
I love the green spacious blocks upon which these tiny houses are placed!!! 🏡🏡🏡
Only one door makes it a trap if there is a fire
So are most apartment rentals, one door
It is against code to have only 1 exit..must have 2 doors to exit..in case of Firev🔥 or emergency
Do not know how they can be allowed to get away with building only 1 exit 😱😱
Egress Windows.
All you need is "1" door and a window... That's fire code. Look it up. They'd never get planning and zoning approval if that wasn't the case. And yes! What about apartments? It's true. If there's also a window it's considered an exit.
@@estelleschneider9033 you must have two means of egress. Not two doors.
As an English person i find the comments amusing about where is the fridge (probably in one of the cupboards in kitchen, make the bedroom bigger add a small master bath. Our houses on the whole are a lot smaller than American houses, with only one bathroom, no food pantry just cupboards, no laundry room. My last house the bathroom was downstairs so in the night down the stairs through the living dinning room through kitchen to bathroom. This seemed a reasonable sized house to me. Kitchen was bigger than my last one. No offence meant to any Americans. You have more land so bigger houses.
I have to agree with you, our houses are smaller, and unless you are fortunate enough to pay for a laundry room etc, they are on a wish list x
Super cute 🥰. I would totally live in it
This little house is truly amazing, love the bedroom. It cozy for that one individual who wants to go tiny. But loves their space as well, Fencr it in sng make it home. Clean lines space winin space..
This is a cute little guest house.
Guest house? You are rich.
This is a dream house for someone like me who has never had anything in their life.
@@bunjijumper5345 678 sf is tiny.
I'm not rich. I couldn't afford that myself. But if I had a place to put it, it would be a great place for my mom to live.
Ideal for me. Love it.
I Love this little place! It's airy & Clean. Plenty of room for me! I wish I could afford it but $13,000 is a fantastic price!
Thank you so much for calling this a smallhouse (which it is), instead of a "tiny home" (which has become nausiating)! Looks pretty cool to me!
You are so welcome!.
Much nicer than where I’m living now! And I would need a window above the sink so sink and stove would need to switch places.
Beautiful perfect for me and my family❤
Love this home just the right size for me and my husband
I like when someone tells about the house. Its very nice ❤😊
Love everything about it.
I really, really love this little home. ❤❤❤❤
Perfect for a single person. I would convert the second room to an office/ storage
Yeah. That's right...
Why could be the guest room and get down room
Great little home❤️ I love books and music, where the TV sits, next to that I would of liked shelving rather than the wooden design that's just decoration so I have somewhere to put my books, DVD's and CD's..😊
I would put four of them together like a duplex, making the measurements 56x56 meters. Two would be bedrooms, 1 office and one entertainment room. The cost would be 52k, but that's still an excellent price!!
i love this house very beautiful.
This is stunning more houses like this would be appreciated
Nice work
Nice, clean design.
I really love the concept of wood columns dividing the kitchen / living room.
But for me personally, having a bathtub and dishwasher is non-negotiable.
Absolutely love it
Thank you.. did my best...
They should not put a wall between the living room and the kitchen, but put another sofa or recliners there. Plus, they should put cabinets and shelves of every wall where they could possibly be put for storage. The bathroom sink takes up the entire countertop space nobody needs a sink that big and I’m not sure who creates those but they’re a waste. It is a beautiful home. This might be perfect for a senior citizen if it had to laugh, set it for extra sleeping for kids, grandkids, etc!
Beautiful house design
Beautiful. I'd live in it
I love the layout.
Really cute house
It looks really nice.
when you in love, ain't no house to small,,,, and when you are Not in love , ain't no house Big enuf......
LOVELY HOUSE.
Under the video is a description in bold print..."modern small house design" click on it, you will see all the details about this hone plan, the cost, which is in Philippino money etc...
Beautiful lay out, nice small home!
Beautiful little cottage! Id but it!
Beautiful. I love it. Only wishful thinking for me.
It is a lovely little home...
It states the pricing is Philippines
Also, no furnace ..hearing and cooling
I would add either the Mini-Splits or the new single unit to plug into a outlet❤
Wow nice
Hermoza 👍💛💙❤
It's beautiful
Beautiful ❤❤❤
I think its beautiful ❤
Thank you so much.
Дом только для теплого климата, нет отдельной зоны входа для сохранения тепла и котельной😮
Yes, that's right..
Phillipines
That is awesome you are very gifted held way high up there in the Heavens thanks alot we will see good times after battle
Yo voy en silla de ruedas. Necesito ablar por teléfono me en canta
Love ❤️ so cute house 👍
Perfect! Only I would have window coverings.
Preciosa casa
I think this is lovely,
I like the bed frame and comforter set.
Nah got stains on it
Love it ❤
I like to make a screen porch on the back, not with screen, Just with windows, so I can have my pantry and laundry and another extra room! Extra space to watch tv ! Maybe a sleeping sofa! And also the sofa in the small living room , so I can make extra room, another sofa bed! And yes the idea for a private bathroom in the master perfect!
Thanks for your comment. Really appreciate it
Simply and beautiful, but the whole thing requires a lot more money ,the purchase of the land, building permit and much more❤🤗
Yes, true..
Great for starting out or finishing up.
I love this house it would be perfect for me
I would do a little work to extend it so that I would have my laundry room and pantry a must
Luv it!
Thank you..
I didn't see any outlets to put a lamp in to put a fan in no air conditioning. No washer no dryer didn't see a heat source. Didn't see any plugs around the kitchen for toasters or anything. Only one door but then again. All the windows are ground levels. I could break in window and get out definitely. Not my cup of tea, totally immaculate if it was bigger. The smallest house. I think I would live in. Would have to be 45 feet by 60 feet total. That would be the smallest, and it would have to be at least 9 and a 1/2. 10 feet tall ceilings and at least 4 outwards in the room. And it would have to have a laundry room. It would have to have a tub and a shower. 2 doors for emergency escape and a few other things. I can't think of at the top of my end. I would I definitely like the look of the house. I definitely like the rooms. It's a very clean line. Why is a very nice color to work with? Because you can add any kind of accent. You want to it in the summer? If you put blue-green or burgundy curtains up, it will reflect off the white paint in the rooms and make them look really pretty. But there's just too many things that are missing in this house. Just is missing enough a lot of things, but what it does offer is good. But that's probably why it's so cheap. Because the right somebody thinks missing. So, if you add all these other things in there, it's probably gonna bring you up another 75. I $1000 so for the price you get what you pay for and I guess if there's a fire you quarrel up the window in the back of the house.Bye , it is nice and it is very clean line
I lived for years in a small apartment that size. Yes it’s livable
I like the simplicity of it. Is there a small fridge hiding in the kitchen? The laundry mat is probably in town?
Hello. Yes, hidden in the right of the kitchen. Inside the big cabinet.
@@realhousedesignideas thats what i as thinking too. It juts outs out the back in photo but is camouflaged in the front.
Fascinante, hermosa..❤
Thank you so much..
Wunderschön❤
Love it.
Thank you.. appreciate your comment.
That is what I was going to ask, there is room for full-sized refrigerztor plus 4 burner stove.
this home is practical, functional. But it needs a basememt for storage and more room!
Beautiful
Thank you! Cheers!
I love it I want one
I recently built a 30’x32’ half garage half studio for video/photography. Very basic but does have a mini split on the studio half. $35,000. No plumbing. No cabinets. Nothing fancy at all.

😊 è così bella e accogliente
I love that house!!! 😍😍😍😍 I have to get the blue prints for it!
Thanks.. floorplan is avalaible on my etsy store or my website.. link in the description of the video..
Me encanta !!!
Perfect for me and my Daug. ❤😊
Wishing you to have like this one day..
Nice😊
Thanks 😊
In America you would have to do all of the building of the house yourself. Labor alone would add another 100k this home. It can be done, but not by many people. And you have to already have some land to build it on, or that is another added expense. For my liking, I would drop the second bedroom and make the living room larger and the one bedroom and bath a bit larger. It's a really attractive design for someone who is single or retired couple.
Gracinha !
What size is it in feet and inches
I'd pay 15,000 for a small house like this! Perfect for seniors.
Yes perfect or for a couple just starting out PERFECT size
I love this so much! Though where is the laundry ?
Thank you
