This prefab house also has several different options and can be built as a modular home! The manufacturer for this house is R-Anell Homes. The model for this home is the “Elite 10!" Love the archway. No barn doors! Nice kitchen. Pantry=yay! I have an android!! No way iPhone. Nice bedrooms. The water heater and the hvac will be downstairs were they're having a basement. What a beautiful home. A few things I would change: the ownership, color of the outside, master needs a tub, and a few other small touches. Michelle has done a beautiful job on her home.

It's amazing how faralong these homes have come. Beautiful and very rich looking styling.. I do agree wih you that I would have run the LVP all through and used rugs instead of carpeting. Just a personal choice :-)

Great tour as always Chance! Beautiful home! I love the finished home. The tile in master bath and wooden shelves in pantry were great additions. With the upstairs and basement finished this would make a great Airbnb in a vacation area.

This is a beautiful house Chance! Thr one snd ONLY thing i would cange is adding a pass-thru door drom thr master bedroom closet into the laundry room. The long wall of the closet is the long empty wall of the laundry room. Other than that, beautiful home 🥰🤌

Love the downstairs carpet in living room would go , instead of windows in dining area I would have french doors with a big deck coming off it

The fireplace she put in was very nice and added a nice warm look to the room, I just would not have My TV above the fireplace, don't want to crane my neck to watch it. Like the French door's closing off the front Den. I noticed she added another window in the dining area, this I would have kept as was in lot model so I could hang My wall hutch there, also good place if you wanted to put a Buffett in that spot.

I like the livingroom carpeted.
I remember when you toured this house like two maybe three years ago. Yes, this one was definitely a winner I love the half bath leading to the primary suite. All, I need is the bottom level that's more than enough room for me!!!

Would definitely want a large showe/tub combo in the master like the other bathroom. We're both bath people.
They made it really nice 😊. The show home furniture makes it look old fashioned with the wicker furniture, bed spreads and decor etc. I know that you have to see past that but I do think it has a impact on how you see the home and first impressions. The finish that the homeowners did to make it look like wood I had in my kitchen about 20 years ago (in the UK) . It was a kit you bought called paint and grain.

Too much room for just me but perfect for my son's big family. I'm with you the carpet would have to go. Ha ha! It was really neat to see a home where a family actually lives.

Love the entryway with the sitting area and cubbies! I also would do lighter counter tops as well as tile shower! Michelle master tile was the perfect colors and design! The arches made it feel more homey too

I loved how they designed their Basement. I wouldn't of done anything different.
The only thing I'll change is the carpet. I would take up all the carpet in the house. Other than that, its perfect!

Beautiful Home!! A lot of extras. I would love to have seen what was behind the barn doors in DR. I assume cabinets and shelving. I love all of the closets for storage and big walk-in closets in the bedrooms. I love the front room; I would use it for my library. I wouldn't need the upstairs but would put on a basement. I live in Iowa so probably not available to me but love it nonetheless. Michelle did a great job on her home with the different options. It's nice to see what upgrades are available.

Personally, I would take that front den and turn it into an office space. I would also take out a couple of cabinets in the laundry room and add space for an extra refrigerator. Then, I would change out the microwave for a double oven. Next, I would try to flatten one of the walls in the master bedroom to make it, easier to flip the room around if you got bored of that one specific style. I also would add some more closet systems into the master bedroom closet because there’s a lot of empty space down below. In the basement of the second house, in the last bedroom that was filmed With a double doors, I would make that a single door so that you could actually have the TV in front of the bed instead of to the side of the bed where no one can actually watch it. I also would take out some of the cubbies/lockers. It eats up a room. I would also make the front porch a little wider because it looks barely wide enough for a couple of chairs.
Come to the Mountains of N. C. and see some of the homes we have .

I love a lot of things about this one. It's way too big for what I need though. Plus I NEED a bathtub in my master bathroom!
