This prefab house also has several different options and can be built as a manufactured or modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Deer Valley Homebuilders. The model for this home is the “Anais!" This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and has roughly 3,180 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.
We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I would take out the 1/2 bath, I don’t like it in the living room. I’d make it a coat closet. Love the rest of the house.

I agree. The location does not provide for modesty. A closet there would be great. The rest of the floor plan is stellar. I never imagined a closet within a closet.
Yup crappers that open into LR or kitchen is stupid and disgusting!!!!!

I love the idea of a 1/2 bath but I don't like it in the living room either.
I agree remove half bath in LR and put a closet there.
Never should have a bathroom that close to where people are gathered to sit and talk. Never seen one yet that was sound proof !
Or stink proof when everyone that comes over wants to dump a bean,cheese,egg and cabbage 40 lb yam

Chance?? This Triple House Is Just Beautiful!! It Looks Better Than The Other's!! Sturdy Structure, Extra Roomy!! The 1/2 Bath is very nice!! You have to have a 1/2 bath in homes!! Love all the rooms including The Kitchen and The Laundry Room!! Just Really Pretty!! Great Job Showing This!!❤😊

I like coming into the livingroom and the kitchen isn't smacking you in the face. I don't care to see the kitchen first thing when I walk into a home.
I agree, and the moisture and food grease will destroy a living room setting
I think the only thing I would like to see it looking at the floor plan I would like to see the entance door to room 3 moved from utility room to the wall of the family room.
This is my dream home. I'm happy to see the new version.

Beautiful home...love the vents on the ceiling..the master closet is amazing...i don't like flat top stoves...i like gas stoves...knocked it out of the park....i would enclose the back porch....or the door in the laundry room there is space for a small porch or deck....love the kitchen love the island top...this home needs amazing landscaping...Be Safe Be Blessed

Wassup Chance?! I am spoiled today, just give it the cabin feel to it, also I'd love to buy a camper or a motor home, put camping gear in there and also have camping gear for the kitchen and living room and give it the camping feel to it even when I'm not camping.

Love the home, except I, too, would change half bath in LR to a closet. Deer Valley always has some of the best homes on market. They always hit it out of the Park. Really like the kitchen, too, with the built in oven.

Beautiful home! I still need a much larger pantry. I can & bake, & have all of that along with basic pantry foods, containers of flours, and dried goods. Along with all of the pots, canning equipment, roasters and crockpots, instant pot, etc.
in other words, show me the homes with XXL Pantry! :)
Large Master Suite with XL closet & bath/shower, office area, breakfast & dining room, family room & living room, large porch…. Something for a Country Family to live in. :).

I was today years old when I figured out the word " finna" was used in place of the proper phrase " fixin' to". Never to old to learn I reckon.
I'd change the bedrooms joining bathroom into 2 shower rooms & toilet. And I'd prefer a bigger Master bedroom than all that wasted space.

You're right, flat top stoves are so easy to clean.
