This was lovely but the timing was unbalanced for two poses - Parsva Balasana and Gomukhasana Garudasana Variation (I think that's what it's called). Both these poses have 6-7 breathes on one side and only 1-2 on the other. I do like your videos though, thank you for posting.
Yes, I do this sequence for quite some time and I always thought it was just the wrong timing. But I took a closer look and if you look closely you see that it is about editing. The last Gomukhasana Garudasana changes during the pose from left to right leg and back. So I guess it's not the full sequence just in one edit. haha.
The unbalanced timing really threw me off in this class
