    Thanks for a great vid, Nicola. I'm almost 80. My goals: 1. to prevent further sarcopenia (muscle loss), 2. to lose weight 3. to stay mobile as long as possible and 4. to make daily household activities easier. The bands are a much better solution than free weights for older folks. So, well done, Ms. LiveFitness. Love your cheerful demeanor.

    Very great instructions! Not sure if i managed to activate the correct muscles as i rarely worked my upper body, i hope i did them right. Nevertheless i enjoyed these moves with my mini band🎉

    Slowing working (out) my way through this series. I love your serene composure, its very calming and makes me want to just hold on until the set is over. What is the stretching out at the end of the workout mean? Any videos on that?
