    This was the first time I've ever done an upper body workout with resistance bands and I loved it!! My arms, shoulders and back were burning and it felt amazing. Thank you, Caroline

      Same here.. I have been using dumbbells but the effect of resistance bands is really different.. feeling the burn...

    I've done this workout almost once a week to break up my dumbbell workouts, and it's still amazing! Perfect for a 20 minute break at work. Feels great. Thanks Caroline

    It was adorable to watch you react to the BURN ,which was intense but definitely encouraging. Doesnt make you as a viewer feel weak which usually tends to happen.Thank you for this smasher of a workout, upper body cries but thanks you.

    Hi Caroline, I’m 55 and I have lost a lot muscle mass over the years but after coming across you on TH-cam and following along with your workouts starting out with lighter weights I’m regaining muscle again. Also the music you play over the workouts makes it more enjoyable to do. Thanks Caroline 😘

    I wish I can press a like button as many times as I can. I just discovered this workout few weeks ago since I started Iron series. My bands I bought at the beginning of the pandemic are put to use now. Thank you Caroline, your creativity is out of this world!

      These are my daily workouts and I always do HIIT Sunday morning!! And a 1 hour full body every Friday! I change it up during the week so could be core or triceps etc! I hope you find lots of fun, challenge yourself and grow stronger!

    I've had a set of 5 bands that vary in resistance and have NEVER used them until this amazing workout. Thank you so much for this! Couple weeks ago it was the kettleball and now this, getting some good us out of my equipment! Lots of love!

    I've enjoyed your workouts since my daughter suggested them about a year ago. But since I've been in quarantine due to international travel, these have been FANTASTIC and have helped me make the best of this isolation in a small room. Resistance bands are light and easy to pack (the water filled weights were a disappointment!!) This workout is my fave so far. Thank You Caroline!!!

    This is hand-down one of the best upper body total workouts. If done correctly, the results are seen. Sometimes I add ab lifts starting in the same position as the rowing pulls. Thanks!

      I don't really have time through the week to do a proper workout, a quick 20 minute workout on a night after work is just the tonic.

    Done with tubes [except the push-ups]. I've done some of your resistance band workouts before, so I took the same tube I used then. Started the video. Did some reps. Paused the video. Took my heavier tubes. Smashed it!

I strength training at home but do long work hrs on particular days so looking for a way to get some workout in my lunch breaks? Did you use the purple band for the whole workout, sometimes it looks black in the video? Is it a 35-85lbs resistance band? Are the colour codes not matter the brand all the same in resistance weight? Sorry for so many questions but looking to purchase the purple band. Thanking you in advance for any help on this.

    Hi Caroline, Thankyou for another brilliant band workout...you are spoiling me this week!! This one was very intense. I think my band may be a bit shorter...I simply couldn’t move my arms for the overhead presses...the band simply wouldn’t stretch. So I did them kneeling with the band under my knees which worked well. Did this after a walk rather than a run today...it is getting very hot here for running...29 deg today and predicted 34 deg tomorrow in Reading!!! Thanks again, Matthew

    Now that was a great set. I have the handle bands so needed to adapt a little, so put a few more coloured bands on and pumped it out. Love bands as you really see the muscle working. In summary shoulders and biceps pumped, chest is looking good and the triceps have been well targetted. Misson acomplished Caroline. Its officially another corker of a workout 💪absolutely loved it. Catch ya tomorrow. 😉

      Anthony bands are the best. Tough on the muscles but easy on the joints. No joke!! People say bands can’t build muscle but the muscle doesn’t know what it’s pulling or pushing. Muscles are blind.

    Outstanding! I had to use 3 different bands. I began with green (up to 75kg), then the purple (up to 45kg) and then black band (30kg). When I couldn't do more push ups, I did them with the band but looking up to the ceiling to finish.
    It is good to have at least 2 or three different bands.

    love it! i dared to do this with my strongest band and gosh my arms feel it! could definitively not make it through the push ups 😂 but i always love a nice alternation from usual weighted work outs so i´m definitively team more bands!!!!!!

    ✅8/7 - What to do when you're on holiday and don't have normal chores to do? *You work out with Caroline!!* Finally put my resistance band to use. I used the thinnest one out of my pack of 4 but I made it difficult. 😆
    Ohhhhhh ... I purchased resistance bands at the start of pandemic and have not put them
    to use. Will have to try this for my next upper body day. Based on your expressions, this workout will be tough. 😅

    👍👍👍👍👏👏👏esas son las bandas que utilizo para hacer ejercicios son muy efectivas. El otro dia hice 1 serie de 500 sentadillas con una de esas banda👍👍👍👍💪💪
