Can you make a video sometime about the surprise safety training that we all have to do and give up 4 or 6 hours of your day. Try to let it go even if you’re mad because most of your day is down the tank.
I know I've talked about it before but I never have made a specific video about it. Not a bad idea. I'll put that on the list of video ideas and maybe get it out soon thanks.
I have a question..I’ve heard that whatever part you fail on your onboarding test they will allow you to retake that part over again but is that true
Well they've changed it a couple of times over the past year so I'm not totally positive. As far as I know you have two or three chances in the week that you're there. They did have a thing where you could come back the next week or something like that but I'm pretty sure they got rid of that. I'm pretty sure it isn't just a one shot thing within the week that you're there.

I hate when drivers park in front t of the dock like Mt. Dew did. What if you need to use space in front of the dock? Why park in the one spot a driver needs?
I guess they figured we're just that good and we don't need all that extra room lol or maybe they're just thinking of themselves.
What day do you get paid on?
Every other Thursday except for I get mine on Tuesday because I bank at Wells Fargo. They have a deal where you get paid two days early If you have direct deposit with them.

Lol! I hear that. Salute. One of my favorite encounters with a Walmart driver was around Phoenix. He was retired. Still in his uniform. Gave me his card. It said Walmart Ambassador on it. This was in the 90"s. He said the company was really changing. But he still loved the company. Wish I kept his card. Like your informative vids. Thanks! @@20plustrucking
@@shugardad no doubt the company has changed a bunch in the last couple of decades but it's still a great place to work. I'm amazed in how much it's changed in the last 17 years but I'm going to stick around for a little longer lol
I always wonder do we just get paid one drop and hook even when moving trailers around right? Some people asked me if we get paid for the hooks when moving trailers around or just one hook is paid?
You do get paid for extra trailers being moved around but the first one I believe is a courtesy. To tell you the truth I've never paid much attention to the details and I probably missed out on a bunch of pay over the years.

Grandview is a grocery DC. And yes you can apply to either one it doesn't matter as long as you don't live more than 250 mi away.
