    This is definitely the best cold calling guide I have seen on TH-cam. Having the laid out structure is great to tailor based on industry, product and client. Bravo!!!

    Very useful, thank you. Much clearer and more structured than other videos I've found on YT.

    Great tips and def make a lot of sense! Just a reminder to all businesses: if you're going to be making phone calls for promotions, make sure that the person you're calling is not under the National Do Not Call Registry. They may sue you for that. There are ways to find out if they signed up to be part of the DNC. Using a phone validator will show whether they signed up for DNC registry.

    This is so relevant for BDRs right now post covid working in SaaS companies or techs sales

    Makes it A LOT easier if you have the name of a contact person. Try it with a COMPLETELY cold call. Getting past the gatekeeper is a little harder when you have no contact info.

    Hmm I'm not sure if there's a few holes here? The pitch segment is all product lead for me. Wondering is something closer to; we've been sharing g a new approach with other sales leaders around helping their reps get through to their ideal prospects on the phone and email, without getting bounces, voicemail or wring numbers.
    Appreciate ive just phoned out the blue but wouls you be open to learning some of these new ideas when im not calling out the blue?

    This is so much useful than some weird grant Cardone video with no context at all.. but how can I supply this in my business.. I do cold calling and we sell website and I approach them to make a appointment for the accountmanager to come by.. but what I hear a lot is when I say we helping out lot of companies getting more clients with a website.. and then they say.. we have enough clients or I prefer word to mouth marketing.. how can I handle that objection?

    • @lukebaker4951
      @lukebaker4951 4 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      I would say something along the lines of: "You'd be surprised how many of my current clients initially said the same to me, and then when I showed them what we can actually provide, they were really surprised at just how much more profitable they could become with our websites; if I can take just a short amount of your time whenever is a little more convenient I can show you exactly how..." and then lead into a close

    Hey, i think you contradicted in something and it confused me. You said to speak with high energy and enthusiasm even if your prospect it´s reserved. But then you said to mirror his energy.
    If i find myself talking to a prospect that seems reserved, should i mirror his energy? or should i try to break that shell?

    • @topsalesdev
      @topsalesdev ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If i were you, i would keep a high energy but speak slower and with an appropriate tone. Positive energy is always contagious

    You don't really explain why you only use small snippets in order to get past the gatekeeper (which is the main hurdle in my area). Is there any way that you can elaborate on that?

    • @stephenmullen1215
      @stephenmullen1215 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You use small snippets as it doesn't sound too much like a cold sales call, so you can get past them
