Guided Mindfulness Meditation on Living Each Day - Peace and Positivity

  • This 18 minute guided meditation session will help with stress and anxiety by encouraging you to live each day. This means waking up each morning and having an open heart to the possibility of each and every day. You can find peace when you gain a deep connection between body and mind. It is a healing process to find that calm and peaceful place within you.
    It is best to find a favorite relaxing spot to experience this meditation session. It contains about 11 minutes of spoken meditation followed by about 7 minutes of ambient meditation music. Please enjoy this session and take good care of yourself each and every day!

    I keep thinking about a simple yet profound statement that a friend said to me the other day: Live each day.
    That idea stuck with me and I decided to make it into a meditation session. I hope you enjoy it and find some added peace to your day!

    Thanks for doing these kind of videos because I’m trying to do them because I feel very sad rn and I lost almost everything I had and I got banned from a live stream but hope that meditation can help me feel better about myself

    I am so glad that I found your channel. About every morning , after stretching, I open all the windows , look at the sun and do your short one that starts with “I embrace today”. Thank you so much for your work. I love your beautiful calm voice and wish I could live my life in peace, surrounded by mindful people like you.     Thank you for making these calming meditations. Your voice and energy bring me peace of mind during my nights awake, unable to sleep, body high in stress hormones. Even though loud music is not my way of getting my relaxation at night. Your voice and energy bring me calm. I can not find myself. Thank you❤

    Thank you for asking how I am. I don't think I have ever had a meditation actually asked me how I am. I just now started asking myself how I feel not how am I doing. I am also going to try to use the same thing when it comes to dealing with other people. I used some of the things I learned over the last couple of days during a intense conversation today about something that had happened before It worked out very well for me I recommend it. I stepped away long enough to get control of myself and then advanced conversation with the person and then asked for the same respect back. Try it it worked for me . I am working also on communication tools . I may or not be in others way to the point that they throw me away thinking I am not worth the work and even I had been guilty of that only because I felt I was to broken for anyone else to fix I was above my pay grade . I am really just a thrown away previously over abuse raped little girl that just wanted to be able to do her handstands and backflips and just be good enough no matter where she went . It just never felt like anyone else ever put in any effort when it came to me so why should I waist my time ? Now I see I was not the real issue they instilled these feelings with there treatment of me and that's not on me it's on them . I did not deserve the pain filled lol ife I have lived . Now I am grabbing what I can for me and mine out of this life and letting others do the same for them selves and not doing things for them but not having anything to give myself . Do not let others deplete what you work hard to build and I hope some of that is for just yourself . Others call things I say over sharing . I call it life truths . If others can not take the words coming from my fingers they could never handle being me . I will not give my me away to anyone weaker then myself any more . Take me at my worst or you do not deserve me at my best .
