  • This guided mindfulness meditation will focus on health and healing by using positive affirmations. These are short phrases that you can repeat after me. This dialogue and the ambient music will help your mind stay focused on the present moment and free of negativity and fear. It can help you to find self-realization and feel more calm, centered, and relaxed every day, and help you to sleep better at night. Learn to keep your mind from wandering and find peace in your daily life.

    Just had a moment of an emotional breakdown. I sat with my emotions to learn them and digest them, as it came time to heal I put this on and it made me feel absolutely better. I had felt the zen moment of peace again. Thank you

    I'm new to this whole meditation and self affirtmation thing. The last week has been one of the worst I have dealt with in recent years.
    I legitimately cried during the affirmation phase, but this really helped. I am feelin calmer and more in control of my emotions and thoughts. I still have a long way to go before a reach a better state of mind, but this really helped calm me in a really bad moment.
    Thank you, I will be doing this daily.

    Blessed be I'm so thankful I found this. I had a horrible emotional breakdown today and this helped me tremendously, usually I reach for alcohol to calm myself, but this is far better and seems to help the negative self-talk and thoughts. Thank you

    Even before undertaking this meditation I’d benefitted from the reaction that I had to seeing it arrive in my subscriptions. Totally perfect timing as in regards to Covid there’s confirmation that the UK now has its highest number in hospital.
    Add all the other worrying and disturbing news around the world and it couldn’t have come at a better time!
    To then benefit from the skills and abilities you show in devising and delivering it is, as with your other meditations, always of significance: yours voice, your words, everything❤️

    This was really peaceful, and beautifully done. Kudos!
    I did change a couple of affirmations, because I like to focus on what I want, not on what I want to let go of.
    instead of letting go of negativity, "I focus on positivity" or "I remain positive"
    instead of being free of judgement, "I accept others where they are, I accept myself where I am."
    and just "I remain full of joy" - just to help anyone else out there that might also follow the law of attraction in making their affirmations.

    We tend to latch onto the negative and what’s the worst case scenario.. we need to learn to focus on the positive and the best case scenario anxiety can suck sometimes but it gets better ❤

      constant mindfulness practice will ease or make you more comfortable with your dissociation. Just keep practicing constistantly
